Teško je sve i upratiti, pa Tomislav Debeljak vlasnički je povezan s više od 50 različitih tvrtki, sudeći po sudskom registru, od kojih je njih barem 30 – a sve te su iz škverskog sustava – već izbrisano zbog dugotrajne nesposobnosti plaćanja.

Zato nije lako reći koliki je ukupni porezni dug svih kompanija tog posrnulog poduzetnika, pa ćemo se zadržati samo na onima koje se tiču brodogradnje.

Tema se nametnula sama: možda ste čuli prethodnih dana, Porezna uprava objavila je novu crnu listu, odnosno popis poreznih dužnika. Pratili smo njezinu poduzetničku sekciju i evo što smo pronašli: “Brodosplit”, krovna tvrtka koja okuplja i više brodograđevnih društava kćeri u Splitu, dužna je 1,13 milijuna eura po osnovi naknada za koncesije.

Pojašnjenja radi, “Brodograđevna industrija Split” koncesionar je luke posebne namjene, odnosno luke brodogradilišta u Uvali Supaval, budući da škver obavlja svoju osnovnu djelatnost na pomorskom dobru. Tako kažu propisi i nema tu ništa neobično. Osim koncesijskog duga.

Zanimljivo, u posljednje vrijeme više smo puta tražili podatke o plaćanju koncesije kroz godine i pitanja upućivali na više službenih adresa, posljednji put – nekidan – na adresu Ministarstva mora. Nikada nam nisu odgovorili! Ne biste vjerovali, odgovor se sada sam pronašao u poreznom resoru Ministarstva financija, koje crnu listu i objavljuje!

Još je nešto interesantno. Porezni dužnici razvrstani su po županijama i u “splitsko-dalmatinskoj sekciji” nema podataka o “Brodosplitu”! Kako će ih i biti kad je sjedište Debeljakova škvera nedavno preseljeno u Zagreb?! Pa kada uđete u “zagrebačku sekciju”, pod rednim brojem 34. lijepo stoji ono što ste već čuli – “Brodosplit”, dug za koncesiju – 1,13 milijuna eura.

Lepeza poduzeća

A povratkom u splitsko-dalmatinski dio, pa malo u šibensko-kninski i još mrvu u zagrebački – naravno, uz nužno prethodno poznavanje naziva lepeze Debeljakovih poduzeća, iako ih je taj majstor u struci mijenjao u posljednje vrijeme, brišući iz većine njihova naziva termin “Brodosplit” – pokazuje se da ukupno sedam njegovih tvrtki duguje ukupno 2,8 milijuna eura (oko 21 milijun kuna) po raznim stavkama koje Porezna uprava vodi na crnoj listi neplatiša.

Za “Brodosplit” smo već rekli, a ostale tvrtke su: “Servisiranje brodova” – 334.441 euro (u stečaju), “Metalne konstrukcije” – 102.379 eura (privremeni stečajni upravitelj), “Korporativna sigurnost i usluge” – 54.860 (stečaj otvoren i odmah zaključen, u nedostatku imovine), “Izvor energije vjetroparkova” – 47.879 (stečaj nekidan obustavljen), “Marine and Energy Solutions” – 42.156, te “Efficient Powerful Successful” – 1,09 milijuna eura.

Dugovanja su po raznim osnovama, a poreznici ih sve ovako navode: PDV, porez na dobit, porez i prirez na dohodak, doprinosi za obvezna osiguranja, posebni porezi i trošarine, porez na promet nekretnina, carina, naknada za koncesije.

Kako smo istaknuli već u prvoj rečenici, teško je sve povezati i možda bi detaljnije prosijavanje pokazalo još poneki dug, ali nije zanemarivo ni ovo nabrojeno.

Teško je sve i upratiti, pa Tomislav Debeljak vlasnički je povezan s više od 50 različitih tvrtki, sudeći po sudskom registru, od kojih je njih barem 30 – a sve te su iz škverskog sustava – već izbrisano zbog dugotrajne nesposobnosti plaćanja.

Zato nije lako reći koliki je ukupni porezni dug svih kompanija tog posrnulog poduzetnika, pa ćemo se zadržati samo na onima koje se tiču brodogradnje.

Tema se nametnula sama: možda ste čuli prethodnih dana, Porezna uprava objavila je novu crnu listu, odnosno popis poreznih dužnika. Pratili smo njezinu poduzetničku sekciju i evo što smo pronašli: “Brodosplit”, krovna tvrtka koja okuplja i više brodograđevnih društava kćeri u Splitu, dužna je 1,13 milijuna eura po osnovi naknada za koncesije.

Pojašnjenja radi, “Brodograđevna industrija Split” koncesionar je luke posebne namjene, odnosno luke brodogradilišta u Uvali Supaval, budući da škver obavlja svoju osnovnu djelatnost na pomorskom dobru. Tako kažu propisi i nema tu ništa neobično. Osim koncesijskog duga.

Zanimljivo, u posljednje vrijeme više smo puta tražili podatke o plaćanju koncesije kroz godine i pitanja upućivali na više službenih adresa, posljednji put – nekidan – na adresu Ministarstva mora. Nikada nam nisu odgovorili! Ne biste vjerovali, odgovor se sada sam pronašao u poreznom resoru Ministarstva financija, koje crnu listu i objavljuje!

Još je nešto interesantno. Porezni dužnici razvrstani su po županijama i u “splitsko-dalmatinskoj sekciji” nema podataka o “Brodosplitu”! Kako će ih i biti kad je sjedište Debeljakova škvera nedavno preseljeno u Zagreb?! Pa kada uđete u “zagrebačku sekciju”, pod rednim brojem 34. lijepo stoji ono što ste već čuli – “Brodosplit”, dug za koncesiju – 1,13 milijuna eura.

Lepeza poduzeća

A povratkom u splitsko-dalmatinski dio, pa malo u šibensko-kninski i još mrvu u zagrebački – naravno, uz nužno prethodno poznavanje naziva lepeze Debeljakovih poduzeća, iako ih je taj majstor u struci mijenjao u posljednje vrijeme, brišući iz većine njihova naziva termin “Brodosplit” – pokazuje se da ukupno sedam njegovih tvrtki duguje ukupno 2,8 milijuna eura (oko 21 milijun kuna) po raznim stavkama koje Porezna uprava vodi na crnoj listi neplatiša.

Za “Brodosplit” smo već rekli, a ostale tvrtke su: “Servisiranje brodova” – 334.441 euro (u stečaju), “Metalne konstrukcije” – 102.379 eura (privremeni stečajni upravitelj), “Korporativna sigurnost i usluge” – 54.860 (stečaj otvoren i odmah zaključen, u nedostatku imovine), “Izvor energije vjetroparkova” – 47.879 (stečaj nekidan obustavljen), “Marine and Energy Solutions” – 42.156, te “Efficient Powerful Successful” – 1,09 milijuna eura.

Dugovanja su po raznim osnovama, a poreznici ih sve ovako navode: PDV, porez na dobit, porez i prirez na dohodak, doprinosi za obvezna osiguranja, posebni porezi i trošarine, porez na promet nekretnina, carina, naknada za koncesije.

Kako smo istaknuli već u prvoj rečenici, teško je sve povezati i možda bi detaljnije prosijavanje pokazalo još poneki dug, ali nije zanemarivo ni ovo nabrojeno.
