Hrvatski plivač Kristijan Vincetić osvojio je šesto mjesto na 100m delfin na paraolimpijskim igrama u Rio de Janeiru.

Vincetić je u kvalifikacijama bio četvrti, međutim u finalu nije uspio ponoviti taj plasman i s rezultatom 1:02.50 bio je šesti.

Ponovo je plivao slabije od svog osobnog rekorda koji iznosi 1:00.74, a da ga je ponovio u finalu bio bi četvrti.

"Ponovo šesto mjesto. Još jednom sam loše plivao. Zbunio sam se na startu, međutim to nije nikakvo opravdanje," kazao je Vincetić.

Bila je to njegova treća disciplina u Riju. Na 400 m slobodno je bio šesti, a na 100 m slobodno je zauzeo 12. mjesto.

"Ovo su mi treće paraolimpijske igre. Ako ću nastaviti tako sporo napredovati morat ću plivati do 2030. da osvojim medalju. Prvo nikako nisam mogao do finala, a kada sam ušao u finale plivao sam katastrofa," kazao je razočarani Vincetić.

Zlato je osvojio Grk Dimosthenis Michalentzakis s novim paraolimpijskim rekordom 59,27, drugi je bio svjetski rekorder Talijan Federico Morlacchi s rezultatom 59,52, dok je treći bio Mađar Tamas Sors koji je isplivao vrijeme 59,85.

"Drago mi je zbog Grka, zaslužio je ovu pobjedu jer u zadnje vrijeme odlično pliva," dodao je Vincetić.

Hrvatski plivač Kristijan Vincetić osvojio je šesto mjesto na 100m delfin na paraolimpijskim igrama u Rio de Janeiru.

Vincetić je u kvalifikacijama bio četvrti, međutim u finalu nije uspio ponoviti taj plasman i s rezultatom 1:02.50 bio je šesti.

Ponovo je plivao slabije od svog osobnog rekorda koji iznosi 1:00.74, a da ga je ponovio u finalu bio bi četvrti.

"Ponovo šesto mjesto. Još jednom sam loše plivao. Zbunio sam se na startu, međutim to nije nikakvo opravdanje," kazao je Vincetić.

Bila je to njegova treća disciplina u Riju. Na 400 m slobodno je bio šesti, a na 100 m slobodno je zauzeo 12. mjesto.

"Ovo su mi treće paraolimpijske igre. Ako ću nastaviti tako sporo napredovati morat ću plivati do 2030. da osvojim medalju. Prvo nikako nisam mogao do finala, a kada sam ušao u finale plivao sam katastrofa," kazao je razočarani Vincetić.

Zlato je osvojio Grk Dimosthenis Michalentzakis s novim paraolimpijskim rekordom 59,27, drugi je bio svjetski rekorder Talijan Federico Morlacchi s rezultatom 59,52, dok je treći bio Mađar Tamas Sors koji je isplivao vrijeme 59,85.

"Drago mi je zbog Grka, zaslužio je ovu pobjedu jer u zadnje vrijeme odlično pliva," dodao je Vincetić.
