Svjetska skijaška elita naredna tri dana je u Hrvatskoj, na Sljemenu. Nešto što je prije desetak godina izgledalo kao nemoguća misija, prije osam se počelo sramežljivo, na skijanju Janice Kostelić ostvarivati, danas je respektabilni spektakl sa dva noćna slaloma i po mnogima u FIS-u jedna od najbolje organiziranih utrka Svjetsko kupa u obje konkurencije.
Sve najbolje svjetske skijašice tu su, iznad Zagreba, Vip Snow Queen Trophy će izazvati veliku pozornost "bijelog sporta" jer su otvoreno svoje najave pobjede preko medija uputile Marlies Schild pobjednica četiri uzastopne utrke ove sezone i vodeća slalomašica, ali i Lindsay Vonn vodeća u utrci za Veliki kristalno globus.
Uz to Schild je izjadnačila i broj pobjeda legendarne Vreni Schneider pa bi na Sljemenu gdje je već slavila tri puta mogla ispisati novu stranicu skijaške povijesti.
- Sljemenska staza nudi sve što je potrebno za slalom, ravne i strme dijelove, kao i prijelaze, a i vidljivost je gotovo uvijek dobra. Volim ovu utrku jer je cijela organizacija savršena, a gledatelji uvijek stvore sjajnu atmosferu – izjavila je lijepa Marlies.
Hrvate će posebno zanimati slalom 5. siječnja jer je Ivica Kostelić u velikom naletu, nije daleko od vrha, a siječanj je poznat kao mjesec sa najviše slalomski utrka i kombinacija koje odgovaraju našem asu u nastojanju obrane naslova najbolje skijaša svijeta.
I osmo izdanje slalomski utrka Vip Snow queen se neće puno razlikovati po bogatom sadržaju koji će se nuditi gledateljima, kako uz sami "crveni spust" tako i na Jelačić placu gdje se odvija ždrijeb brojeva skijašica i skijaša.
Medijski interes za Snježnu kraljicu 2012. godine iznimno je velik, pa se tako za sljemenske utrke akreditiralo više od 500 novinara, od čega gotovo 150 stranih. Izravan televizijski prijenos ide na dvadesetak TV-postaja u 18 zemalja Europe, Sjeverne Amerike i Azije, a snimke, vijesti i reportaže još u pedesetak zemalja svijeta.
Prošle je godine televizijsku sliku sa Sljemena vidjelo više od 300 milijuna ljudi, a prošlosezonska sljemenska muška utrka bila je najgledanija od svih utrka FIS Svjetskog kupa u televizijskim prijenosima uživo, dok je ženska utrka bila druga najgledanija, odmah iza utrke u austrijskom Semmeringu.
Utrke Snježne kraljice na Sljemenu, osmo izdanje, održavaju se 3. i 5. siječnja 2012. Start prve vožnje ženskog slaloma je 3. siječnja u 15 sati, a druge vožnje u 18 sati.
Start prve vožnje muškog slaloma 5. siječnja je u 14.30 sati, dok druga vožnja najboljih svjetskih slalomaša počinje u 17.30 sati.

Svjetska skijaška elita naredna tri dana je u Hrvatskoj, na Sljemenu. Nešto što je prije desetak godina izgledalo kao nemoguća misija, prije osam se počelo sramežljivo, na skijanju Janice Kostelić ostvarivati, danas je respektabilni spektakl sa dva noćna slaloma i po mnogima u FIS-u jedna od najbolje organiziranih utrka Svjetsko kupa u obje konkurencije.
Sve najbolje svjetske skijašice tu su, iznad Zagreba, Vip Snow Queen Trophy će izazvati veliku pozornost "bijelog sporta" jer su otvoreno svoje najave pobjede preko medija uputile Marlies Schild pobjednica četiri uzastopne utrke ove sezone i vodeća slalomašica, ali i Lindsay Vonn vodeća u utrci za Veliki kristalno globus.
Uz to Schild je izjadnačila i broj pobjeda legendarne Vreni Schneider pa bi na Sljemenu gdje je već slavila tri puta mogla ispisati novu stranicu skijaške povijesti.
- Sljemenska staza nudi sve što je potrebno za slalom, ravne i strme dijelove, kao i prijelaze, a i vidljivost je gotovo uvijek dobra. Volim ovu utrku jer je cijela organizacija savršena, a gledatelji uvijek stvore sjajnu atmosferu – izjavila je lijepa Marlies.
Hrvate će posebno zanimati slalom 5. siječnja jer je Ivica Kostelić u velikom naletu, nije daleko od vrha, a siječanj je poznat kao mjesec sa najviše slalomski utrka i kombinacija koje odgovaraju našem asu u nastojanju obrane naslova najbolje skijaša svijeta.
I osmo izdanje slalomski utrka Vip Snow queen se neće puno razlikovati po bogatom sadržaju koji će se nuditi gledateljima, kako uz sami "crveni spust" tako i na Jelačić placu gdje se odvija ždrijeb brojeva skijašica i skijaša.
Medijski interes za Snježnu kraljicu 2012. godine iznimno je velik, pa se tako za sljemenske utrke akreditiralo više od 500 novinara, od čega gotovo 150 stranih. Izravan televizijski prijenos ide na dvadesetak TV-postaja u 18 zemalja Europe, Sjeverne Amerike i Azije, a snimke, vijesti i reportaže još u pedesetak zemalja svijeta.
Prošle je godine televizijsku sliku sa Sljemena vidjelo više od 300 milijuna ljudi, a prošlosezonska sljemenska muška utrka bila je najgledanija od svih utrka FIS Svjetskog kupa u televizijskim prijenosima uživo, dok je ženska utrka bila druga najgledanija, odmah iza utrke u austrijskom Semmeringu.
Utrke Snježne kraljice na Sljemenu, osmo izdanje, održavaju se 3. i 5. siječnja 2012. Start prve vožnje ženskog slaloma je 3. siječnja u 15 sati, a druge vožnje u 18 sati.
Start prve vožnje muškog slaloma 5. siječnja je u 14.30 sati, dok druga vožnja najboljih svjetskih slalomaša počinje u 17.30 sati.
