Real Madrid je u utorak najavio pokretanje sudskog postupka protiv predsjednika španjolske lige Javiera Tebasa zbog dogovaranja "štetnog" posla s američkim investicijskim fondom CVC Capital Partners koji bi za 2,7 milijardi eura stekao 11 posto vlasništva nad poslovanjem La Lige.

- Uprava Real Madrida je na današnjem sastanku u 11 sati jednoglasno odlučila pokrenuti kazneni postupak protiv predsjednika La Lige Javiera Tebasa, dužnosnika fonda CVC Javiera de Jaime Guijarra kao i protiv samog fonda CVC Capital Partners - priopćio je klub sa sjevera Madrida. 

- Naša uprava će pokrenuti sve raspoložive pravne poteze kako ne bi zaživio sporazum između La Lige i fonda CVC o kojem bi skupština La Lige trebala odlučiti 12. kolovoza - dodao je.

La Liga, organizator natjecanja prve i druge španjolske lige, priopćila je prošlu srijedu kako je s fondom CVC postigla preliminarni sporazum o "ubrizgavanju 2,7 milijardi eura u natjecanje i klubove". 

Oko 90 posto tog novca otišlo bi u 42 kluba prve i druge španjolske lige a oni bi zatim 15 posto primljenog iznosa mogli koristiti na kupnju novih igrača i plaće svojih aktualnih nogometaša. Fond CVC bi zauzvrat dobio 10,95 postotni udio u novoosnovanoj zajedničkoj kompaniji s La Ligom pa u idućih 40 ili 50 godina dobivao toliki iznos ostvarene dobiti. Ne bi pritom sudjelovao u organizaciji natjecanja u Španjolskoj.

Real Madrid je odmah u četvrtak priopćio kako nije ništa znao o tom dogovoru te da je on štetan za dugoročno poslovanje kluba.

- Klubovi inače prepuštaju svoja audiovizualna prava za komercijalnu upotrebu na tri godine. Ovaj sporazum, koristeći prevarantsku strukturu, oduzima klubovima 10,95 posto njihovih audiovizualnih prava tijekom 50 godina i protivno zakonu - priopćio je tada Real Madrid.

Tebas je još prošli mjesec na večeri predstavio taj plan Barceloninom predsjedniku Joanu Laporti ponudivši mu mogućnost da tako potpiše novi ugovor s  Lionelom Messijem.

Barcelona u četvrtak nije produžila ugovor sa svojim 34-godišnjim kapetanom i najboljim strijelcem u povijesti jer joj je iznos za plaće premašio prihod od cjelokupnog poslovanja. Preko fonda CVC dobila bi 270 milijuna eura od kojih bi dio mogla izdvojiti za zadržavanje Argentinca čiji je ugovor istekao 1. srpnja.

Nakon što u četvrtak nije potpisan ugovor s Messijem, premda su klub i igrač bili usuglasili uvjete, Laporta je na konferenciji za medije rekao kako je "ponuda fonda CVC značajno ispod vrijednosti 10 postotnog udjela u La Ligi".

- Potpisivanje takvog sporazuma predstavljalo bi veliki rizik za klub, a ja ga nisam spreman preuzeti. Ne bi smo trebali dogovarati operacije s horizontom od pola stoljeća - izjavio je prvi čovjek Barcelone.

Laporta je odluku donio pod utjecajem Ferrana Revertera, izvršnog direktora Barcelone.

- Tko upravlja Barcelonom? Ostali su bez Messija i 270 milijuna eura, savršen plan... - napisao je Tebas na Twitteru u utorak. Barceloni je bilo ponuđeno ukupno 270 milijuna eura putem posla s fondom CVC.

Od izbijanja pandemije u ožujku 2020. godine klubovima su osjetno pali prihodi jer su stadioni zatvoreni a nema niti turista koji kupuju suvenire.

Real Madrid je prošle sezone uprihodio 653 milijuna eura a sezonu ranije 715 milijuna. Objava Barceloninih rezultata tek se očekuje. Španjolski klubovi smiju najviše 70 posto prihoda potrošiti na plaće igrača a s Messijem je taj iznos u Barceloni dosegnuo 110 posto.

Tebas, koji je 2018. htio organizirati prvenstvenu utakmicu Girone i Barcelone u Miamiju ali nije uspio, nije odustao od posla s američkim fondom unatoč protivljenju divova Real Madrida i Barcelone. Posao smatra kratkoročno korisnim zbog dobivenog novca a dugoročno pozitivnim zbog širenja poslovanja španjolskog nogometa u inozemstvo.

- Florentino Perez se privatno godinama služi metodom prijetnje, a sada i javno. Klubovi i mi institucije godinama podnosimo njegove prijetnje - istaknuo je Tebas podsjetivši kako je Perez bio jedan od začetnika Superlige.

- Zar nije tada govorio kako će padati cijena televizijskih prava i da La Liga nije budućnost? - napisao je Twitteru.

Barcelona i Real, koji su ljetos ostali bez svojih kapetana Messija i Sergija Ramosa, vjeruju da bi od televizijskih prava mogli dobiti puno više u nadolazećim godinama pa ta prava ne žele djelomično prepuštati američkom ulagaču. Zato i dalje podržavaju osnivanje Superlige, natjecanja 20 najbogatijih europskih klubova, što je izazvalo brojne polemike prije tri mjeseca kada je predstavljeno u javnosti.

U četvrtak će biti održana izvanredna skupština La Lige na kojoj će sudjelovati 42 kluba i na kojoj će biti donesena odluka o ugovoru s fondom CVC.

Real Madrid je u utorak najavio pokretanje sudskog postupka protiv predsjednika španjolske lige Javiera Tebasa zbog dogovaranja "štetnog" posla s američkim investicijskim fondom CVC Capital Partners koji bi za 2,7 milijardi eura stekao 11 posto vlasništva nad poslovanjem La Lige.

- Uprava Real Madrida je na današnjem sastanku u 11 sati jednoglasno odlučila pokrenuti kazneni postupak protiv predsjednika La Lige Javiera Tebasa, dužnosnika fonda CVC Javiera de Jaime Guijarra kao i protiv samog fonda CVC Capital Partners - priopćio je klub sa sjevera Madrida. 

- Naša uprava će pokrenuti sve raspoložive pravne poteze kako ne bi zaživio sporazum između La Lige i fonda CVC o kojem bi skupština La Lige trebala odlučiti 12. kolovoza - dodao je.

La Liga, organizator natjecanja prve i druge španjolske lige, priopćila je prošlu srijedu kako je s fondom CVC postigla preliminarni sporazum o "ubrizgavanju 2,7 milijardi eura u natjecanje i klubove". 

Oko 90 posto tog novca otišlo bi u 42 kluba prve i druge španjolske lige a oni bi zatim 15 posto primljenog iznosa mogli koristiti na kupnju novih igrača i plaće svojih aktualnih nogometaša. Fond CVC bi zauzvrat dobio 10,95 postotni udio u novoosnovanoj zajedničkoj kompaniji s La Ligom pa u idućih 40 ili 50 godina dobivao toliki iznos ostvarene dobiti. Ne bi pritom sudjelovao u organizaciji natjecanja u Španjolskoj.

Real Madrid je odmah u četvrtak priopćio kako nije ništa znao o tom dogovoru te da je on štetan za dugoročno poslovanje kluba.

- Klubovi inače prepuštaju svoja audiovizualna prava za komercijalnu upotrebu na tri godine. Ovaj sporazum, koristeći prevarantsku strukturu, oduzima klubovima 10,95 posto njihovih audiovizualnih prava tijekom 50 godina i protivno zakonu - priopćio je tada Real Madrid.

Tebas je još prošli mjesec na večeri predstavio taj plan Barceloninom predsjedniku Joanu Laporti ponudivši mu mogućnost da tako potpiše novi ugovor s  Lionelom Messijem.

Barcelona u četvrtak nije produžila ugovor sa svojim 34-godišnjim kapetanom i najboljim strijelcem u povijesti jer joj je iznos za plaće premašio prihod od cjelokupnog poslovanja. Preko fonda CVC dobila bi 270 milijuna eura od kojih bi dio mogla izdvojiti za zadržavanje Argentinca čiji je ugovor istekao 1. srpnja.

Nakon što u četvrtak nije potpisan ugovor s Messijem, premda su klub i igrač bili usuglasili uvjete, Laporta je na konferenciji za medije rekao kako je "ponuda fonda CVC značajno ispod vrijednosti 10 postotnog udjela u La Ligi".

- Potpisivanje takvog sporazuma predstavljalo bi veliki rizik za klub, a ja ga nisam spreman preuzeti. Ne bi smo trebali dogovarati operacije s horizontom od pola stoljeća - izjavio je prvi čovjek Barcelone.

Laporta je odluku donio pod utjecajem Ferrana Revertera, izvršnog direktora Barcelone.

- Tko upravlja Barcelonom? Ostali su bez Messija i 270 milijuna eura, savršen plan... - napisao je Tebas na Twitteru u utorak. Barceloni je bilo ponuđeno ukupno 270 milijuna eura putem posla s fondom CVC.

Od izbijanja pandemije u ožujku 2020. godine klubovima su osjetno pali prihodi jer su stadioni zatvoreni a nema niti turista koji kupuju suvenire.

Real Madrid je prošle sezone uprihodio 653 milijuna eura a sezonu ranije 715 milijuna. Objava Barceloninih rezultata tek se očekuje. Španjolski klubovi smiju najviše 70 posto prihoda potrošiti na plaće igrača a s Messijem je taj iznos u Barceloni dosegnuo 110 posto.

Tebas, koji je 2018. htio organizirati prvenstvenu utakmicu Girone i Barcelone u Miamiju ali nije uspio, nije odustao od posla s američkim fondom unatoč protivljenju divova Real Madrida i Barcelone. Posao smatra kratkoročno korisnim zbog dobivenog novca a dugoročno pozitivnim zbog širenja poslovanja španjolskog nogometa u inozemstvo.

- Florentino Perez se privatno godinama služi metodom prijetnje, a sada i javno. Klubovi i mi institucije godinama podnosimo njegove prijetnje - istaknuo je Tebas podsjetivši kako je Perez bio jedan od začetnika Superlige.

- Zar nije tada govorio kako će padati cijena televizijskih prava i da La Liga nije budućnost? - napisao je Twitteru.

Barcelona i Real, koji su ljetos ostali bez svojih kapetana Messija i Sergija Ramosa, vjeruju da bi od televizijskih prava mogli dobiti puno više u nadolazećim godinama pa ta prava ne žele djelomično prepuštati američkom ulagaču. Zato i dalje podržavaju osnivanje Superlige, natjecanja 20 najbogatijih europskih klubova, što je izazvalo brojne polemike prije tri mjeseca kada je predstavljeno u javnosti.

U četvrtak će biti održana izvanredna skupština La Lige na kojoj će sudjelovati 42 kluba i na kojoj će biti donesena odluka o ugovoru s fondom CVC.

Real tuži predsjednika La Lige zbog posla s američkim fondom: Naša uprava će pokrenuti sve raspoložive pravne poteze

Real Madrid je u utorak najavio pokretanje sudskog postupka protiv predsjednika španjolske lige Javiera Tebasa zbog dogovaranja "štetnog" posla s američkim investicijskim fondom CVC Capital Partners koji bi za 2,7 milijardi eura stekao 11 posto vlasništva nad poslovanjem La Lige.

- Uprava Real Madrida je na današnjem sastanku u 11 sati jednoglasno odlučila pokrenuti kazneni postupak protiv predsjednika La Lige Javiera Tebasa, dužnosnika fonda CVC Javiera de Jaime Guijarra kao i protiv samog fonda CVC Capital Partners - priopćio je klub sa sjevera Madrida. 

- Naša uprava će pokrenuti sve raspoložive pravne poteze kako ne bi zaživio sporazum između La Lige i fonda CVC o kojem bi skupština La Lige trebala odlučiti 12. kolovoza - dodao je.
