Poznati hrvatski ultramaratonac i dragovoljac Domovinskog rata Ivan Jelavić (57) iz Podrologa pored Vrgorca 11. put je istrčao 100 km u švicarskom Bielu. Prof. Jelavić ne odustaje od trčanja maratona i ultramaratona iako ima dosta problema s koljenima, a nažalost i s financijama, jer sam sebi zatvara financijsku konstrukciju za odlazak na ta natjecanja.

Ovaj hrvatski branitelj koji je među prvima ušao u Vukovar nakon mirne reintegracije, više od deset puta trčao je povodom „Oluje“ u Knin, zatim za poginule hrvatske branitelje i njihovu djecu, promovirao je ekološko-sportske manifestacije „Earth Run“ po hrvatskim nacionalnim parkovima. Pored toga jedan je od rijetkih Hrvata koji je 2010.godine dobio pozivnicu za Spartahlon koji glasi za jedan od najtežih ultramartona na svijetu jer natjecatelji u 36 sati trebaju istrčati 246 kilometara od Atene do drevne Sparte.

- Bolje da me ne pitate kako odlazim na sva ta natjecanja, ovaj put pomogli su mi prijatelji iz Ljubuškog koji cijene te stvari. Nažalost, ja sam kao dragovoljac Domovinskog rata sramotno maknut iz vrgoračke osmoljetke gdje sam radio kao profesor povijesti, a bio sam doktorant na Filozofskom fakultetu. Šikaniranje se nastavilo sve ove godine od različitih političkih struktura pod Matokitom. No, neka to ide na njihovu dušu, skupio sam blizu 20 ultramaratona po 100 km, a od toga njih 19 u Švicarskoj i Italiji - priča nam prof. Jelavić, te nastavlja:

Imao sam velikih problema s oteklinama na nogama, bilo je 700 natjecatelja, a skoro 200 ih je odustalo. Ja nemam nikakvu pratnju, pa ni nekoga da mi doda bocu vode. Zato nije bilo lako istrčati 100 km kroz maglu i noć i sve te vremenske neprilike, ali nisam odustao. Stisnuo sam zube i došao do cilja. Vrijeme je malo slabije nego prošle godine, ali važno je da je „stotka pala.“

Poznati hrvatski ultramaratonac i dragovoljac Domovinskog rata Ivan Jelavić (57) iz Podrologa pored Vrgorca 11. put je istrčao 100 km u švicarskom Bielu. Prof. Jelavić ne odustaje od trčanja maratona i ultramaratona iako ima dosta problema s koljenima, a nažalost i s financijama, jer sam sebi zatvara financijsku konstrukciju za odlazak na ta natjecanja.

Ovaj hrvatski branitelj koji je među prvima ušao u Vukovar nakon mirne reintegracije, više od deset puta trčao je povodom „Oluje“ u Knin, zatim za poginule hrvatske branitelje i njihovu djecu, promovirao je ekološko-sportske manifestacije „Earth Run“ po hrvatskim nacionalnim parkovima. Pored toga jedan je od rijetkih Hrvata koji je 2010.godine dobio pozivnicu za Spartahlon koji glasi za jedan od najtežih ultramartona na svijetu jer natjecatelji u 36 sati trebaju istrčati 246 kilometara od Atene do drevne Sparte.

- Bolje da me ne pitate kako odlazim na sva ta natjecanja, ovaj put pomogli su mi prijatelji iz Ljubuškog koji cijene te stvari. Nažalost, ja sam kao dragovoljac Domovinskog rata sramotno maknut iz vrgoračke osmoljetke gdje sam radio kao profesor povijesti, a bio sam doktorant na Filozofskom fakultetu. Šikaniranje se nastavilo sve ove godine od različitih političkih struktura pod Matokitom. No, neka to ide na njihovu dušu, skupio sam blizu 20 ultramaratona po 100 km, a od toga njih 19 u Švicarskoj i Italiji - priča nam prof. Jelavić, te nastavlja:

Imao sam velikih problema s oteklinama na nogama, bilo je 700 natjecatelja, a skoro 200 ih je odustalo. Ja nemam nikakvu pratnju, pa ni nekoga da mi doda bocu vode. Zato nije bilo lako istrčati 100 km kroz maglu i noć i sve te vremenske neprilike, ali nisam odustao. Stisnuo sam zube i došao do cilja. Vrijeme je malo slabije nego prošle godine, ali važno je da je „stotka pala.“

Poznati hrvatski ultramaratonac i dragovoljac Domovinskog rata Ivan Jelavić (57) iz Podrologa pored Vrgorca 11. put je istrčao 100 km u švicarskom Bielu. Prof. Jelavić ne odustaje od trčanja maratona i ultramaratona iako ima dosta problema s koljenima, a nažalost i s financijama, jer sam sebi zatvara financijsku konstrukciju za odlazak na ta natjecanja.

Ovaj hrvatski branitelj koji je među prvima ušao u Vukovar nakon mirne reintegracije, više od deset puta trčao je povodom „Oluje“ u Knin, zatim za poginule hrvatske branitelje i njihovu djecu, promovirao je ekološko-sportske manifestacije „Earth Run“ po hrvatskim nacionalnim parkovima. Pored toga jedan je od rijetkih Hrvata koji je 2010.godine dobio pozivnicu za Spartahlon koji glasi za jedan od najtežih ultramartona na svijetu jer natjecatelji u 36 sati trebaju istrčati 246 kilometara od Atene do drevne Sparte.

- Bolje da me ne pitate kako odlazim na sva ta natjecanja, ovaj put pomogli su mi prijatelji iz Ljubuškog koji cijene te stvari. Nažalost, ja sam kao dragovoljac Domovinskog rata sramotno maknut iz vrgoračke osmoljetke gdje sam radio kao profesor povijesti, a bio sam doktorant na Filozofskom fakultetu. Šikaniranje se nastavilo sve ove godine od različitih političkih struktura pod Matokitom. No, neka to ide na njihovu dušu, skupio sam blizu 20 ultramaratona po 100 km, a od toga njih 19 u Švicarskoj i Italiji - priča nam prof. Jelavić, te nastavlja:

Imao sam velikih problema s oteklinama na nogama, bilo je 700 natjecatelja, a skoro 200 ih je odustalo. Ja nemam nikakvu pratnju, pa ni nekoga da mi doda bocu vode. Zato nije bilo lako istrčati 100 km kroz maglu i noć i sve te vremenske neprilike, ali nisam odustao. Stisnuo sam zube i došao do cilja. Vrijeme je malo slabije nego prošle godine, ali važno je da je „stotka pala.“
