Na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita, posljednjoj u ovom sastavu, jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bit će i priprema postupka prodaje dionica Košarkaškog kluba strateškom partneru.

Sjednica u Banovini počinje u devet sati. Sedma točka najavljenog dnevnog reda bit će „žuti”. Vijećnici će raspravljati o točki pod nazivom „Prijedlog zaključka o pokretanju postupka traženja strateškog partnera za ulaganje u KK Split s.d.d. i prodaje dionica”.

Na ovoj se točki inzistiralo kako se ne gubilo vrijeme za vrijeme dok grad čekaju izvanredni izbori, do formiranja nove gradske vlasti, novog saziva gradskog vijeća, a uslijed toga što su po riječima tadašnjeg dogradonačelnika Antonija Kuzmanića (sada u ostavci) već neki potencijalni strateški partneri iskazali interes za kupnjom dionica. Tražit će se od vijećnika da se ovlasti Nadzorni odbor kluba da provede postupak međunarodnog javnog natječaja, da poduzme sve aktivnosti u procesu odabira strateškog partnera i predloži Vijeću najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja.

Grad Split je većinski vlasnik kluba, u svom portfelju ima 88,25 posto dionica „žutih”. Planirano je da u prodaju ide 63,25 posto dionica (113.759 dionica) u nominalnoj vrijednosti 28.439.750 kn po cijeni dionice od 250 kuna. Nakon ovog postupka Grad Split bi zadržao kontrolni paket od 25 posto plus jednu dionicu. Za minimalnu prihvatljivu cijenu naznačen je iznos od četiri milijuna eura. Kao kriteriji odabira najboljeg ponuditelja navedeni su visina ponuđene cijene za kupnju dionica, visina ulaganja u klub u idućih pet godina te vizija razvoja kluba.

Na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita, posljednjoj u ovom sastavu, jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bit će i priprema postupka prodaje dionica Košarkaškog kluba strateškom partneru.

Sjednica u Banovini počinje u devet sati. Sedma točka najavljenog dnevnog reda bit će „žuti”. Vijećnici će raspravljati o točki pod nazivom „Prijedlog zaključka o pokretanju postupka traženja strateškog partnera za ulaganje u KK Split s.d.d. i prodaje dionica”.

Na ovoj se točki inzistiralo kako se ne gubilo vrijeme za vrijeme dok grad čekaju izvanredni izbori, do formiranja nove gradske vlasti, novog saziva gradskog vijeća, a uslijed toga što su po riječima tadašnjeg dogradonačelnika Antonija Kuzmanića (sada u ostavci) već neki potencijalni strateški partneri iskazali interes za kupnjom dionica. Tražit će se od vijećnika da se ovlasti Nadzorni odbor kluba da provede postupak međunarodnog javnog natječaja, da poduzme sve aktivnosti u procesu odabira strateškog partnera i predloži Vijeću najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja.

Grad Split je većinski vlasnik kluba, u svom portfelju ima 88,25 posto dionica „žutih”. Planirano je da u prodaju ide 63,25 posto dionica (113.759 dionica) u nominalnoj vrijednosti 28.439.750 kn po cijeni dionice od 250 kuna. Nakon ovog postupka Grad Split bi zadržao kontrolni paket od 25 posto plus jednu dionicu. Za minimalnu prihvatljivu cijenu naznačen je iznos od četiri milijuna eura. Kao kriteriji odabira najboljeg ponuditelja navedeni su visina ponuđene cijene za kupnju dionica, visina ulaganja u klub u idućih pet godina te vizija razvoja kluba.

O prodaji KK Splita raspravljat će se na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća

Na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Splita, posljednjoj u ovom sastavu, jedna od točaka dnevnog reda bit će i priprema postupka prodaje dionica Košarkaškog kluba strateškom partneru.

Sjednica u Banovini počinje u devet sati. Sedma točka najavljenog dnevnog reda bit će „žuti”. Vijećnici će raspravljati o točki pod nazivom „Prijedlog zaključka o pokretanju postupka traženja strateškog partnera za ulaganje u KK Split s.d.d. i prodaje dionica”.

Na ovoj se točki inzistiralo kako se ne gubilo vrijeme za vrijeme dok grad čekaju izvanredni izbori, do formiranja nove gradske vlasti, novog saziva gradskog vijeća, a uslijed toga što su po riječima tadašnjeg dogradonačelnika Antonija Kuzmanića (sada u ostavci) već neki potencijalni strateški partneri iskazali interes za kup...
