Prije nešto više od godinu dana pompozno je najavljen Hajdukov veliki projekt izgradnje nogometnog kampa na Divuljama. Uprava „bijelih“ postigla je dogovor s vlastima u Trogiru, sve je izgledalo obećavajuće.
Hajdukova inačica „La Masije“ prema ondašnjim prvim procjenama trebala bi biti izgrađena kroz četiri godine, no čini se da „papirologija“ ipak teče sporije od očekivanog. Predsjednik Lukša Jakobušić na skupštini je kazao kako se već duže vrijeme ništa nije pomaknulo.
- Do travnja se to dobro razvijalo, ali moram sa žalosti reći da u zadnja četiri mjeseca tu nema nikakvog napretka – kazao je Jakobušić.
Hajduk i grad Trogir učinili su svoje, na potezu je – država.
- Imamo obećanje da će država vlasništvo zemljišta dati gradu Trogiru. Spremni smo da u našem mandatu u tri godine završimo dokumentaciju. Ako ne uspijemo, onda ćemo iskomunicirati neku promjenu – dodao je.
Gdje je točno zapelo, pojasnio nam je gradonačelnik Trogira Ante Bilić.
- Mi smo odradili svoj dio posla. Zemljište je formirano i upisano u katastar. Ogromna je to parcela, preko 70.000 kvadrata. Sada čekamo Ministarstvo državne imovine da obavi prijenos vlasništva, odnosno zemljište „prebace na“ Grad. Znate kako to kad nas ide, uvijek malo usporeno, ali mislim da na kraju neće biti problema. Obje strane iskazale su dobru volju da se to riješi.

Iz Trogira su, kažu, u stalnom kontaktu s Hajdukom.
- Čujemo se često. Zajedno nastojimo cijeli taj proces malo ubrzati. Izašli smo prema Ministarstvu, bili smo na puno sastanaka, ali procedura je takva. Znam da i oni imaju dosta posla vezano za obnovu nakon potresa.
Vremena za gubljenje nema. Posla ima i dok se ne ishodi sva potrebna dokumentacija.
- Slijedi nam i dogovor s Društvom arhitekata Splita da se pokrene natječaj, da se vidi kako će to sve skupa izgledati. Ne želimo gubiti vrijeme. Svima nam je u interesu da se s radovima krene što prije. Nama će to kao gradu mnogo značiti zbog moderne infrastrukture, ali i turističke ponude.
Bilić vjeruje da će se kroz rujan ovaj problem riješiti.
- Rečeno nam je da će se nakon godišnjeg odmora to odlučiti. Jednom kada se potpiše ugovor, više nema zapreke, samo da dobijemo pravo građenja. Vrijeme je da se nastavi dalje s projektom – zaključio je.

Prije nešto više od godinu dana pompozno je najavljen Hajdukov veliki projekt izgradnje nogometnog kampa na Divuljama. Uprava „bijelih“ postigla je dogovor s vlastima u Trogiru, sve je izgledalo obećavajuće.
Hajdukova inačica „La Masije“ prema ondašnjim prvim procjenama trebala bi biti izgrađena kroz četiri godine, no čini se da „papirologija“ ipak teče sporije od očekivanog. Predsjednik Lukša Jakobušić na skupštini je kazao kako se već duže vrijeme ništa nije pomaknulo.
- Do travnja se to dobro razvijalo, ali moram sa žalosti reći da u zadnja četiri mjeseca tu nema nikakvog napretka – kazao je Jakobušić.
Hajduk i grad Trogir učinili su svoje, na potezu je – država.
- Imamo obećanje da će država vlasništvo zemljišta dati gradu Trogiru. Spremni smo da u našem mandatu u tri godine završimo dokumentaciju. Ako ne uspijemo, onda ćemo iskomunicirati neku promjenu – dodao je.

- Mi smo odradili svoj dio posla. Zemljište je formirano i upisano u katastar. Ogromna je to parcela, preko 70.000 kvadrata. Sada čekamo Ministarstvo državne imovine da obavi prijenos vlasništva, odnosno zemljište „prebace na“ Grad. Znate kako to kad nas ide, uvijek malo usporeno, ali mislim da na kraju neće biti problema. Obje strane iskazale su dobru volju da se to riješi.

Iz Trogira su, kažu, u stalnom kontaktu s Hajdukom.
- Čujemo se često. Zajedno nastojimo cijeli taj proces malo ubrzati. Izašli smo prema Ministarstvu, bili smo na puno sastanaka, ali procedura je takva. Znam da i oni imaju dosta posla vezano za obnovu nakon potresa.
Vremena za gubljenje nema. Posla ima i dok se ne ishodi sva potrebna dokumentacija.
- Slijedi nam i dogovor s Društvom arhitekata Splita da se pokrene natječaj, da se vidi kako će to sve skupa izgledati. Ne želimo gubiti vrijeme. Svima nam je u interesu da se s radovima krene što prije. Nama će to kao gradu mnogo značiti zbog moderne infrastrukture, ali i turističke ponude.
Bilić vjeruje da će se kroz rujan ovaj problem riješiti.
- Rečeno nam je da će se nakon godišnjeg odmora to odlučiti. Jednom kada se potpiše ugovor, više nema zapreke, samo da dobijemo pravo građenja. Vrijeme je da se nastavi dalje s projektom – zaključio je.
