Roberto Mancini je došao do kraja, stavio je obje ruke na europski pehar po imenu Henri Delaunay što ga Italija nije osvojila od 1968. godine. Tad su joj u Rimu trebale čak dvije utakmice (1:1, 2:0, nije bilo penala, nego se igralo prekosutra, iznova) da svlada Jugoslaviju u kojoj je znameniti hajdukovac Dragan Holcer bio istaknuti libero.

Sad su Italiji pomogli penali, baš kao 2006. kad su postali po četvrti put svjetski prvaci u Berlinu, 1:1 protiv Francuske.

Izbornik Italije, Mancini, ubire sve komplimente. Od samog početka Eura prezentirao je neku novu, drugačiju Italiju koja se poput Feniksa digla iz pepela nakon zlosretne avanture pod izbornikom Venturom. Vremešni Giampiero nije se uspio plasirati na Mundijal 2018. što je bio pravi potop, smak nogometnog svijeta na Apeninima.

Uslijedila je smjena i promjena u Savezu, na mjesto predsjednika došao je Gabriele Gravina, a za izbornika je postavljen Roberto Mancini da uzme Noevu arku i ispliva iz diluvija tuge.

Talentirani nogometaš

Mancini, nekoć izrazito talentiran nogometaš, fantazist, sa 17 već u Bologni bio je zacrtan kao “dječak koji obećaje”, pa u Sampdoriji, Laziju, postao je reprezentativac. Imajući trenerski nerv brzo je kročio i na tu scenu, najprije uz Svena Gorana Erikssona, a onda i samostalno.

Kako nam je nekidan pričao Massimo Franchi, kolega iz Tuttosporta, svi su samo čekali da u Londonu “doktorira” i uđe u red velikana koji su živi: Conte, Allegri, Sacchi, Capello i Trapattoni. Kvintet živih legendi primio je sad i šestog člana!

Mancini je, primjerice, vratio titulu engleskog prvaka u Manchester City 2012., nakon 44 godine i pohitao se zahvaliti Gospi u Međugorje. Podsjetili smo se nedavno kako snagu crpi i u molitvi i redovitoj zahvali Gospi međugorskoj.

Osvojio je titule s Interom, a znamo pouzdano da je bio tiha patnja Juventusa, ali ga je karijera odvukla drugamo: nikad nije došao na “bijelo-crnu” stranu metropole Piemonta, kao što jest njegov nogometni “blizanac golgeter” iz doba Sampdorije, danas bliski suradnik u reprezentaciji Gianluca Vialli.

Na Wembleyju 1992. njihova Sampdoria zapela je u finalu Lige prvaka protiv Barcelone, sad su i to dugovanje naplatili.

Uslikan je Mancini na travnjaku Wembleyja zaogrnut zastavom, na trenutak sam u svojim mislima. Rasplakao se od sreće, ali slavio je decentno, dostojanstveno, drugi su bjesomučno urlali, on je samo tiho zaplakao. Uvijek ima mot uglađenog gospodina, takav i izgleda, pazi da bude vitak i s 56 na leđima izgleda da bi sad mogao potrčati za loptom. Odijelo mu krasno stoji...

A zapravo je promijenio filozofiju igre Italije, dao joj balun, potražio imažinaciju pa neka ne raspolaže istinskim veličinama.

Paradoks je to, i kad je igrala poslovični bunker i kad se Gentile zubima branio, imala je velikane. Riva, Rivera i Mazzola, Conti, Antognoni i Rossi, Pirlo, Totti i Del Piero pokazivali su da nije sve samo “catenaccio”, valjalo je i kontru osmislit i udrit.

Prva violina

Međutim, Mancini je talijansku priču definitivno obrnuo. Jeste li vidjeli koliki je posjed baluna imala Italija u finalu kod Engleza i kako se digla nakon šok-gola primljenog već u drugoj minuti?! To je slika i prilika “novog calcija”.

Tri godine je trajao sustavan rad Mancinija za kormilom “azzurra” na odabiru igrača za način igre koji će uklopit u svoj orkestar. Skup svirača svira žustro, veselo, nema prvu violinu, ali svi jednakim žarom bubnjaju i drže ritam. I nisu trube, ne bojte se.

Prva violina je “mister”, Mancini koji ih je tako sretno uglazbio. Gradeći svoje (nebodersko) zdanje iz podruma, na ruševinama neodlaska u Rusiju, nanizao je – pazite sad ovo – 34 utakmice bez poraza: 28 pobjeda i šest remija!

Pretekao je Vittorija Pozza koji je bio izbornik Italije što je osvajala SP 1934. i 1938. i između još i Olimpijske igre 1936. u Berlinu. Pozzo (što znači bunar) “samo” je 30 puta bio neporažen.

Ostaje Manciniju još jedna utakmica da se izjednači s Brazilom (1993. – 1996.) i Španjolskom (2007. – 2009.) koje su nanizale po 35 bez poraza.

Ali i ovako, kapu je nakrivio, europski je prvak!

Roberto Mancini je došao do kraja, stavio je obje ruke na europski pehar po imenu Henri Delaunay što ga Italija nije osvojila od 1968. godine. Tad su joj u Rimu trebale čak dvije utakmice (1:1, 2:0, nije bilo penala, nego se igralo prekosutra, iznova) da svlada Jugoslaviju u kojoj je znameniti hajdukovac Dragan Holcer bio istaknuti libero.

Sad su Italiji pomogli penali, baš kao 2006. kad su postali po četvrti put svjetski prvaci u Berlinu, 1:1 protiv Francuske.

Izbornik Italije, Mancini, ubire sve komplimente. Od samog početka Eura prezentirao je neku novu, drugačiju Italiju koja se poput Feniksa digla iz pepela nakon zlosretne avanture pod izbornikom Venturom. Vremešni Giampiero nije se uspio plasirati na Mundijal 2018. što je bio pravi potop, smak nogometnog svijeta na Apeninima.

Uslijedila je smjena i promjena u Savezu, na mjesto predsjednika došao je Gabriele Gravina, a za izbornika je postavljen Roberto Mancini da uzme Noevu arku i ispliva iz diluvija tuge.

Talentirani nogometaš

Mancini, nekoć izrazito talentiran nogometaš, fantazist, sa 17 već u Bologni bio je zacrtan kao “dječak koji obećaje”, pa u Sampdoriji, Laziju, postao je reprezentativac. Imajući trenerski nerv brzo je kročio i na tu scenu, najprije uz Svena Gorana Erikssona, a onda i samostalno.

Kako nam je nekidan pričao Massimo Franchi, kolega iz Tuttosporta, svi su samo čekali da u Londonu “doktorira” i uđe u red velikana koji su živi: Conte, Allegri, Sacchi, Capello i Trapattoni. Kvintet živih legendi primio je sad i šestog člana!

Mancini je, primjerice, vratio titulu engleskog prvaka u Manchester City 2012., nakon 44 godine i pohitao se zahvaliti Gospi u Međugorje. Podsjetili smo se nedavno kako snagu crpi i u molitvi i redovitoj zahvali Gospi međugorskoj.

Osvojio je titule s Interom, a znamo pouzdano da je bio tiha patnja Juventusa, ali ga je karijera odvukla drugamo: nikad nije došao na “bijelo-crnu” stranu metropole Piemonta, kao što jest njegov nogometni “blizanac golgeter” iz doba Sampdorije, danas bliski suradnik u reprezentaciji Gianluca Vialli.

Na Wembleyju 1992. njihova Sampdoria zapela je u finalu Lige prvaka protiv Barcelone, sad su i to dugovanje naplatili.

Uslikan je Mancini na travnjaku Wembleyja zaogrnut zastavom, na trenutak sam u svojim mislima. Rasplakao se od sreće, ali slavio je decentno, dostojanstveno, drugi su bjesomučno urlali, on je samo tiho zaplakao. Uvijek ima mot uglađenog gospodina, takav i izgleda, pazi da bude vitak i s 56 na leđima izgleda da bi sad mogao potrčati za loptom. Odijelo mu krasno stoji...

A zapravo je promijenio filozofiju igre Italije, dao joj balun, potražio imažinaciju pa neka ne raspolaže istinskim veličinama.

Paradoks je to, i kad je igrala poslovični bunker i kad se Gentile zubima branio, imala je velikane. Riva, Rivera i Mazzola, Conti, Antognoni i Rossi, Pirlo, Totti i Del Piero pokazivali su da nije sve samo “catenaccio”, valjalo je i kontru osmislit i udrit.

Prva violina

Međutim, Mancini je talijansku priču definitivno obrnuo. Jeste li vidjeli koliki je posjed baluna imala Italija u finalu kod Engleza i kako se digla nakon šok-gola primljenog već u drugoj minuti?! To je slika i prilika “novog calcija”.

Tri godine je trajao sustavan rad Mancinija za kormilom “azzurra” na odabiru igrača za način igre koji će uklopit u svoj orkestar. Skup svirača svira žustro, veselo, nema prvu violinu, ali svi jednakim žarom bubnjaju i drže ritam. I nisu trube, ne bojte se.

Prva violina je “mister”, Mancini koji ih je tako sretno uglazbio. Gradeći svoje (nebodersko) zdanje iz podruma, na ruševinama neodlaska u Rusiju, nanizao je – pazite sad ovo – 34 utakmice bez poraza: 28 pobjeda i šest remija!

Pretekao je Vittorija Pozza koji je bio izbornik Italije što je osvajala SP 1934. i 1938. i između još i Olimpijske igre 1936. u Berlinu. Pozzo (što znači bunar) “samo” je 30 puta bio neporažen.

Ostaje Manciniju još jedna utakmica da se izjednači s Brazilom (1993. – 1996.) i Španjolskom (2007. – 2009.) koje su nanizale po 35 bez poraza.

Ali i ovako, kapu je nakrivio, europski je prvak!

Roberto Mancini je došao do kraja, stavio je obje ruke na europski pehar po imenu Henri Delaunay što ga Italija nije osvojila od 1968. godine. Tad su joj u Rimu trebale čak dvije utakmice (1:1, 2:0, nije bilo penala, nego se igralo prekosutra, iznova) da svlada Jugoslaviju u kojoj je znameniti hajdukovac Dragan Holcer bio istaknuti libero.

Sad su Italiji pomogli penali, baš kao 2006. kad su postali po četvrti put svjetski prvaci u Berlinu, 1:1 protiv Francuske.

Izbornik Italije, Mancini, ubire sve komplimente. Od samog početka Eura prezentirao je neku novu, drugačiju Italiju koja se poput Feniksa digla iz pepela nakon zlosretne avanture pod izbornikom Venturom. Vremešni Giampiero nije se uspio plasirati na Mundijal 2018. što je bio pravi potop, smak nogometnog svijeta na Apeninim...
