Arbirtražni sportski sud (CAS) u Lausanni odbacio je tužbu brazilskog kluba Santos protiv Barcelone u vezi s potpisivanjem Neymara 2013. godine, objavio je španjolski klub.

Santos je 2015. godine podnio zahtjev CAS-u tražeći 61.2 milijuna eura odštete, nakon što je Barca isplatila određenu sumu novca Neymarovom ocu i obiteljskoj tvrtki N&N prije nego što je dovela Neymara.

- CAS je utvrdio da je ugovor između Santosa i Neymara raskinut međusobnim dogovorom i da Barcelona nije prekršila sporazum o transferu kada je plaćala dodatne takse igračevom ocu i tvrtki N&N - objavila je Barcelona.

U izjavi se dodaje da je CAS-u naložio Santosu plaćanje pravne naknade Barceloni u iznosu od 20.000 švicarskih franaka.

Neymarov transfer iz Santosa u Barcelonu bio zasut pravnim problemima, što je transfer dovelo do Vrhovnog suda u Španjolskoj koji je pokrenuo istragu o prijevari i korupciji protiv igrača.

Barcelona je Neymara, tako je tvrdila, platila 57 milijuna eura, no pokazalo se kako je cijeli transfer stajao katalonski klub više od 92 milijuna, pa je Vrhovni sud presudio kako je Barca oštetila državu za 9,1 milijun eura.

Neymar je za Barcelonu igrao četiri godine osvojivši osam trofeja prije nego što je 2017. za rekordnih 222 milijuna eura preselio u PSG.

Arbirtražni sportski sud (CAS) u Lausanni odbacio je tužbu brazilskog kluba Santos protiv Barcelone u vezi s potpisivanjem Neymara 2013. godine, objavio je španjolski klub.

Santos je 2015. godine podnio zahtjev CAS-u tražeći 61.2 milijuna eura odštete, nakon što je Barca isplatila određenu sumu novca Neymarovom ocu i obiteljskoj tvrtki N&N prije nego što je dovela Neymara.

- CAS je utvrdio da je ugovor između Santosa i Neymara raskinut međusobnim dogovorom i da Barcelona nije prekršila sporazum o transferu kada je plaćala dodatne takse igračevom ocu i tvrtki N&N - objavila je Barcelona.

U izjavi se dodaje da je CAS-u naložio Santosu plaćanje pravne naknade Barceloni u iznosu od 20.000 švicarskih franaka.

Neymarov transfer iz Santosa u Barcelonu bio zasut pravnim problemima, što je transfer dovelo do Vrhovnog suda u Španjolskoj koji je pokrenuo istragu o prijevari i korupciji protiv igrača.

Barcelona je Neymara, tako je tvrdila, platila 57 milijuna eura, no pokazalo se kako je cijeli transfer stajao katalonski klub više od 92 milijuna, pa je Vrhovni sud presudio kako je Barca oštetila državu za 9,1 milijun eura.

Neymar je za Barcelonu igrao četiri godine osvojivši osam trofeja prije nego što je 2017. za rekordnih 222 milijuna eura preselio u PSG.
