Hrvatsku će u prosincu posjetiti inspektori Svjetske antidopinške agencije (WADA), a nakon te inspekcije Hrvatska bi, prema nekim navdima iz zdravstvenih krugova, mogla biti suspendirana i to zbog poprilično apsurdne činjenice da smo jedna od malobrojnih država koje nemaju nezavisnu antidopinšku agenciju.

Vlada RH još je 2010. godine zbog uštede ukinula neke agencije, pa tako i Hrvatsku antidopinšku agenciju koja je pripojena Hrvatskom zavodu za toksikologiju. Danas je to Služba za antidoping Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, a time Hrvatska ne zadovoljava WADA-ine kriterije.

"WADA tu ima vrlo jasne propise, nacionalna antidopinška agencija mora biti potpuno nezavisna i ne smije biti vezana uz neki državni zavod ili službu. Trenutno je u pripremi Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i to je dobra prigoda da se to promijeni, no prema mojim saznanjima ne mijenja se ništa", kazao je profesor Davor Plavec, predsjednik Hrvatskog društva za sportsku medicinu pri Hrvatskom liječničkom zboru.

Doktor Plavec zbog toga nije optimist kada je u pitanju status Hrvatske u svijetu sporta.

"Nama u prosincu dolazi WADA-ina inspekcija i Hrvatska bi čak mogla biti proglašena 'non-compliant' državom, odnosno onom koja nije usklađena sa svjetskim antidopinškim propisima, a to je upravo ono zbog čega su suspendirane Rusija i Sjeverna Koreja. Drugim riječima, i Hrvatskoj prijeti suspenzija".

Doktor Plavec upućuje na moguće rješenje ovog problema:

"Kada bi se u novom zakonskom prijedlogu Hrvatska antidopinška agencija izdvojila kao nezavisno tijelo, već bi to bio signal WADA-i da Hrvatska želi surađivati i izbjegli bismo daljnje neugodnosti".

Hrvatsku će u prosincu posjetiti inspektori Svjetske antidopinške agencije (WADA), a nakon te inspekcije Hrvatska bi, prema nekim navdima iz zdravstvenih krugova, mogla biti suspendirana i to zbog poprilično apsurdne činjenice da smo jedna od malobrojnih država koje nemaju nezavisnu antidopinšku agenciju.

Vlada RH još je 2010. godine zbog uštede ukinula neke agencije, pa tako i Hrvatsku antidopinšku agenciju koja je pripojena Hrvatskom zavodu za toksikologiju. Danas je to Služba za antidoping Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, a time Hrvatska ne zadovoljava WADA-ine kriterije.

"WADA tu ima vrlo jasne propise, nacionalna antidopinška agencija mora biti potpuno nezavisna i ne smije biti vezana uz neki državni zavod ili službu. Trenutno je u pripremi Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o zdravstvenoj zaštiti i to je dobra prigoda da se to promijeni, no prema mojim saznanjima ne mijenja se ništa", kazao je profesor Davor Plavec, predsjednik Hrvatskog društva za sportsku medicinu pri Hrvatskom liječničkom zboru.

Doktor Plavec zbog toga nije optimist kada je u pitanju status Hrvatske u svijetu sporta.

"Nama u prosincu dolazi WADA-ina inspekcija i Hrvatska bi čak mogla biti proglašena 'non-compliant' državom, odnosno onom koja nije usklađena sa svjetskim antidopinškim propisima, a to je upravo ono zbog čega su suspendirane Rusija i Sjeverna Koreja. Drugim riječima, i Hrvatskoj prijeti suspenzija".

Doktor Plavec upućuje na moguće rješenje ovog problema:

"Kada bi se u novom zakonskom prijedlogu Hrvatska antidopinška agencija izdvojila kao nezavisno tijelo, već bi to bio signal WADA-i da Hrvatska želi surađivati i izbjegli bismo daljnje neugodnosti".

Hrvatskoj prijeti suspenzija WADA-e i to zbog poprilično apsurdne činjenice

Hrvatsku će u prosincu posjetiti inspektori Svjetske antidopinške agencije (WADA), a nakon te inspekcije Hrvatska bi, prema nekim navdima iz zdravstvenih krugova, mogla biti suspendirana i to zbog poprilično apsurdne činjenice da smo jedna od malobrojnih država koje nemaju nezavisnu antidopinšku agenciju.

Vlada RH još je 2010. godine zbog uštede ukinula neke agencije, pa tako i Hrvatsku antidopinšku agenciju koja je pripojena Hrvatskom zavodu za toksikologiju. Danas je to Služba za antidoping Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, a time Hrvatska ne zadovoljava WADA-ine kriterije.

"WADA tu ima vrlo jasne propise, nacionalna antidopinška agencija mora biti potpuno nezavisna i ne smije biti vezana uz neki državni zavod ili službu. Trenutno je u pripremi Zakon o izmjenama i dopunama ...
