U Münchenu nastavljaju rasti rekordne cijene stanova i kuća. Istovremeno, prodaja nekretnina opada, javljaju njemački mediji.

Münchensko tržište nekretnina ne prestaje rasti, prenosi fenix.de. Iako je prošle godine prodano manje kuća i zemljišta, cijene i dalje rastu! U Bogenhausenu je, primjerice, samostojeća kuća promijenila vlasnika za 25,7 milijuna eura, a dvojna kuća za 10,2 milijuna eura.

Svi ovi podaci nalaze se u javno objavljenom izvješću o tržištu nekretnina za 2022. godinu. Također je postavljen novi rekord – ponovno u Bogenhausenu. Ovdje je nova zgrada promijenila vlasnika za 13,3 milijuna eura, u Schwabingu je stan prodan za 15,7 milijuna eura!

Za kuću srednje veličine u Bogenhausenu vlasnik je dobio 4,8 milijuna eura, a za apartmansko naselje u Schwabingu 87 milijuna eura. A u Maxvorstadtu je poslovni kompleks prodan za 358 milijuna...

Za stan u prosječnoj stambenoj četvrti kupci su u 2022. u prosjeku plaćali nevjerojatnih 815.000 eura. To odgovara cijeni četvornog metra od 11.000 eura.

Za dobre stambene prostore zainteresirani su morali još dublje posegnuti u džep. Stanovi u prosjeku koštaju oko 930.000, što odgovara oko 12.050 eura po četvornom metru.

Njemački mediji navode kako su kupci za stan u Münchenu morali izdvojiti osam posto više novca nego godinu prije.

Rat u Ukrajini i povećanje kamata također su utjecali na tržište nekretnina u Münchenu 2022. godine. Ukupno je prošle godine obavljeno samo 9.287 prodaja. To je 29 posto manje nego 2021. godine, prenosi fenix.de.

Što se tiče prodaje, grad je čak zabilježio pad od 37 posto odnosno na 11,9 milijardi eura. U 2021. godini radilo se o većem iznosu, odnosno prodano je nekretnina u vrijednosti od 18,8 milijardi eura.

U Münchenu nastavljaju rasti rekordne cijene stanova i kuća. Istovremeno, prodaja nekretnina opada, javljaju njemački mediji.

Münchensko tržište nekretnina ne prestaje rasti, prenosi fenix.de. Iako je prošle godine prodano manje kuća i zemljišta, cijene i dalje rastu! U Bogenhausenu je, primjerice, samostojeća kuća promijenila vlasnika za 25,7 milijuna eura, a dvojna kuća za 10,2 milijuna eura.

Svi ovi podaci nalaze se u javno objavljenom izvješću o tržištu nekretnina za 2022. godinu. Također je postavljen novi rekord – ponovno u Bogenhausenu. Ovdje je nova zgrada promijenila vlasnika za 13,3 milijuna eura, u Schwabingu je stan prodan za 15,7 milijuna eura!

Za kuću srednje veličine u Bogenhausenu vlasnik je dobio 4,8 milijuna eura, a za apartmansko naselje u Schwabingu 87 milijuna eura. A u Maxvorstadtu je poslovni kompleks prodan za 358 milijuna...

Za stan u prosječnoj stambenoj četvrti kupci su u 2022. u prosjeku plaćali nevjerojatnih 815.000 eura. To odgovara cijeni četvornog metra od 11.000 eura.

Za dobre stambene prostore zainteresirani su morali još dublje posegnuti u džep. Stanovi u prosjeku koštaju oko 930.000, što odgovara oko 12.050 eura po četvornom metru.

Njemački mediji navode kako su kupci za stan u Münchenu morali izdvojiti osam posto više novca nego godinu prije.

Rat u Ukrajini i povećanje kamata također su utjecali na tržište nekretnina u Münchenu 2022. godine. Ukupno je prošle godine obavljeno samo 9.287 prodaja. To je 29 posto manje nego 2021. godine, prenosi fenix.de.

Što se tiče prodaje, grad je čak zabilježio pad od 37 posto odnosno na 11,9 milijardi eura. U 2021. godini radilo se o većem iznosu, odnosno prodano je nekretnina u vrijednosti od 18,8 milijardi eura.

U Münchenu nastavljaju rasti rekordne cijene stanova i kuća. Istovremeno, prodaja nekretnina opada, javljaju njemački mediji.

Münchensko tržište nekretnina ne prestaje rasti, prenosi fenix.de. Iako je prošle godine prodano manje kuća i zemljišta, cijene i dalje rastu! U Bogenhausenu je, primjerice, samostojeća kuća promijenila vlasnika za 25,7 milijuna eura, a dvojna kuća za 10,2 milijuna eura.

Svi ovi podaci nalaze se u javno objavljenom izvješću o tržištu nekretnina za 2022. godinu. Također je postavljen novi rekord – ponovno u Bogenhausenu. Ovdje je nova zgrada promijenila vlasnika za 13,3 milijuna eura, u Schwabingu je stan prodan za 15,7 milijuna eura!

Za kuću srednje veličine u Bogenhausenu vlasnik je dobio 4,8 milijuna eura, a za apartmansko naselje u Schwabingu 87 milijuna eura. A u Maxvorstadtu je poslovni kompleks prodan za 358 milijuna...

Za stan u prosječnoj stambenoj četvrti kupci su u 2022. u prosjeku plaćali nevjerojatnih 815.000 eura. To odgovara cijeni četvornog metra od 11.000 eura.

Za dobre stambene prostore zainteresirani su morali još dublje posegnuti u džep. Stanovi u prosjeku koštaju oko 930.000, što odgovara oko 12.050 eura po četvornom metru.

Njemački mediji navode kako su kupci za stan u Münchenu morali izdvojiti osam posto više novca nego godinu prije.

Rat u Ukrajini i povećanje kamata također su utjecali na tržište nekretnina u Münchenu 2022. godine. Ukupno je prošle godine obavljeno samo 9.287 prodaja. To je 29 posto manje nego 2021. godine, prenosi fenix.de.

Što se tiče prodaje, grad je čak zabilježio pad od 37 posto odnosno na 11,9 milijardi eura. U 2021. godini radilo se o većem iznosu, odnosno prodano je nekretnina u vrijednosti od 18,8 milijardi eura.
