NBA momčad Los Angeles Lakers odlučila je "umiroviti" broj 16 koji je na svojim leđima tijekom šestogodišnjeg igranja u njihovom dresu nosio Pau Gasol, a svečanost će biti održana 7. ožujka 2023., kad će Lakersi ugostiti Memphis Grizzliese, još jednu momčad za koju je proslavljeni španjolski centar igrao. 

- Prvak, legenda i zauvijek član naše obitelji. Sedmog ožujka 2023. ćemo pod krov dignuti dres Paua Gasola - objavila je kalifornijska momčad na Twitteru.

Gasol je Lakersima pomogao da se domognu dva naslova prvaka (2009. i 2010.), kad je bio druga velika zvijezda momčadi uz pokojnu legendu Kobeja Bryanta. Za vrijeme igranja u dresu Lakersa Gasol je tri godine zaredom (2009. - 2011.) biran u All-Star momčad.

Gasol će biti 11. igrač u povijesti Lakersa, čiji će dres završiti pod svodom dvorane. Prije njega su tamo završili dresovi Elgina Baylora (broj 22), Jerryja Westa (44), Wilta Chamberlaina (13), Gaila Goodricha (5), Magica Johnson (32), Jamaala Wilkesa (52), Kareema Abdul-Jabbara (33), Jamesa Worthyja (42), Shaquillea O'Neala (34) te dva koja je nosio Kobe Bryant (8 i 24).

Prije danas 42-godišnjeg Gasola, čast da im neki NBA klub umirovi dres koji su nosili, imala su šestorica igrača iz Europe, a to su: Dražen Petrović (broj 3 u Brooklyn Netsima, posthumno), Peđa Stojaković i Vlade Divac (brojevi 16 i 21 u Sacramento Kingsima), Žydrunas Ilgauskas (broj 11 u Cleveland Cavaliersima), Tony Parker (broj 9 u San Antonio Spursima) i Dirk Nowitzki (broj 41 u Dallas Mavericksima).

NBA momčad Los Angeles Lakers odlučila je "umiroviti" broj 16 koji je na svojim leđima tijekom šestogodišnjeg igranja u njihovom dresu nosio Pau Gasol, a svečanost će biti održana 7. ožujka 2023., kad će Lakersi ugostiti Memphis Grizzliese, još jednu momčad za koju je proslavljeni španjolski centar igrao. 

- Prvak, legenda i zauvijek član naše obitelji. Sedmog ožujka 2023. ćemo pod krov dignuti dres Paua Gasola - objavila je kalifornijska momčad na Twitteru.

Gasol je Lakersima pomogao da se domognu dva naslova prvaka (2009. i 2010.), kad je bio druga velika zvijezda momčadi uz pokojnu legendu Kobeja Bryanta. Za vrijeme igranja u dresu Lakersa Gasol je tri godine zaredom (2009. - 2011.) biran u All-Star momčad.

Gasol će biti 11. igrač u povijesti Lakersa, čiji će dres završiti pod svodom dvorane. Prije njega su tamo završili dresovi Elgina Baylora (broj 22), Jerryja Westa (44), Wilta Chamberlaina (13), Gaila Goodricha (5), Magica Johnson (32), Jamaala Wilkesa (52), Kareema Abdul-Jabbara (33), Jamesa Worthyja (42), Shaquillea O'Neala (34) te dva koja je nosio Kobe Bryant (8 i 24).

Prije danas 42-godišnjeg Gasola, čast da im neki NBA klub umirovi dres koji su nosili, imala su šestorica igrača iz Europe, a to su: Dražen Petrović (broj 3 u Brooklyn Netsima, posthumno), Peđa Stojaković i Vlade Divac (brojevi 16 i 21 u Sacramento Kingsima), Žydrunas Ilgauskas (broj 11 u Cleveland Cavaliersima), Tony Parker (broj 9 u San Antonio Spursima) i Dirk Nowitzki (broj 41 u Dallas Mavericksima).

NBA momčad Los Angeles Lakers odlučila je "umiroviti" broj 16 koji je na svojim leđima tijekom šestogodišnjeg igranja u njihovom dresu nosio Pau Gasol, a svečanost će biti održana 7. ožujka 2023., kad će Lakersi ugostiti Memphis Grizzliese, još jednu momčad za koju je proslavljeni španjolski centar igrao. 

- Prvak, legenda i zauvijek član naše obitelji. Sedmog ožujka 2023. ćemo pod krov dignuti dres Paua Gasola - objavila je kalifornijska momčad na Twitteru.

Gasol je Lakersima pomogao da se domognu dva naslova prvaka (2009. i 2010.), kad je bio druga velika zvijezda momčadi uz pokojnu legendu Kobeja Bryanta. Za vrijeme igranja u dresu Lakersa Gasol je tri godine zaredom (2009. - 2011.) biran u All-Star momčad.
