Sa zadovoljstvom se mogu osvrnuti na rezultate i uspješan rad Wustenrot stambene štedionice koja posluje u Hrvatskoj i Dalmaciji već skoro 20 godina. U tom razdoblju smo u Hrvatskoj uložili više od 3 milijarde kuna u stambene potrebe građana i u stvarnosti smo izgradili čitav jedan grad veličine Makarske. Dalmacija je za Wustenrot oduvijek bila iznimno važno tržište i gotovo milijarda kuna odobrenih stambenih kredita od početka našeg poslovanja isplaćena je upravo klijentima od Zadra do Dubrovnika, rekla nam je sugovornica gđa Marija Sikirica, regionalna menadžerica za Dalmaciju.
Mi s našim klijentima i korisnicima kredita imamo sjajan odnos koji se temelji na međusobnom povjerenju i ravnoteži interesa. Klijentima je u interesu imati kvalitetan proizvod koji im jamči mir i sigurnost tijekom otplate kredita, a naš stambeni kredit s fiksnom kamatnom stopom za cijelo vrijeme otplate im upravo to i pruža. Istovremeno u kompaniji promoviramo korporativnu kulturu u kojoj je najbolji interes klijenta ujedno i naš interes pa je rezultat toga da manje od 1,5% naših klijenata ima poteškoće u otplati svojih kredita što je 5-6 puta manje od prosjeka tržišta. Naši korisnici kredita mogu biti apsolutno svi kreditno sposobni građani koji financiraju neku od stambenih namjenu neovisno jesu li i koliko dugo su naši štediše. Samo tijekom ove godine ćemo u Dalmaciji isplatiti blizu 100 milijuna kuna novih stambenih kredita od kojih je preko 40% klijenata koji nisu prethodno imali ugovor stambene štednje.
Istovremeno veliku pažnju poklanjamo i našim štedišama koji u Wustenrotu štede generacijama pa tako imamo klijente koji su naši štediše od samog osnutka stambene štedionica, od 1998. godine. Iako su kamatne stope na tržištu trenutno na povijesnom minimumu, mi smo našim klijentima osigurali vrlo atraktivne prinose na ulaganja koja zajedno s državnim poticajima mogu doći i do 3% godišnje. Osim štednje i stambenih kredita u hrvatskoj posluje i Wustenrot životno osiguranje koje nam zajedno s našim partnerima iz financijskog svijeta omogućava da klijentima ponudimo kompletnu financijsku uslugu sukladno željama i mogućnostima naših klijenata.
Koristim prigodu još jednom zahvaliti svim našim postojećim, ali naravno i bivšim i budućim klijentima na izvrsnoj suradnji te svima želim sretne blagdane i puno uspjeha u 2018. godini, a nama u Wustenrotu samo želim da nam i sljedeća godina bude jednako dobra kao i ova, za kraj je poručila gđa Marija Sikirica.

Sa zadovoljstvom se mogu osvrnuti na rezultate i uspješan rad Wustenrot stambene štedionice koja posluje u Hrvatskoj i Dalmaciji već skoro 20 godina. U tom razdoblju smo u Hrvatskoj uložili više od 3 milijarde kuna u stambene potrebe građana i u stvarnosti smo izgradili čitav jedan grad veličine Makarske. Dalmacija je za Wustenrot oduvijek bila iznimno važno tržište i gotovo milijarda kuna odobrenih stambenih kredita od početka našeg poslovanja isplaćena je upravo klijentima od Zadra do Dubrovnika, rekla nam je sugovornica gđa Marija Sikirica, regionalna menadžerica za Dalmaciju.
Mi s našim klijentima i korisnicima kredita imamo sjajan odnos koji se temelji na međusobnom povjerenju i ravnoteži interesa. Klijentima je u interesu imati kvalitetan proizvod koji im jamči mir i sigurnost tijekom otplate kredita, a naš stambeni kredit s fiksnom kamatnom stopom za cijelo vrijeme otplate im upravo to i pruža. Istovremeno u kompaniji promoviramo korporativnu kulturu u kojoj je najbolji interes klijenta ujedno i naš interes pa je rezultat toga da manje od 1,5% naših klijenata ima poteškoće u otplati svojih kredita što je 5-6 puta manje od prosjeka tržišta. Naši korisnici kredita mogu biti apsolutno svi kreditno sposobni građani koji financiraju neku od stambenih namjenu neovisno jesu li i koliko dugo su naši štediše. Samo tijekom ove godine ćemo u Dalmaciji isplatiti blizu 100 milijuna kuna novih stambenih kredita od kojih je preko 40% klijenata koji nisu prethodno imali ugovor stambene štednje.
Istovremeno veliku pažnju poklanjamo i našim štedišama koji u Wustenrotu štede generacijama pa tako imamo klijente koji su naši štediše od samog osnutka stambene štedionica, od 1998. godine. Iako su kamatne stope na tržištu trenutno na povijesnom minimumu, mi smo našim klijentima osigurali vrlo atraktivne prinose na ulaganja koja zajedno s državnim poticajima mogu doći i do 3% godišnje. Osim štednje i stambenih kredita u hrvatskoj posluje i Wustenrot životno osiguranje koje nam zajedno s našim partnerima iz financijskog svijeta omogućava da klijentima ponudimo kompletnu financijsku uslugu sukladno željama i mogućnostima naših klijenata.
Koristim prigodu još jednom zahvaliti svim našim postojećim, ali naravno i bivšim i budućim klijentima na izvrsnoj suradnji te svima želim sretne blagdane i puno uspjeha u 2018. godini, a nama u Wustenrotu samo želim da nam i sljedeća godina bude jednako dobra kao i ova, za kraj je poručila gđa Marija Sikirica.
