„Nevrime i nesrića” ovih su dana u Bordeauxu. Kao da ispadanje u drugu ligu nije bio dovoljan udarac slavnom francuskom klubu, evo i nove nevolje.
Zbog financijskih nepravilnosti izbačeni su u treći razred tamošnjeg nogometa. Šesterostruki prvak Francuske nastupat će u ligi National. Žalit će se, naravno, ali pitanje je što će od toga biti...
Kazna je to za nepodmirena dugovanja i financijske probleme koji su ih zatekli. Dogodio im se tako i egzodus igrača zbog kojeg su i ispali iz Le Championnata. Među onima koji su otišli bio je i nekadašnji hajdukovac Toma Bašić. Veznjak je pojačao Lazio i spasio se tako neugodnosti.
Bordeauxovo ispadanje u drugu, pa izbacivanje u treću ligu može se protumačiti i kao nastavak famoznog „hajdučkog prokletstva”. Naime, „bijeli” su s njima igrali 1982. Pobijedili su na Poljudu 4:1, pa u gostima izgubili 0:4. Poveznicu sa „Žirondincima” Hajduk ima i preko legendarnog Zlatka Vujovića. Njegova karijera u Francuskoj započela je 1986. prelaskom baš u Bordeaux. Kasnije se nastavila u Cannesu, PSG-u, Sochauxu, Nici...
Javio nam se šjor Zlatko kako bi prokomentirali situaciju u klubu u kojem je, nakon Hajduka, ostavio najdublji trag. Pamti se dupla kruna odmah u prvoj sezoni, pa polufinale Kupa UEFA...
- Ajme majko, taman mi je brat javio – počinje Zlatko.
- Ne mogu virovat. Ma, zapravo i mogu. Ne može se to usporediti s onim Bordeauxom od prije. U moje je vrijeme to bio jedan od najvećih francuskih klubova. Čim bi spomenuo to ime, sva su ti vrata bila otvorena – prisjeća se 63-godišnjak slavnih dana.
Prije sedam godina dobili su i novi stadion, dok je stari prepušten ragbijašima. Nisu se na njemu proslavili. Štoviše, proživljavaju najteže dane u svojoj bogatoj i dugoj povijesti.
- Kakva šteta! To je fantastičan grad. Imaju navijače koji su ludi za klubom. I sad da zbog financija ovako propadnu... Sponzori su vjerojatno krpili koliko su mogli, ali kada su vidjeli da im nema spasa, svi su digli ruke. Od ponosa Francuske se dovesti do treće lige, baš žalosno.
Nije se lako vratiti, pogotovo u nogometom bogatoj zemlji kao što je Francuska. Trnovit je put od treće do prve lige.
- Sumnjam da će se ikada više vratiti na razinu na kojoj su bili 80.-ih godina. Neće biti lako ni opet doći do elite. Nažalost, ne vidim načina da se brzo vrate. A to je ključno za jedan veliki klub. Bilo bi idealno da uspiju kroz dvije-tri godine, ali s ovakvom financijskom situacijom to je gotovo nemoguće.
Tko je kriv, u koga uprijeti prstom?
- Po meni je to loš odabir igrača i slabo gospodarenje novcem. Gledao sam ih dok je naš Toma Bašić igrao. Ali iza toga su samo tonuli. Ne razumijem kako jedan takav klub može to sebi dozvoliti.
Bio je to prvi inozemni angažman za braću Vujović.
- Bordeaux će mi zauvijek ostati u lijepom sjećanju, ali danas mi je velika tuga – sjetno je zaključio proslavljeni hajdukovac. ∙

„Nevrime i nesrića” ovih su dana u Bordeauxu. Kao da ispadanje u drugu ligu nije bio dovoljan udarac slavnom francuskom klubu, evo i nove nevolje.
Zbog financijskih nepravilnosti izbačeni su u treći razred tamošnjeg nogometa. Šesterostruki prvak Francuske nastupat će u ligi National. Žalit će se, naravno, ali pitanje je što će od toga biti...
Kazna je to za nepodmirena dugovanja i financijske probleme koji su ih zatekli. Dogodio im se tako i egzodus igrača zbog kojeg su i ispali iz Le Championnata. Među onima koji su otišli bio je i nekadašnji hajdukovac Toma Bašić. Veznjak je pojačao Lazio i spasio se tako neugodnosti.
Bordeauxovo ispadanje u drugu, pa izbacivanje u treću ligu može se protumačiti i kao nastavak famoznog „hajdučkog prokletstva”. Naime, „bijeli” su s njima igrali 1982. Pobijedili su na Poljudu 4:1, pa u gostima izgubili 0:4. Poveznicu sa „Žirondincima” Hajduk ima i preko legendarnog Zlatka Vujovića. Njegova karijera u Francuskoj započela je 1986. prelaskom baš u Bordeaux. Kasnije se nastavila u Cannesu, PSG-u, Sochauxu, Nici...
Javio nam se šjor Zlatko kako bi prokomentirali situaciju u klubu u kojem je, nakon Hajduka, ostavio najdublji trag. Pamti se dupla kruna odmah u prvoj sezoni, pa polufinale Kupa UEFA...
- Ajme majko, taman mi je brat javio – počinje Zlatko.
- Ne mogu virovat. Ma, zapravo i mogu. Ne može se to usporediti s onim Bordeauxom od prije. U moje je vrijeme to bio jedan od najvećih francuskih klubova. Čim bi spomenuo to ime, sva su ti vrata bila otvorena – prisjeća se 63-godišnjak slavnih dana.
Prije sedam godina dobili su i novi stadion, dok je stari prepušten ragbijašima. Nisu se na njemu proslavili. Štoviše, proživljavaju najteže dane u svojoj bogatoj i dugoj povijesti.
- Kakva šteta! To je fantastičan grad. Imaju navijače koji su ludi za klubom. I sad da zbog financija ovako propadnu... Sponzori su vjerojatno krpili koliko su mogli, ali kada su vidjeli da im nema spasa, svi su digli ruke. Od ponosa Francuske se dovesti do treće lige, baš žalosno.
Nije se lako vratiti, pogotovo u nogometom bogatoj zemlji kao što je Francuska. Trnovit je put od treće do prve lige.
- Sumnjam da će se ikada više vratiti na razinu na kojoj su bili 80.-ih godina. Neće biti lako ni opet doći do elite. Nažalost, ne vidim načina da se brzo vrate. A to je ključno za jedan veliki klub. Bilo bi idealno da uspiju kroz dvije-tri godine, ali s ovakvom financijskom situacijom to je gotovo nemoguće.
Tko je kriv, u koga uprijeti prstom?
- Po meni je to loš odabir igrača i slabo gospodarenje novcem. Gledao sam ih dok je naš Toma Bašić igrao. Ali iza toga su samo tonuli. Ne razumijem kako jedan takav klub može to sebi dozvoliti.
Bio je to prvi inozemni angažman za braću Vujović.
- Bordeaux će mi zauvijek ostati u lijepom sjećanju, ali danas mi je velika tuga – sjetno je zaključio proslavljeni hajdukovac. ∙
