Engleski nogometni prvoligaš Southampton službeno je obznanio kako će trener prve momčadi, do kraja sezone, biti mladi, 39-godišnji Španjolac Ruben Selles.

Nakon poraza od Wolverhamptona 1-2, prije trinaest dana, čelnici kluba su odlučili zahvaliti Velšaninu Nathanu Jonesu koji je trener popularnih „svetaca“ bio tek 95 dana. Uoči gostovanja kod Chelseaja momčad je preuzeo upravo Ruben Selles, dotadašnji pomoćnik, a Southampton je s 1-0 pobijedio velikog favorita.

Sada je klub odlučio da Selles ostane do kraja sezone, a recimo kako je Španjolac bio pomoćnik u Southamptonu i ranijem treneru, Hasenhuettleu. Na početku trenerske karijere je radio s mlađim naraštajima u rodnoj Valenciji.

Southampton je i dalje na posljednjem mjestu ljestvice. Ima bod manje od pretposljednjeg Leedsa, dva manje od West Hama te tri manje od Bournemoutha i Evertona.

U posljednje vrijeme mjesto u prvoj momčadi Southamptona je izgubio hrvatski stoper Duje Ćaleta-Car, dok se Mislav Oršić od dolaska tijekom zime iz Dinama u tom klubu nije uspio nametnuti.

Engleski nogometni prvoligaš Southampton službeno je obznanio kako će trener prve momčadi, do kraja sezone, biti mladi, 39-godišnji Španjolac Ruben Selles.

Nakon poraza od Wolverhamptona 1-2, prije trinaest dana, čelnici kluba su odlučili zahvaliti Velšaninu Nathanu Jonesu koji je trener popularnih „svetaca“ bio tek 95 dana. Uoči gostovanja kod Chelseaja momčad je preuzeo upravo Ruben Selles, dotadašnji pomoćnik, a Southampton je s 1-0 pobijedio velikog favorita.

Sada je klub odlučio da Selles ostane do kraja sezone, a recimo kako je Španjolac bio pomoćnik u Southamptonu i ranijem treneru, Hasenhuettleu. Na početku trenerske karijere je radio s mlađim naraštajima u rodnoj Valenciji.

Southampton je i dalje na posljednjem mjestu ljestvice. Ima bod manje od pretposljednjeg Leedsa, dva manje od West Hama te tri manje od Bournemoutha i Evertona.

U posljednje vrijeme mjesto u prvoj momčadi Southamptona je izgubio hrvatski stoper Duje Ćaleta-Car, dok se Mislav Oršić od dolaska tijekom zime iz Dinama u tom klubu nije uspio nametnuti.

Oršić i Ćaleta-Car dobili novog trenera: na klupi Southamptona do kraja sezone bit će mladi Španjolac

Engleski nogometni prvoligaš Southampton službeno je obznanio kako će trener prve momčadi, do kraja sezone, biti mladi, 39-godišnji Španjolac Ruben Selles.

Nakon poraza od Wolverhamptona 1-2, prije trinaest dana, čelnici kluba su odlučili zahvaliti Velšaninu Nathanu Jonesu koji je trener popularnih „svetaca“ bio tek 95 dana. Uoči gostovanja kod Chelseaja momčad je preuzeo upravo Ruben Selles, dotadašnji pomoćnik, a Southampton je s 1-0 pobijedio velikog favorita.

Sada je klub odlučio da Selles ostane do kraja sezone, a recimo kako je Španjolac bio pomoćnik u Southamptonu i ranijem treneru, Hasenhuettleu. Na početku trenerske karijere je radio s mlađim naraštajima u rodnoj Valenciji.

Southampton je i dalje na posljednjem mjestu ljestvice. Ima bod manje od pretposljedn...
