Joško Španjić (43), pomoćni trener, novo je lice na pripremama Hajduka, a usput je iz tračnica iskočio Zlatko Vujović i vratio se u školu nogometa. Godinu dana stariji od šefa Ante Miše, Španjić je Miši postao još jedna desna ruka.
Nakon što je sedam godina Španjić proveo u omladinskom pogonu „bijelih“ trenirajući četiri godine kadete (s njima je bio hrvatski prvak i osvajač kupa), te tri sezone juniore (nije se oktio naslovom, ali jest Kvarnerskom rivijerom) bio je, kaže, momenat da krene naprijed da svojom karijerom.
- Predsjednik kluba Peroš mi je nedavno rekao kako usred najavljenih promjena u omladinskom pogonu i reorganizacije na mene svakako nadalje računaju. Da ostajem obavezno. Dugo sam bio u omladinskom pogonu, ovo je pravi iskorak da sam uključen u rad pri prvoj momčadi – kaže nam Španjić.
Plejade navijača „bijelih“ pamte Španjića po počecima uz Andrijaševića i Asanovića još početkom osamdesetih, neki i po pogotku Crvenoj zvezdi te 1985. godine.
U karijeri ima i singapursko iskustvo (prvi sam stranac u tamošnjoj reprezentaciji, ističe!), pa malo u Austriji, u Karntenu, potom je bio u devedesetima opet član momčadi Hajduka (Poklepović, pa Katalinić) koja se okitila mnogim trofejima i izletom do četvrt-finala Lige prvaka, e da bi karijeru završio u Zadru ('96. – '99.) prije deset godina.
Pa se uhvatio se trenerskog kormila. Koji su igrači prošli kroz njegove metode, koji su se ispilili u profije u njegovih sedam godina poljudskog pogona?
- Strinić, Kalinić, Gabrić, Maloča, Obšivač, Trebotić... Ne može se reći da sam pratio jednu generaciju, trajao sam dugo i s kadetima i s juniorima.
Sin Roko je završio juniorski staž „bijelih“, stoper je na tatu?
- Ne bih o svome sinu Roku govorio, bilo bi subjektivno. On je dolje ostao u Splitu u skupini igrača koja dalje traži svoju šansu, bitno je da negdje igra, da se kali, neka se bori za svoju karijeru.
Kako vam je u novom društvu?
- A, svi smo mi više-manje ista generacija, svi smo mladi treneri i vjerujem da ćemo doći zajednički do kvalitetnih rješenja, a zna se tko je šef, njegova je zadnja, Miše odlučuje – skromno će Španjić.

Umjesto T brojeva - inicijali
Primjećujemo da su „bijeli“ stigli na Pohorje s novom opremom, nema više majica s oznakama T1, T2, T3, T4, T5... kako je bilo lani od Vučevića, do kondicijskog Fradelića (trener prvi, trener drugi, itd.) Danas svaki na svome dresu ima inicijale, A. M., J. Š, D. R. (doktor Računica, šalimo se), M. F..., nema naznačene hijerarhije, nego ističe osobnost. Nije to slučajna promjena, da suzbije ćakule.

Joško Španjić (43), pomoćni trener, novo je lice na pripremama Hajduka, a usput je iz tračnica iskočio Zlatko Vujović i vratio se u školu nogometa. Godinu dana stariji od šefa Ante Miše, Španjić je Miši postao još jedna desna ruka.
Nakon što je sedam godina Španjić proveo u omladinskom pogonu „bijelih“ trenirajući četiri godine kadete (s njima je bio hrvatski prvak i osvajač kupa), te tri sezone juniore (nije se oktio naslovom, ali jest Kvarnerskom rivijerom) bio je, kaže, momenat da krene naprijed da svojom karijerom.
- Predsjednik kluba Peroš mi je nedavno rekao kako usred najavljenih promjena u omladinskom pogonu i reorganizacije na mene svakako nadalje računaju. Da ostajem obavezno. Dugo sam bio u omladinskom pogonu, ovo je pravi iskorak da sam uključen u rad pri prvoj momčadi – kaže nam Španjić.
Plejade navijača „bijelih“ pamte Španjića po počecima uz Andrijaševića i Asanovića još početkom osamdesetih, neki i po pogotku Crvenoj zvezdi te 1985. godine.
U karijeri ima i singapursko iskustvo (prvi sam stranac u tamošnjoj reprezentaciji, ističe!), pa malo u Austriji, u Karntenu, potom je bio u devedesetima opet član momčadi Hajduka (Poklepović, pa Katalinić) koja se okitila mnogim trofejima i izletom do četvrt-finala Lige prvaka, e da bi karijeru završio u Zadru ('96. – '99.) prije deset godina.
Pa se uhvatio se trenerskog kormila. Koji su igrači prošli kroz njegove metode, koji su se ispilili u profije u njegovih sedam godina poljudskog pogona?
- Strinić, Kalinić, Gabrić, Maloča, Obšivač, Trebotić... Ne može se reći da sam pratio jednu generaciju, trajao sam dugo i s kadetima i s juniorima.
Sin Roko je završio juniorski staž „bijelih“, stoper je na tatu?
- Ne bih o svome sinu Roku govorio, bilo bi subjektivno. On je dolje ostao u Splitu u skupini igrača koja dalje traži svoju šansu, bitno je da negdje igra, da se kali, neka se bori za svoju karijeru.
Kako vam je u novom društvu?
- A, svi smo mi više-manje ista generacija, svi smo mladi treneri i vjerujem da ćemo doći zajednički do kvalitetnih rješenja, a zna se tko je šef, njegova je zadnja, Miše odlučuje – skromno će Španjić.

Umjesto T brojeva - inicijali
Primjećujemo da su „bijeli“ stigli na Pohorje s novom opremom, nema više majica s oznakama T1, T2, T3, T4, T5... kako je bilo lani od Vučevića, do kondicijskog Fradelića (trener prvi, trener drugi, itd.) Danas svaki na svome dresu ima inicijale, A. M., J. Š, D. R. (doktor Računica, šalimo se), M. F..., nema naznačene hijerarhije, nego ističe osobnost. Nije to slučajna promjena, da suzbije ćakule.
