Hrvatski rukometni reprezentativac, Ivan Čupić na susretu slovenske prve lige između njegova Gorenja i Preventa nezgodno je doskočio i ozlijedio koljeno, stradao je prednji križni ligament, te će morati na operaciju zbog čega će s terena izbivati i do šest mjeseci!

- Bio sam na srednjem vanjskom i dodao sam do pivota, ali sam nezgodno doskočio i osjetio sam kako je koljeno “prošetalo“ - opisao nam je kako je došlo do ozljede u 46. minuti susreta igranog u petak, Čupić.

Na prvu nije izgledalo da je riječ o teškoj ozljedi, ali dodatni pregledi koje je naš reprezentativac obavio jučer pokazali su da je “otišao“ prednji križni ligament. Nije na odmet spomenuti da je leteći Metkovac s devet pogodaka bio najbolji strijelac u gostujućoj pobjedi njegova kluba 34:28.

- Otići ću još u Zagreb na pregled, po mišljenje, dva, ali moram na operaciju i neću igrati četiri do šest mjeseci, znači nema me negdje do sredine rujna, taman pred iduću sezonu. Nisam iznimka, dosta rukometaša je imalo ovakvu ozljedu, Dominiković, Štrlek, ali ovo je najgore što mi se moglo dogoditi sad kad sezona ulazi u završnicu, kad se igra s najviše draži, kad se igra za titule - kazao je najbolji igrač Gorenja.

Vodeći strijelac slovenske lige propustit će završnicu prvenstva u koju Gorenje ulazi kao vodeći sastav, zatim polufinale nacionalnog kupa, polufinalne oglede EHF kupa u kojima igraju s švicarskim Otmar St. Gallenom, četiri zadnje utakmice (Finska, Mađarska, Slovačka i Grčka) kvalifikacija za Europsko Prvenstvo 2010. godine koje se igraju u lipnju, te Mediteranske igre koje će se održati od 26. lipnja do 5. srpnja u Pescari.

Naša reprezentacija s tri pobjede i porazom od Mađarske drži drugo mjesto četvrte skupine, prva dva osigurat će nastup na EP-u (19. do 31. siječnja 2010.), a izostanak Čupića, na desnom krilu, pokušat će nadomjestiti Zlatko Horvat i Vedran Zrnić, a nije isključena mogućnost da opet zaigra i Mirza Džomba.

- Dosad smo napravili dobar posao u kvalifikacijama, tako da mislim da je ostalo samo rutinski potvrditi učinjeno. Bilo bi ravno senzaciji da se ne plasiramo na EP. Čuo sam da se s Mađarima igra u Zadru i žao mi je što opet neću osjetiti tu atmosferu - kazao je Čupić koji je kvalifikacije za OI igrane u Zadru, zatim i OI u Pekingu, propustio zbog nesreće.

Naime, vjenčani prsten zapeo mu je za ogradu i otrgnuo dio prstenjaka lijeve, pucačke ruke. Ipak vratio se 23-godišnji Metkovac u rekordnom roku i bio je jedan od najboljih naših igrača na nedavno održanom SP-u.

- Što me ne ubije ojača me. Ma, vratio sam se nakon što sam ostao bez dijela prsta, pa ću se vratiti i sad - poručio je Čupić.

Hrvatski rukometni reprezentativac, Ivan Čupić na susretu slovenske prve lige između njegova Gorenja i Preventa nezgodno je doskočio i ozlijedio koljeno, stradao je prednji križni ligament, te će morati na operaciju zbog čega će s terena izbivati i do šest mjeseci!

- Bio sam na srednjem vanjskom i dodao sam do pivota, ali sam nezgodno doskočio i osjetio sam kako je koljeno “prošetalo“ - opisao nam je kako je došlo do ozljede u 46. minuti susreta igranog u petak, Čupić.

Na prvu nije izgledalo da je riječ o teškoj ozljedi, ali dodatni pregledi koje je naš reprezentativac obavio jučer pokazali su da je “otišao“ prednji križni ligament. Nije na odmet spomenuti da je leteći Metkovac s devet pogodaka bio najbolji strijelac u gostujućoj pobjedi njegova kluba 34:28.

- Otići ću još u Zagreb na pregled, po mišljenje, dva, ali moram na operaciju i neću igrati četiri do šest mjeseci, znači nema me negdje do sredine rujna, taman pred iduću sezonu. Nisam iznimka, dosta rukometaša je imalo ovakvu ozljedu, Dominiković, Štrlek, ali ovo je najgore što mi se moglo dogoditi sad kad sezona ulazi u završnicu, kad se igra s najviše draži, kad se igra za titule - kazao je najbolji igrač Gorenja.

Vodeći strijelac slovenske lige propustit će završnicu prvenstva u koju Gorenje ulazi kao vodeći sastav, zatim polufinale nacionalnog kupa, polufinalne oglede EHF kupa u kojima igraju s švicarskim Otmar St. Gallenom, četiri zadnje utakmice (Finska, Mađarska, Slovačka i Grčka) kvalifikacija za Europsko Prvenstvo 2010. godine koje se igraju u lipnju, te Mediteranske igre koje će se održati od 26. lipnja do 5. srpnja u Pescari.

Naša reprezentacija s tri pobjede i porazom od Mađarske drži drugo mjesto četvrte skupine, prva dva osigurat će nastup na EP-u (19. do 31. siječnja 2010.), a izostanak Čupića, na desnom krilu, pokušat će nadomjestiti Zlatko Horvat i Vedran Zrnić, a nije isključena mogućnost da opet zaigra i Mirza Džomba.

- Dosad smo napravili dobar posao u kvalifikacijama, tako da mislim da je ostalo samo rutinski potvrditi učinjeno. Bilo bi ravno senzaciji da se ne plasiramo na EP. Čuo sam da se s Mađarima igra u Zadru i žao mi je što opet neću osjetiti tu atmosferu - kazao je Čupić koji je kvalifikacije za OI igrane u Zadru, zatim i OI u Pekingu, propustio zbog nesreće.

Naime, vjenčani prsten zapeo mu je za ogradu i otrgnuo dio prstenjaka lijeve, pucačke ruke. Ipak vratio se 23-godišnji Metkovac u rekordnom roku i bio je jedan od najboljih naših igrača na nedavno održanom SP-u.

- Što me ne ubije ojača me. Ma, vratio sam se nakon što sam ostao bez dijela prsta, pa ću se vratiti i sad - poručio je Čupić.
