Roger Federer je 2018. godine prekinuo dugogodišnju suradnju s Nikeom te je potom potpisao 10-godišnji ugovor s konkurentskom tvrtkom Uniqlom vrijedan 30 milijuna dolara.

Mike Nakajima, koji je bio teniski direktor Nikea gotovo 30 godina, nije se mogao pomiriti s odlukom o prekidu suradnje s legendarnim švicarskim tenisačem te je u nedavnom objavljenoj knjizi ‘The Roger Federer Effect‘ pisao o uspješnoj suradnji Federera i Nikea, ali i o razlazu kojeg je nazvao ‘zvjerstvom‘.

‘‘To se nikada nije smjelo dogoditi. Za nas pustiti nekoga takvog da ode, to je grozota. Roger Federer pripadao je Nikeu do kraja svoje karijere. Baš kao Michael Jordan. Kao LeBron James, kao Tiger Woods. On je odmah uz najbolje Nikeove sportaše svih vremena‘‘, napisao je Nakajima u spomenutoj knjizi.

"Nike još uvijek prodaje milijune i milijune pari Jordanica. Kada je Michael posljednji put igrao? Prošlo je mnogo, mnogo godina. Mogli su napraviti istu stvar za Rogera. U godinama koje dolaze, mogli su kreirati cipele s RF-om logo", naveo je Nakajima.

‘‘Još uvijek sam razočaran. Ali dogodilo se. Moram prijeći preko toga. To nije bila moja odluka i nisam bio tu zbog toga‘‘.

Kako piše Sportskeeda, Nakajima je naveo kako novac i slava nisu promijenili Federera koji se krajem prošle godine povukao iz profesionalnog tenisa.

"Da, ima puno više novca i puno više svega. Ali nije se promijenio. Novac i slava jako mijenjaju ljude. Novac je promijenio način na koji vide stvari, ponašaju se i razgovaraju s ljudima. Roger to nikad nije učinio", istaknuo je Nakajima.

Roger Federer je 2018. godine prekinuo dugogodišnju suradnju s Nikeom te je potom potpisao 10-godišnji ugovor s konkurentskom tvrtkom Uniqlom vrijedan 30 milijuna dolara.

Mike Nakajima, koji je bio teniski direktor Nikea gotovo 30 godina, nije se mogao pomiriti s odlukom o prekidu suradnje s legendarnim švicarskim tenisačem te je u nedavnom objavljenoj knjizi ‘The Roger Federer Effect‘ pisao o uspješnoj suradnji Federera i Nikea, ali i o razlazu kojeg je nazvao ‘zvjerstvom‘.

‘‘To se nikada nije smjelo dogoditi. Za nas pustiti nekoga takvog da ode, to je grozota. Roger Federer pripadao je Nikeu do kraja svoje karijere. Baš kao Michael Jordan. Kao LeBron James, kao Tiger Woods. On je odmah uz najbolje Nikeove sportaše svih vremena‘‘, napisao je Nakajima u spomenutoj knjizi.

"Nike još uvijek prodaje milijune i milijune pari Jordanica. Kada je Michael posljednji put igrao? Prošlo je mnogo, mnogo godina. Mogli su napraviti istu stvar za Rogera. U godinama koje dolaze, mogli su kreirati cipele s RF-om logo", naveo je Nakajima.

‘‘Još uvijek sam razočaran. Ali dogodilo se. Moram prijeći preko toga. To nije bila moja odluka i nisam bio tu zbog toga‘‘.

Kako piše Sportskeeda, Nakajima je naveo kako novac i slava nisu promijenili Federera koji se krajem prošle godine povukao iz profesionalnog tenisa.

"Da, ima puno više novca i puno više svega. Ali nije se promijenio. Novac i slava jako mijenjaju ljude. Novac je promijenio način na koji vide stvari, ponašaju se i razgovaraju s ljudima. Roger to nikad nije učinio", istaknuo je Nakajima.

Roger Federer je 2018. godine prekinuo dugogodišnju suradnju s Nikeom te je potom potpisao 10-godišnji ugovor s konkurentskom tvrtkom Uniqlom vrijedan 30 milijuna dolara.

Mike Nakajima, koji je bio teniski direktor Nikea gotovo 30 godina, nije se mogao pomiriti s odlukom o prekidu suradnje s legendarnim švicarskim tenisačem te je u nedavnom objavljenoj knjizi ‘The Roger Federer Effect‘ pisao o uspješnoj suradnji Federera i Nikea, ali i o razlazu kojeg je nazvao ‘zvjerstvom‘.

‘‘To se nikada nije smjelo dogoditi. Za nas pustiti nekoga takvog da ode, to je grozota. Roger Federer pripadao je Nikeu do kraja svoje karijere. Baš kao Michael Jordan. Kao LeBron James, kao Tiger Woods. On je odmah uz najbolje Nikeove sportaše svih vremena‘‘, napisao je Nakajima u spomenutoj knjizi....
