Španjolski Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala i Civilna Garda provode istragu nad agencijom za zastupanje nogometaša Lian Sports te njenim vlasnicima Albancem Falijem Ramadanijem i Srbinom Nikolom Damjancem, priopćila je u utorak španjolska policija Civilna Garda.

Osumnjičeni su da su nezakonito stekli novac putem "fiktivnih transfera" preko klubova u Srbiji, Cipru i Belgiji, a zatim su dio tog novca uložili u nekretnine u Španjolskoj.

U četvrtak pred istražnog suca u Madridu moraju izaći Ramadani i Damjanac te dvoje članova njihovih obitelji. Ondje će im sudac priopćiti za kakve se kriminalne radnje terete.

Španjolska policija istražuje ugovore svih njihovih nogometaša u Španjolskoj, među kojima i one hrvatskog napadača Nikole Kalinića koji je u kolovozu 2018. godine prešao iz Milana u Atletico Madrid, a onda u rujnu 2019. otišao na posudbu u Romu.

"Od klubova, među kojima su Atletico i Real Madrid, zatražili smo na uvid ugovore. Nitko od igrača niti hrvatskih državljana nije pod istragom", rekao je izvor iz Civilne Garde za Hinu.

Policija istražuje i ugovore vezane za crnogorskog stopera Stefana Savića koji je bio došao iz Fiorentine u Atletico te srpskog napadača Luke Jovića koji ljetos prešao iz Eintracht Frankfurta u Real Madrid.

Sve njih zastupa Lian Sports, čiji su osnivači Ramadani i Damjanac, s registriranim uredom na Malti.

Među njihovim klijentima su i nogometaši Ante Rebić (Milan), Domagoj Livaković (Dinamo Zagreb), Josip Brekalo (Wolfsburg), Marko Rog (Napoli) i Miralem Pjanić (Juventus), navedeno je na internetskoj stranici agencije.

Lian Sports nije odgovorio na upit poslan e-mailom.

"Lian Sports & Partners je inicijalno koncentrirao svoje aktivnosti na zemlje Balkana stječući visoko talentirane igrače. Kompanija se zatim proširila na svjetsko nogometno tržište", navedeno je na njenoj internetskoj stranici.

Istraga nad njome odvija se u Španjolskoj gdje je policija zatražila suradnju nekoliko zemalja.

Civilna Garda je 2017. godine saznala da su Ramadani i Damjanac stekli luksuzne kuće u mjestu Calvia na otoku Mallorci, a to stjecanje su proveli "preko kompleksne strukture tvrtki kako bi sakrili stvarne vlasnike", navela je Civilna Garda u priopćenju na svojoj internetskoj stranici.

"Nakon detaljnog pregleda i praćenja porijekla novca na međunarodnoj razini otkrilo se da su ti zastupnici formirali kriminalnu organizaciju koja je bila sposobna kontrolirati razne nogometne klubove u zemljama poput Srbije, Cipra ili Belgije, provodeći ondje fiktivne transfere za koje se saznalo iz dokumenata koje su otkrili mediji i platforma Football Leaks", navedeno je u priopćenju.

"Na taj su se način obogatili te nanijeli velike financijske štete klubovima i državnim proračunima u zemljama gdje su utajili porez", dodano je.

Među klubovima preko kojeg su ostvarivali vlastitu korist je ciparski Apollon Limassol.

Od dobivenog novca 10 milijuna eura su uložili u Španjolsku kupujući ondje nekretnine te uživali u "životu na visokoj nozi". Transakcije su obavljali preko svog ureda za porezno savjetovanje na Malti te preko predstavništva u drugim državama, gdje su njihovi zaposlenici sudjelovali u "prikrivanju traga novca, a onda i u izbjegavanju plaćanja poreza u Španjolskoj".

Španjolska policija je zatim zatražila suradnju europske policije EUROPOL koja je potpomogla istragu svojom analitikom i operativom te povezala sve institucije. Istražni sudac u Madridu odobrio je akciju kodnog imena LANIGAN tijekom koje je stotinjak policajaca Civilne Garde i porezne uprave pretražilo urede i kuće na Balearskim otocima (Mallorca), u Barceloni, Madridu, Malagi, Sevilli, Almeriji, Valenciji, Asturiji, baskijskoj provinciji Guipuzcoa te gradovima Vitoriji i Pontevedri u potrazi za dokazima o poreznim prijevarama i pranju novca.

Pretraženi su i odvjetnički uredi te prostorije nogometnih klubova.

Španjolski Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala i Civilna Garda provode istragu nad agencijom za zastupanje nogometaša Lian Sports te njenim vlasnicima Albancem Falijem Ramadanijem i Srbinom Nikolom Damjancem, priopćila je u utorak španjolska policija Civilna Garda.

Osumnjičeni su da su nezakonito stekli novac putem "fiktivnih transfera" preko klubova u Srbiji, Cipru i Belgiji, a zatim su dio tog novca uložili u nekretnine u Španjolskoj.

U četvrtak pred istražnog suca u Madridu moraju izaći Ramadani i Damjanac te dvoje članova njihovih obitelji. Ondje će im sudac priopćiti za kakve se kriminalne radnje terete.

Španjolska policija istražuje ugovore svih njihovih nogometaša u Španjolskoj, među kojima i one hrvatskog napadača Nikole Kalinića koji je u kolovozu 2018. godine prešao iz Milana u Atletico Madrid, a onda u rujnu 2019. otišao na posudbu u Romu.

"Od klubova, među kojima su Atletico i Real Madrid, zatražili smo na uvid ugovore. Nitko od igrača niti hrvatskih državljana nije pod istragom", rekao je izvor iz Civilne Garde za Hinu.

Policija istražuje i ugovore vezane za crnogorskog stopera Stefana Savića koji je bio došao iz Fiorentine u Atletico te srpskog napadača Luke Jovića koji ljetos prešao iz Eintracht Frankfurta u Real Madrid.

Sve njih zastupa Lian Sports, čiji su osnivači Ramadani i Damjanac, s registriranim uredom na Malti.

Među njihovim klijentima su i nogometaši Ante Rebić (Milan), Domagoj Livaković (Dinamo Zagreb), Josip Brekalo (Wolfsburg), Marko Rog (Napoli) i Miralem Pjanić (Juventus), navedeno je na internetskoj stranici agencije.

Lian Sports nije odgovorio na upit poslan e-mailom.

"Lian Sports & Partners je inicijalno koncentrirao svoje aktivnosti na zemlje Balkana stječući visoko talentirane igrače. Kompanija se zatim proširila na svjetsko nogometno tržište", navedeno je na njenoj internetskoj stranici.

Istraga nad njome odvija se u Španjolskoj gdje je policija zatražila suradnju nekoliko zemalja.

Civilna Garda je 2017. godine saznala da su Ramadani i Damjanac stekli luksuzne kuće u mjestu Calvia na otoku Mallorci, a to stjecanje su proveli "preko kompleksne strukture tvrtki kako bi sakrili stvarne vlasnike", navela je Civilna Garda u priopćenju na svojoj internetskoj stranici.

"Nakon detaljnog pregleda i praćenja porijekla novca na međunarodnoj razini otkrilo se da su ti zastupnici formirali kriminalnu organizaciju koja je bila sposobna kontrolirati razne nogometne klubove u zemljama poput Srbije, Cipra ili Belgije, provodeći ondje fiktivne transfere za koje se saznalo iz dokumenata koje su otkrili mediji i platforma Football Leaks", navedeno je u priopćenju.

"Na taj su se način obogatili te nanijeli velike financijske štete klubovima i državnim proračunima u zemljama gdje su utajili porez", dodano je.

Među klubovima preko kojeg su ostvarivali vlastitu korist je ciparski Apollon Limassol.

Od dobivenog novca 10 milijuna eura su uložili u Španjolsku kupujući ondje nekretnine te uživali u "životu na visokoj nozi". Transakcije su obavljali preko svog ureda za porezno savjetovanje na Malti te preko predstavništva u drugim državama, gdje su njihovi zaposlenici sudjelovali u "prikrivanju traga novca, a onda i u izbjegavanju plaćanja poreza u Španjolskoj".

Španjolska policija je zatim zatražila suradnju europske policije EUROPOL koja je potpomogla istragu svojom analitikom i operativom te povezala sve institucije. Istražni sudac u Madridu odobrio je akciju kodnog imena LANIGAN tijekom koje je stotinjak policajaca Civilne Garde i porezne uprave pretražilo urede i kuće na Balearskim otocima (Mallorca), u Barceloni, Madridu, Malagi, Sevilli, Almeriji, Valenciji, Asturiji, baskijskoj provinciji Guipuzcoa te gradovima Vitoriji i Pontevedri u potrazi za dokazima o poreznim prijevarama i pranju novca.

Pretraženi su i odvjetnički uredi te prostorije nogometnih klubova.

Zastupnici hrvatskih nogometaša pod istragom španjolskih vlasti, optužuje ih se da su nezakonito stekli novac putem fiktivnih transfera

Španjolski Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala i Civilna Garda provode istragu nad agencijom za zastupanje nogometaša Lian Sports te njenim vlasnicima Albancem Falijem Ramadanijem i Srbinom Nikolom Damjancem, priopćila je u utorak španjolska policija Civilna Garda.

Osumnjičeni su da su nezakonito stekli novac putem "fiktivnih transfera" preko klubova u Srbiji, Cipru i Belgiji, a zatim su dio tog novca uložili u nekretnine u Španjolskoj.

U četvrtak pred istražnog suca u Madridu moraju izaći Ramadani i Damjanac te dvoje članova njihovih obitelji. Ondje će im sudac priopćiti za kakve se kriminalne radnje terete.

Španjolska policija istražuje ugovore svih njihovih nogometaša u Španjolskoj, među kojima i one hrvatskog napadača Nikole Kalinića koji je u kolovozu 2...
