Na svjetskom prvenstvu Rusiji strani novinari su zatražili više intervjua s team menadžericom Hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije Ivom Olivari nego s Modrićem i Rakitićem zajedno. Valjda im je, kaže ona u Briefingu, najzanimljivije čuti što uopće jedna žena radi u tom muškom sportu. Osim nje taj posao u Europi radi samo još jedna žena - Silvia Dorschnerova za španjolsku reprezentaciju, piše Jutarnji.

„Otišla sam na Svjetsko prvenstvo s Instagram profilom na kojem je bilo oko 400 pratitelja da bi već nakon tjedan dana taj broj skočio na 20.000. Od svuda su se počeli javljati ljudi s porukama podrške, čestitkama“, kaže jedina žena koja ima neograničen pristup svlačionici Vatrenih.

„Znam kada mogu ući u svlačionicu, a kada ne. Kada dođemo na stadion uvijek nosim ruksak i sto vrećica, uđem u svlačionicu i ostavim sve te stvari i izađem van. Kod mene su putovnice svih igrača jer je, vjerujete mi, tako sigurnije. Uđem opet kad oni odu na zagrijavanje, ako sam žedna ili moram na toalet. Kad završi utakmica, opet dođem, čestitam, malo se proveselimo i onda izađem jer se oni idu tuširati“, kaže Iva Olivari koja je bila juniorska prvakinja Jugoslavije u tenisu u kojem su joj predviđali lijepu budućnost, ali se s 15 godina ozlijedila i morala je prestati trenirati. HNS-u se 1992. javila na natječaj za posao i pozvali su je da počne raditi u međunarodnom odjelu. Najviše je naučila od Zorislava Srebrića i Ante Pavlovića, a team menadžerica je od 2014. godine.

„Igrači dobro znaju da ću ih uvijek podržati. Većinu njih znam otkad su bili djeca. Svi su veliki profesionalci, vrlo disciplinirani, kao vojska. Koliko god su velike zvijezde, oni su svi zapravo sasvim normalni dečki. Nisam ja baš uvijek dobra. Čut ćete često igrače kako kažu da opet vičem. Ako me ne slušaju, malo dignem glas da dobijem njihovu pažnju. Jesam mala, ali sam grlena. Zlatko Dalić je super šef iako sam imala jako dobar odnos sa svim njegovim prethodnicima. Zlatko je jako jednostavan i direktan i ima puno povjerenja u svoje suradnike. Lovren je jako emotivan iako čovjek na prvu to ne bi rekao“, otkriva Iva Olivari dodajući kako su se nakon zadnje velike pobjede na Poljudu mnogi igrači odmah morali vraćati u svoje klubove. Nekolicina je, kaže, ostala u Splitu. Malo su svi zajedno sjeli, zapjevali, popili koju, ali ništa previše. Ističe kako je u svlačionici za glazbu zadužen Domagoj Vida. Fizioterapeuti svugdje nose zvučnik i Vida pušta glazbu.

„Najveći šarmer? Možda Brozović. On glumi kulera, ali je zapravo veliki šaljivdžija. Darijo Srna me može nazvati u 5 ujutro kao i ja njega. Uvijek znam da će mi se javiti i pomoći ako može. U reprezentaciji nemamo vegetarijanaca, ali Rakitić ne jede gluten pa sam morala uvijek voditi računa da na meniju bude dovoljno bezglutenske hrane“, otkriva Olivari. Otkriva kako 7 ili 8 igrača nije cijepljeno protiv kovida pa se moraju mnogo puta testirati. Najdraže od svih utakmica u životu joj je ona protiv Engleske na SP-u u Rusiji.

„Tada sam otpustila sve kočnice. Skinula sam štikle i potrčala prema Šimi Vrsaljku. Ta je bila najveća sreća koju sam doživjela otkad radim u Savezu“, priznaje Olivari. Prisjeća se neponovljivog dočeka reprezentacije u Zagrebu nakon povratka iz Rusije. Bila je s Vatrenima u autobusu.

„Voljela bih da se tako nešto ponovi jer sam tada bila u velikom stresu. Mislila sam o tome što će jesti, što će piti, hoće li nekome biti sila na wc… Znali smo da će nas dočekati mnogo ljudi, ali ne i da ćemo se od aerodroma do Trga bana Jelačića voziti 7 sati. Gledala sam cijelo vrijeme da se netko ne uhvati za žicu od tramvaju na Savskoj“, priča nam Iva Olivari kojoj će SP u Kataru biti 10. veliko natjecanje.

„Imamo igrače koji igraju u dobrim klubovima i mogu igrati protiv svih i ja bih rekla da je sportski i ljudski nadati se. Idemo proći grupu, a onda je dalje sve moguće. To je pokazala Rusija“, glasi njezina prognoza za Katar.

„Mislim da je lijepo da predsjednici države dolaze pratiti utakmice reprezentacije. To je uobičajeno svugdje u svijetu. U Rusiji su na utakmicama bili i Macron i Putin. Mislim da je to u redu, pogotovo zato što su hrvatski sportaši, a posebno nogometaši najveći promotori ove države. Nekada su Hrvatsku svi znali po Šukeru i Bobanu, a danas po Luki Modriću“, ističe Olivari i otkriva kako nitko, pa ni predsjednik države, u svlačionicu nakon utakmice ne smije ući bez dozvole izbornika. A postoji li neki ritual koji svaki puta prije utakmice napravi za sreću?

„Postoji, ali vam neću reći koji je. Nisam baš praznovjerna, ali da, imamo te neke sitne rituale“, zaključuje Iva Olivari.

Na svjetskom prvenstvu Rusiji strani novinari su zatražili više intervjua s team menadžericom Hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije Ivom Olivari nego s Modrićem i Rakitićem zajedno. Valjda im je, kaže ona u Briefingu, najzanimljivije čuti što uopće jedna žena radi u tom muškom sportu. Osim nje taj posao u Europi radi samo još jedna žena - Silvia Dorschnerova za španjolsku reprezentaciju, piše Jutarnji.

„Otišla sam na Svjetsko prvenstvo s Instagram profilom na kojem je bilo oko 400 pratitelja da bi već nakon tjedan dana taj broj skočio na 20.000. Od svuda su se počeli javljati ljudi s porukama podrške, čestitkama“, kaže jedina žena koja ima neograničen pristup svlačionici Vatrenih.

„Znam kada mogu ući u svlačionicu, a kada ne. Kada dođemo na stadion uvijek nosim ruksak i sto vrećica, uđem u svlačionicu i ostavim sve te stvari i izađem van. Kod mene su putovnice svih igrača jer je, vjerujete mi, tako sigurnije. Uđem opet kad oni odu na zagrijavanje, ako sam žedna ili moram na toalet. Kad završi utakmica, opet dođem, čestitam, malo se proveselimo i onda izađem jer se oni idu tuširati“, kaže Iva Olivari koja je bila juniorska prvakinja Jugoslavije u tenisu u kojem su joj predviđali lijepu budućnost, ali se s 15 godina ozlijedila i morala je prestati trenirati. HNS-u se 1992. javila na natječaj za posao i pozvali su je da počne raditi u međunarodnom odjelu. Najviše je naučila od Zorislava Srebrića i Ante Pavlovića, a team menadžerica je od 2014. godine.

„Igrači dobro znaju da ću ih uvijek podržati. Većinu njih znam otkad su bili djeca. Svi su veliki profesionalci, vrlo disciplinirani, kao vojska. Koliko god su velike zvijezde, oni su svi zapravo sasvim normalni dečki. Nisam ja baš uvijek dobra. Čut ćete često igrače kako kažu da opet vičem. Ako me ne slušaju, malo dignem glas da dobijem njihovu pažnju. Jesam mala, ali sam grlena. Zlatko Dalić je super šef iako sam imala jako dobar odnos sa svim njegovim prethodnicima. Zlatko je jako jednostavan i direktan i ima puno povjerenja u svoje suradnike. Lovren je jako emotivan iako čovjek na prvu to ne bi rekao“, otkriva Iva Olivari dodajući kako su se nakon zadnje velike pobjede na Poljudu mnogi igrači odmah morali vraćati u svoje klubove. Nekolicina je, kaže, ostala u Splitu. Malo su svi zajedno sjeli, zapjevali, popili koju, ali ništa previše. Ističe kako je u svlačionici za glazbu zadužen Domagoj Vida. Fizioterapeuti svugdje nose zvučnik i Vida pušta glazbu.

„Najveći šarmer? Možda Brozović. On glumi kulera, ali je zapravo veliki šaljivdžija. Darijo Srna me može nazvati u 5 ujutro kao i ja njega. Uvijek znam da će mi se javiti i pomoći ako može. U reprezentaciji nemamo vegetarijanaca, ali Rakitić ne jede gluten pa sam morala uvijek voditi računa da na meniju bude dovoljno bezglutenske hrane“, otkriva Olivari. Otkriva kako 7 ili 8 igrača nije cijepljeno protiv kovida pa se moraju mnogo puta testirati. Najdraže od svih utakmica u životu joj je ona protiv Engleske na SP-u u Rusiji.

„Tada sam otpustila sve kočnice. Skinula sam štikle i potrčala prema Šimi Vrsaljku. Ta je bila najveća sreća koju sam doživjela otkad radim u Savezu“, priznaje Olivari. Prisjeća se neponovljivog dočeka reprezentacije u Zagrebu nakon povratka iz Rusije. Bila je s Vatrenima u autobusu.

„Voljela bih da se tako nešto ponovi jer sam tada bila u velikom stresu. Mislila sam o tome što će jesti, što će piti, hoće li nekome biti sila na wc… Znali smo da će nas dočekati mnogo ljudi, ali ne i da ćemo se od aerodroma do Trga bana Jelačića voziti 7 sati. Gledala sam cijelo vrijeme da se netko ne uhvati za žicu od tramvaju na Savskoj“, priča nam Iva Olivari kojoj će SP u Kataru biti 10. veliko natjecanje.

„Imamo igrače koji igraju u dobrim klubovima i mogu igrati protiv svih i ja bih rekla da je sportski i ljudski nadati se. Idemo proći grupu, a onda je dalje sve moguće. To je pokazala Rusija“, glasi njezina prognoza za Katar.

„Mislim da je lijepo da predsjednici države dolaze pratiti utakmice reprezentacije. To je uobičajeno svugdje u svijetu. U Rusiji su na utakmicama bili i Macron i Putin. Mislim da je to u redu, pogotovo zato što su hrvatski sportaši, a posebno nogometaši najveći promotori ove države. Nekada su Hrvatsku svi znali po Šukeru i Bobanu, a danas po Luki Modriću“, ističe Olivari i otkriva kako nitko, pa ni predsjednik države, u svlačionicu nakon utakmice ne smije ući bez dozvole izbornika. A postoji li neki ritual koji svaki puta prije utakmice napravi za sreću?

„Postoji, ali vam neću reći koji je. Nisam baš praznovjerna, ali da, imamo te neke sitne rituale“, zaključuje Iva Olivari.

Na svjetskom prvenstvu Rusiji strani novinari su zatražili više intervjua s team menadžericom Hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije Ivom Olivari nego s Modrićem i Rakitićem zajedno. Valjda im je, kaže ona u Briefingu, najzanimljivije čuti što uopće jedna žena radi u tom muškom sportu. Osim nje taj posao u Europi radi samo još jedna žena - Silvia Dorschnerova za španjolsku reprezentaciju, piše Jutarnji.

„Otišla sam na Svjetsko prvenstvo s Instagram profilom na kojem je bilo oko 400 pratitelja da bi već nakon tjedan dana taj broj skočio na 20.000. Od svuda su se počeli javljati ljudi s porukama podrške, čestitkama“, kaže jedina žena koja ima neograničen pristup svlačionici Vatrenih.
