Muhamed Buljubašić, dakle, takav je Hajduku trebao, mlad i darovit, ali da malo zagrebemo ispod površine, tko pozna stanje u Hajdukovu skautingu nije iznenađen.
Naime, odavna je mali Muhamed zapisan u poljudskim bilježnicama da bi mogao biti prorok baluna. Hajduk je već prije nekoliko ljeta znao za 19-godišnjeg Buljubašića, znao i zvao ga, ali tada nije bio dostupan, Sarajevo ga nije puštalo. To je recimo doba kad je Madžid Šošić, vrlo zanimljiv sad na kaljenju u Radomlju, došao u Hajduk iz Željezničara.
Ševelj kao ideja
Tada su u Hajduku šefovi struke bili Ivan Kepčija i Mario Stanić, ali skautska služba je svoje radila i prije i kasnije, Ante Radaić, Marino Krstanović, Mirko Žaja, s njima i Mate Radić, koji se tada, koliko znamo, više okupirao striktno poslovima unutar Akademije...
U doba kad je Vicko Ševelj odlazio u Sarajevo (sjetit ćete ga se, bio je desni bek “bijelih” na pripremama s trenerom Borom Primorcem u Postirama u zimu 2021. i nije produžio ugovor), zaživjela je ideja da se prelomi transfer, Ševelj za Buljubašića, uz određene međusobne obaveze. Tada je Ivan Kepčija bio u Sarajevu na funkciji savjetnika za sport vlasnika Ismira Mirvića. Spominjalo se, ali dogovor nije realiziran, Ševelj je otišao u Sarajevo, Buljubašić je ostao na Koševu.

Buljubašić kao visok potencijal i dobar karakter, ima sve lijepe kvalitete kako nam rekoše. Igra na poziciji zadnjeg veznog igrača, kao izvor igre. Stvaratelj, a ne razarač. Sve su to opisi koji se vezuju za mladog Muhameda.
Koševo
Sad Hajduk opet ide u poklisare, znate onu ako neće brdo Muhamedu, onda će Muhamed brdu, uglavnom sportski direktor Hajduka Mindaugas Nikoličius “uhvaćen” je na Koševu.
I smatra se da je predmet interesa baš Buljubašić, mladi talenat za kojega skauti Hajduka zaslužuju veliki plus. Hoće li se transfer realizirati, vidjet ćemo...
Jedan od aktera ove priče svakako je bio Ivan Kepčija, kako vidimo, pa ako znamo da je Mario Stanić danas u Šahtaru, gdje je Kepčija? Bili su tandem struke u Hajduku. Kepčija, bivši sportski direktor Hajduka i Sarajeva danas je savjetnik za sport u klubu TSC iz Bačke Topole, srpskom nogometnom prvoligašu koji igra u skupini Europske lige, predsjednik kluba je Janos Zsemberi, lokalni Mađar iz Bačke Topole, a Kepčija je Zsemberiju desna ruka i sportski direktor.

Muhamed Buljubašić, dakle, takav je Hajduku trebao, mlad i darovit, ali da malo zagrebemo ispod površine, tko pozna stanje u Hajdukovu skautingu nije iznenađen.
Naime, odavna je mali Muhamed zapisan u poljudskim bilježnicama da bi mogao biti prorok baluna. Hajduk je već prije nekoliko ljeta znao za 19-godišnjeg Buljubašića, znao i zvao ga, ali tada nije bio dostupan, Sarajevo ga nije puštalo. To je recimo doba kad je Madžid Šošić, vrlo zanimljiv sad na kaljenju u Radomlju, došao u Hajduk iz Željezničara.
Ševelj kao ideja
Tada su u Hajduku šefovi struke bili Ivan Kepčija i Mario Stanić, ali skautska služba je svoje radila i prije i kasnije, Ante Radaić, Marino Krstanović, Mirko Žaja, s njima i Mate Radić, koji se tada, koliko znamo, više okupirao striktno poslovima unutar Akademije...
U doba kad je Vicko Ševelj odlazio u Sarajevo (sjetit ćete ga se, bio je desni bek “bijelih” na pripremama s trenerom Borom Primorcem u Postirama u zimu 2021. i nije produžio ugovor), zaživjela je ideja da se prelomi transfer, Ševelj za Buljubašića, uz određene međusobne obaveze. Tada je Ivan Kepčija bio u Sarajevu na funkciji savjetnika za sport vlasnika Ismira Mirvića. Spominjalo se, ali dogovor nije realiziran, Ševelj je otišao u Sarajevo, Buljubašić je ostao na Koševu.

Buljubašić kao visok potencijal i dobar karakter, ima sve lijepe kvalitete kako nam rekoše. Igra na poziciji zadnjeg veznog igrača, kao izvor igre. Stvaratelj, a ne razarač. Sve su to opisi koji se vezuju za mladog Muhameda.
Koševo
Sad Hajduk opet ide u poklisare, znate onu ako neće brdo Muhamedu, onda će Muhamed brdu, uglavnom sportski direktor Hajduka Mindaugas Nikoličius “uhvaćen” je na Koševu.
I smatra se da je predmet interesa baš Buljubašić, mladi talenat za kojega skauti Hajduka zaslužuju veliki plus. Hoće li se transfer realizirati, vidjet ćemo...
Jedan od aktera ove priče svakako je bio Ivan Kepčija, kako vidimo, pa ako znamo da je Mario Stanić danas u Šahtaru, gdje je Kepčija? Bili su tandem struke u Hajduku. Kepčija, bivši sportski direktor Hajduka i Sarajeva danas je savjetnik za sport u klubu TSC iz Bačke Topole, srpskom nogometnom prvoligašu koji igra u skupini Europske lige, predsjednik kluba je Janos Zsemberi, lokalni Mađar iz Bačke Topole, a Kepčija je Zsemberiju desna ruka i sportski direktor.
