Od tri titule prvaka Europe "žutih" u nizu Zaragoza je u nezasluženoj vječnoj sjeni Münchena, pa čak i Pariza. Evo već 30 godina. Pobjeda mladića Jugoplastike u Münchenu 1989. bila je veliko iznenađenje, kao i trijumf uoči te sezone osjetno oslabljenog POP-a 84 dvije godine kasnije u Parizu.

Prvi put će uvijek biti prvi put, protiv favoriziranih Barcelone i Maccabija, a pokorit' Europu bez Rađe, Ivanovića, Sobina i prije svih sive eminencije Maljkovića pothvat je za sebe. S druge strane u tom sendviču fešta u Zaragozi tog 19. travnja 1990. je bila kao nešto gotovo pa normalno. Zato što su nas sve "žuti" tih godina navikli na pobjede, trofeje.

Međutim, zaboravlja se jedna "mala" stvar koju su potvrdili naši sugovornici proteklih dana Božidar Maljković, Velimir Perasović. Tih zlatnih godina splitske košarke najjača momčad "žutih" bila je u toj sezoni 1989/90. Neka je i te sezone Barcelona s prve pozicije iz skupine otišla na Final four.

Samo su opet upali u Božinu trapulu. Te sezone Jugoplastika je prvi put tituli prvaka Europe dodala i domaću dvostruku krunu, što će ponoviti i sezonu kasnije pod imenom POP 84.

Kažu se da je u sportu najteže obraniti naslov. "Žuti" su to ovaj put u Kupu prvaka napravili i u gostima. Tih godina stalnoj mušteriji Barceloni nije pomoglo niti što se igralo u Španjolskoj. Ništa im nije moglo pomoći protiv Kukoča, Rađe, Perasovića, Ivanovića, Sobina, Sretenovića, mladog Tabaka...

A branitelji naslova prvaka Europe bili su prije te sezone još pojačani budućim zvijezdama Savićem, Naglićem, Naumoskim koji je u tom sastavu bio osuđen na grijanje klupe, a u idućem desetljeću bio je jedan od najboljih košarkaša kontinenta. Najmoćniji "žuti" stroj ikada.

Od tri titule prvaka Europe "žutih" u nizu Zaragoza je u nezasluženoj vječnoj sjeni Münchena, pa čak i Pariza. Evo već 30 godina. Pobjeda mladića Jugoplastike u Münchenu 1989. bila je veliko iznenađenje, kao i trijumf uoči te sezone osjetno oslabljenog POP-a 84 dvije godine kasnije u Parizu.

Prvi put će uvijek biti prvi put, protiv favoriziranih Barcelone i Maccabija, a pokorit' Europu bez Rađe, Ivanovića, Sobina i prije svih sive eminencije Maljkovića pothvat je za sebe. S druge strane u tom sendviču fešta u Zaragozi tog 19. travnja 1990. je bila kao nešto gotovo pa normalno. Zato što su nas sve "žuti" tih godina navikli na pobjede, trofeje.

Međutim, zaboravlja se jedna "mala" stvar koju su potvrdili naši sugovornici proteklih dana Božidar Maljković, Velimir Perasović. Tih zlatnih godina splitske košarke najjača momčad "žutih" bila je u toj sezoni 1989/90. Neka je i te sezone Barcelona s prve pozicije iz skupine otišla na Final four.

Samo su opet upali u Božinu trapulu. Te sezone Jugoplastika je prvi put tituli prvaka Europe dodala i domaću dvostruku krunu, što će ponoviti i sezonu kasnije pod imenom POP 84.

Kažu se da je u sportu najteže obraniti naslov. "Žuti" su to ovaj put u Kupu prvaka napravili i u gostima. Tih godina stalnoj mušteriji Barceloni nije pomoglo niti što se igralo u Španjolskoj. Ništa im nije moglo pomoći protiv Kukoča, Rađe, Perasovića, Ivanovića, Sobina, Sretenovića, mladog Tabaka...

A branitelji naslova prvaka Europe bili su prije te sezone još pojačani budućim zvijezdama Savićem, Naglićem, Naumoskim koji je u tom sastavu bio osuđen na grijanje klupe, a u idućem desetljeću bio je jedan od najboljih košarkaša kontinenta. Najmoćniji "žuti" stroj ikada.

Od tri titule prvaka Europe "žutih" u nizu Zaragoza je u nezasluženoj vječnoj sjeni Münchena, pa čak i Pariza. Evo već 30 godina. Pobjeda mladića Jugoplastike u Münchenu 1989. bila je veliko iznenađenje, kao i trijumf uoči te sezone osjetno oslabljenog POP-a 84 dvije godine kasnije u Parizu.

Prvi put će uvijek biti prvi put, protiv favoriziranih Barcelone i Maccabija, a pokorit' Europu bez Rađe, Ivanovića, Sobina i prije svih sive eminencije Maljkovića pothvat je za sebe. S druge strane u tom sendviču fešta u Zaragozi tog 19. travnja 1990. je bila kao nešto gotovo pa normalno. Zato što su nas sve "žuti" tih godina navikli na pobjede, trofeje.

Međutim, zaboravlja se jedna "mala" stvar koju su potvrdili naši sugovornici proteklih dana Božidar Maljković, Velimir Perasović....
