Hrvatskom dizaču utega Ivanu Bakušiću, kojem je određena suspenzija na četiri godine zbog odbijanja davanja urina na antidopinškom testiranju, odbačena je žalba na suspenziju i potvrđena je prijašnja odluka Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA). 

"Žalbeno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA) za odlučivanje o žalbama protiv odluka Stegovnog vijeća HZTA nakon održane sjednice Vijeća 7. rujna 2017., jednoglasno je donijelo odluku po kojoj se neosnovana žalba sportaša Ivana Bakušića odbija i potvrđuje se pobijana odluka", priopćio je HZTA pojašnjavajući svoju odluku činjenicom da sportaš nije pobijao činjenično utvrđenje, kvalifikaciju kršenja antidopinškog pravila, ni izrečenu sankciju, nego je uložio žalbu tvrdeći da Stegovno vijeće koje je provelo postupak i donijelo pobijanu odluku nije bilo sastavljeno u propisanom broju članova Vijeća prema Pravilniku. 

Također je u svojoj žalbi iznio i to da je HZTA prije vremenskog roka predviđenog za javnu objavu, na javnim web stranicama, objavio priopćenje o kršenju antidopinškog pravila te tvrdi da ga HZTA nije upozorio o pravu na žalbu protiv odluke o njegovoj privremenoj suspenziji.

Žalbeno vijeće HZTA ocijenilo je da ovim žalbenim prigovorom nije dovedena u pitanje zakonitost kako odluke o privremenoj suspenziji žalitelja, tako ni pobijane odluke Stegovnog vijeća.

Bakušić je 20. svibnja 2017. na dopinškom testiranju na seniorskom prvenstvu Hrvatske u dizanju utega u Zagrebu odbio dati uzorak urina te mu je Stegovno vijeće HZTA izreklo četverogodišnju suspenziju.

Hrvatskom dizaču utega Ivanu Bakušiću, kojem je određena suspenzija na četiri godine zbog odbijanja davanja urina na antidopinškom testiranju, odbačena je žalba na suspenziju i potvrđena je prijašnja odluka Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA). 

"Žalbeno vijeće Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA) za odlučivanje o žalbama protiv odluka Stegovnog vijeća HZTA nakon održane sjednice Vijeća 7. rujna 2017., jednoglasno je donijelo odluku po kojoj se neosnovana žalba sportaša Ivana Bakušića odbija i potvrđuje se pobijana odluka", priopćio je HZTA pojašnjavajući svoju odluku činjenicom da sportaš nije pobijao činjenično utvrđenje, kvalifikaciju kršenja antidopinškog pravila, ni izrečenu sankciju, nego je uložio žalbu tvrdeći da Stegovno vijeće koje je provelo postupak i donijelo pobijanu odluku nije bilo sastavljeno u propisanom broju članova Vijeća prema Pravilniku. 

Također je u svojoj žalbi iznio i to da je HZTA prije vremenskog roka predviđenog za javnu objavu, na javnim web stranicama, objavio priopćenje o kršenju antidopinškog pravila te tvrdi da ga HZTA nije upozorio o pravu na žalbu protiv odluke o njegovoj privremenoj suspenziji.

Žalbeno vijeće HZTA ocijenilo je da ovim žalbenim prigovorom nije dovedena u pitanje zakonitost kako odluke o privremenoj suspenziji žalitelja, tako ni pobijane odluke Stegovnog vijeća.

Bakušić je 20. svibnja 2017. na dopinškom testiranju na seniorskom prvenstvu Hrvatske u dizanju utega u Zagrebu odbio dati uzorak urina te mu je Stegovno vijeće HZTA izreklo četverogodišnju suspenziju.

Hrvatskom dizaču utega Ivanu Bakušiću, kojem je određena suspenzija na četiri godine zbog odbijanja davanja urina na antidopinškom testiranju, odbačena je žalba na suspenziju i potvrđena je prijašnja odluka Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA).
