Hrvatski tenisač Marin Čilić nastavlja s odličnim rezultatima na turnirima u Rusiji, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 pobjedom protiv Španjolca Roberta Bautiste Aguta plasirao se u polufinale ATP turnira u Sankt Peterburgu.

Čilić je prošlog tjedna u Moskvi dogurao do finala, a za ponavljanje takvog uspjeha u Sankt Peterburgu igrat će protiv boljeg iz ogleda prvog nositelja Rusa Andreja Rubljova i Nizozemca Botica van de Zandschulpa.

Bio je ovo osmi međusobni dvoboj Čilića i Bautiste i šesta pobjeda našeg igrača.

U prvom setu prvi je do prilike za break stigao 33-godišnji Španjolac. U četvrtom gemu je imao čak pet break lopti, no Čilić je sve izvukao, a potom u idućoj igri napravio break za 3-2. No, Bautista Agut je odmah uzvratio vrativši izgubljeni servis za 3-3. Seriju breakova u prvom setu nastavio je Čilić koji je još jednom oduzeo servis za vodstvo 4-3. Hrvatski tenisač je potom obranio vodstvo za 6-4 u prvom setu.

U drugom setu Čilić je ponovo napravio break kod rezultata 2-2. Ali kao i u prvom setu već u idućem gemu izgubio prednost. Ključnim se pokazao osmi gem u kojem su tenisači odigrali čak 26 poena. Marin je imao četiri lopte za gem, deset puta je bilo izjednačenje, dok je Španjolac imao šest break lopti, nažalost posljednju je iskoristio za vodstvo 5-3.

Jedini break u odlučujućem trećem setu Čilić je ostvario u šestoj igri kada je odlično reternirao te na koncu iskoristio treću priliku za oduzimanje servisa suparniku.

Hrvatski tenisač Marin Čilić nastavlja s odličnim rezultatima na turnirima u Rusiji, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 pobjedom protiv Španjolca Roberta Bautiste Aguta plasirao se u polufinale ATP turnira u Sankt Peterburgu.

Čilić je prošlog tjedna u Moskvi dogurao do finala, a za ponavljanje takvog uspjeha u Sankt Peterburgu igrat će protiv boljeg iz ogleda prvog nositelja Rusa Andreja Rubljova i Nizozemca Botica van de Zandschulpa.

Bio je ovo osmi međusobni dvoboj Čilića i Bautiste i šesta pobjeda našeg igrača.

U prvom setu prvi je do prilike za break stigao 33-godišnji Španjolac. U četvrtom gemu je imao čak pet break lopti, no Čilić je sve izvukao, a potom u idućoj igri napravio break za 3-2. No, Bautista Agut je odmah uzvratio vrativši izgubljeni servis za 3-3. Seriju breakova u prvom setu nastavio je Čilić koji je još jednom oduzeo servis za vodstvo 4-3. Hrvatski tenisač je potom obranio vodstvo za 6-4 u prvom setu.

U drugom setu Čilić je ponovo napravio break kod rezultata 2-2. Ali kao i u prvom setu već u idućem gemu izgubio prednost. Ključnim se pokazao osmi gem u kojem su tenisači odigrali čak 26 poena. Marin je imao četiri lopte za gem, deset puta je bilo izjednačenje, dok je Španjolac imao šest break lopti, nažalost posljednju je iskoristio za vodstvo 5-3.

Jedini break u odlučujućem trećem setu Čilić je ostvario u šestoj igri kada je odlično reternirao te na koncu iskoristio treću priliku za oduzimanje servisa suparniku.

Marin Čilić nastavlja s odličnim rezultatima u Rusiji: hrvatski tenisač svladao Bautistu Aguta i plasirao se u polufinalu ATP turnira u Sankt Peterburgu

Hrvatski tenisač Marin Čilić nastavlja s odličnim rezultatima na turnirima u Rusiji, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 pobjedom protiv Španjolca Roberta Bautiste Aguta plasirao se u polufinale ATP turnira u Sankt Peterburgu.

Čilić je prošlog tjedna u Moskvi dogurao do finala, a za ponavljanje takvog uspjeha u Sankt Peterburgu igrat će protiv boljeg iz ogleda prvog nositelja Rusa Andreja Rubljova i Nizozemca Botica van de Zandschulpa.

Bio je ovo osmi međusobni dvoboj Čilića i Bautiste i šesta pobjeda našeg igrača.

U prvom setu prvi je do prilike za break stigao 33-godišnji Španjolac. U četvrtom gemu je imao čak pet break lopti, no Čilić je sve izvukao, a potom u idućoj igri napravio break za 3-2. No, Bautista Agut je odmah uzvratio vrativši izgubljeni servis za 3-3. Seriju breakova u prvom setu ...
