Poslije reprezentativne pauze klupska košarka vraća se na scenu, a Splitu odmah slijedi utakmica koja bi klubu mogla poprilično usmjeriti sezonu.

"Žuti" će sutra biti gosti izravnog konkurenta u borbi za plasman u doigravanje Druge ABA lige Rogaške (18 sati). T

ri kola prije kraja regularnog dijela splitski i slovenski sastav s identičnim skorom 10-9 bore se za četvrto mjesto, posljednje koje vodi u play off.

Split je prije ovog kola držao četvorku pred Rogaškom zbog bolje koš razlike, a i što možda na koncu može biti važno u jedinom međusobnom ovosezonskom susretu je slavio (na Gripama je bilo 79:73).

Ogled u Rogaškoj Slatini bit će i ogled Washington na Washingtona, okršaj dva Amerikanca prezimenjaka. Na jednoj strani bit će Splitov razigravač James Earl Washington III., na drugoj, domaćoj, sunarodnjak mu centar Tony Washington.

Splitov James Washington po utakmici regionalne lige zabija 9,7 koševa uz 7,3 asistencije, dok Rogaškin Tony po susretu ima prosjek od 9,3 koša i 7,1 skok. Obojica su vrlo važne karijre svojih sastava. U prvom splitskom ogledu nisu se sreli na parketu jer je tada još splitski Washington igrao u Rumunjskoj, u Pitestiju.

Tijekom stanke ozlijedu je uspio zaliječiti Darko Bajo, a reprezentativci Pavle Marčinković i Toni Perković momčadi su se priključili tek u utorak navečer.

- Svi su osim Kalajžića na raspolaganju. Dvoboj s Rogaškom je jedna od onih utakmica nakon kojih nema povratka. Više nema vremena, ulazimo u tri zadnje utakmice. Svaka je odlučujuća, posebna ova koju igramo protiv direktnog protivnika. Toga smo svjesni. Nadam se dobroj reakciji – naglasio je trener Splita Ivica Skelin. 

U prvom ogledu na Gripama Split je slavio velikim preokretom nakon što su gosti imali plus 17, odnosno čak plus 15 na početku zadnje četvrtine.

- Očekuje nas borba za svaki poen. Rogaška je iskusna momčad, igra u svome ritmu bez obzira na rezultat. Teško ih je izbaciti iz tog ritma, ali moramo nametnuti svoj stil, igrati brzo uz što bolju obranu. Obrana će odlučiti – kazao je Skelin.

Poslije reprezentativne pauze klupska košarka vraća se na scenu, a Splitu odmah slijedi utakmica koja bi klubu mogla poprilično usmjeriti sezonu.

"Žuti" će sutra biti gosti izravnog konkurenta u borbi za plasman u doigravanje Druge ABA lige Rogaške (18 sati). T

ri kola prije kraja regularnog dijela splitski i slovenski sastav s identičnim skorom 10-9 bore se za četvrto mjesto, posljednje koje vodi u play off.

Split je prije ovog kola držao četvorku pred Rogaškom zbog bolje koš razlike, a i što možda na koncu može biti važno u jedinom međusobnom ovosezonskom susretu je slavio (na Gripama je bilo 79:73).

Ogled u Rogaškoj Slatini bit će i ogled Washington na Washingtona, okršaj dva Amerikanca prezimenjaka. Na jednoj strani bit će Splitov razigravač James Earl Washington III., na drugoj, domaćoj, sunarodnjak mu centar Tony Washington.

Splitov James Washington po utakmici regionalne lige zabija 9,7 koševa uz 7,3 asistencije, dok Rogaškin Tony po susretu ima prosjek od 9,3 koša i 7,1 skok. Obojica su vrlo važne karijre svojih sastava. U prvom splitskom ogledu nisu se sreli na parketu jer je tada još splitski Washington igrao u Rumunjskoj, u Pitestiju.

Tijekom stanke ozlijedu je uspio zaliječiti Darko Bajo, a reprezentativci Pavle Marčinković i Toni Perković momčadi su se priključili tek u utorak navečer.

- Svi su osim Kalajžića na raspolaganju. Dvoboj s Rogaškom je jedna od onih utakmica nakon kojih nema povratka. Više nema vremena, ulazimo u tri zadnje utakmice. Svaka je odlučujuća, posebna ova koju igramo protiv direktnog protivnika. Toga smo svjesni. Nadam se dobroj reakciji – naglasio je trener Splita Ivica Skelin. 

U prvom ogledu na Gripama Split je slavio velikim preokretom nakon što su gosti imali plus 17, odnosno čak plus 15 na početku zadnje četvrtine.

- Očekuje nas borba za svaki poen. Rogaška je iskusna momčad, igra u svome ritmu bez obzira na rezultat. Teško ih je izbaciti iz tog ritma, ali moramo nametnuti svoj stil, igrati brzo uz što bolju obranu. Obrana će odlučiti – kazao je Skelin.
