Vlada, Grad Zagreb i Zagrebačka nadbiskupija postigli su dogovor o izgradnji novoga stadiona na Maksimiru, po kojem će Crkva odustati od zahtjeva za povratom nekretnina na spomenutoj lokaciji, a zauzvrat će dobiti deset drugih lokacija u glavnom gradu, priopćeno je u četvrtak iz Grada Zagreba.

"Vlada Republike Hrvatske i Grad Zagreb obvezuju se u sljedeće dvije godine osigurati preduvjete za izgradnju ili rekonstrukciju deset crkava ili drugih objekata Katoličke crkve u Zagrebu na lokacijama Botinec, Sveta Klara/Podbrežje, Jakuševec, Blato, Jelkovec/Sopnica, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Kajzerica, Špansko Zapad i Trnjanska Savica", ističe se u priopćenju Grada Zagreba

Rezultat je to dogovora između Grada, Vlade i Zagrebačke nadbiskupije o rješenju imovinsko-pravnih odnosa nužnih za izgradnju novog gradskog stadiona u Maksimiru.

Dogovor će biti proveden kroz dva sporazuma koja bi trebala biti potpisana ovaj mjesec: jedan između Grada Zagreba i Vlade RH, a drugi između Vlade RH i Zagrebačke nadbiskupije, dodaje se u priopćenju.

"Sporazumima se definira odustajanje Zagrebačke nadbiskupije od započetih postupaka u kojima se potražuje naturalni povrat nekretnina, te utvrđuje da je Grad Zagreb jedini vlasnik nekretnina na kojima se planira izgradnja novog stadiona Maksimir", poručuju iz Grada Zagreba.

Tekst sporazuma kojim se omogućuje izgradnja ili rekonstrukcije objekata Katoličke crkve na 10 lokacija u Zagrebu, treba usvojiti zagrebačka Gradska skupština na sjednici 12. prosinca.

Grad Zagreb naručio je studiju predizvodljivosti koja će definirati prateće sadržaje uz novi stadion na Maksimiru, koji će omogućiti održivost investicije, budući da za izgradnju stadiona neće biti utrošen javni novac. Nakon toga će se raspisati javni urbanističko-arhitektonski natječaj za izgled novog Dinamovog stadioni i prostora oko njega.

Ovime je riješen imovinski pravni spor oko zemljišta na Maksimiru koji traje od 1997. godine.

Vlada, Grad Zagreb i Zagrebačka nadbiskupija postigli su dogovor o izgradnji novoga stadiona na Maksimiru, po kojem će Crkva odustati od zahtjeva za povratom nekretnina na spomenutoj lokaciji, a zauzvrat će dobiti deset drugih lokacija u glavnom gradu, priopćeno je u četvrtak iz Grada Zagreba.

"Vlada Republike Hrvatske i Grad Zagreb obvezuju se u sljedeće dvije godine osigurati preduvjete za izgradnju ili rekonstrukciju deset crkava ili drugih objekata Katoličke crkve u Zagrebu na lokacijama Botinec, Sveta Klara/Podbrežje, Jakuševec, Blato, Jelkovec/Sopnica, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Kajzerica, Špansko Zapad i Trnjanska Savica", ističe se u priopćenju Grada Zagreba

Rezultat je to dogovora između Grada, Vlade i Zagrebačke nadbiskupije o rješenju imovinsko-pravnih odnosa nužnih za izgradnju novog gradskog stadiona u Maksimiru.

Dogovor će biti proveden kroz dva sporazuma koja bi trebala biti potpisana ovaj mjesec: jedan između Grada Zagreba i Vlade RH, a drugi između Vlade RH i Zagrebačke nadbiskupije, dodaje se u priopćenju.

"Sporazumima se definira odustajanje Zagrebačke nadbiskupije od započetih postupaka u kojima se potražuje naturalni povrat nekretnina, te utvrđuje da je Grad Zagreb jedini vlasnik nekretnina na kojima se planira izgradnja novog stadiona Maksimir", poručuju iz Grada Zagreba.

Tekst sporazuma kojim se omogućuje izgradnja ili rekonstrukcije objekata Katoličke crkve na 10 lokacija u Zagrebu, treba usvojiti zagrebačka Gradska skupština na sjednici 12. prosinca.

Grad Zagreb naručio je studiju predizvodljivosti koja će definirati prateće sadržaje uz novi stadion na Maksimiru, koji će omogućiti održivost investicije, budući da za izgradnju stadiona neće biti utrošen javni novac. Nakon toga će se raspisati javni urbanističko-arhitektonski natječaj za izgled novog Dinamovog stadioni i prostora oko njega.

Ovime je riješen imovinski pravni spor oko zemljišta na Maksimiru koji traje od 1997. godine.

Postignut dogovor Vlade, Grada Zagreba i Crkve oko gradnje novog maksimirskog stadiona, evo najnovijih detalja

Vlada, Grad Zagreb i Zagrebačka nadbiskupija postigli su dogovor o izgradnji novoga stadiona na Maksimiru, po kojem će Crkva odustati od zahtjeva za povratom nekretnina na spomenutoj lokaciji, a zauzvrat će dobiti deset drugih lokacija u glavnom gradu, priopćeno je u četvrtak iz Grada Zagreba.

"Vlada Republike Hrvatske i Grad Zagreb obvezuju se u sljedeće dvije godine osigurati preduvjete za izgradnju ili rekonstrukciju deset crkava ili drugih objekata Katoličke crkve u Zagrebu na lokacijama Botinec, Sveta Klara/Podbrežje, Jakuševec, Blato, Jelkovec/Sopnica, Sesvetska Sela, Sesvetski Kraljevec, Kajzerica, Špansko Zapad i Trnjanska Savica", ističe se u priopćenju Grada Zagreba

Rezultat je to dogovora između Grada, Vlade i Zagrebačke nadbiskupije o rješenju imovinsko-pravnih odnosa nužnih za izgradnju novog gradskog stadiona u Maksimiru.

Dogovor će biti proveden kroz dva sporazuma koja bi trebala biti potpisana ovaj mjesec: jedan između Grada Zagreba i Vlade RH, a drugi između Vlade RH i Zagrebačke nadbiskupije, dodaje se u priopćenju.

"Sporazumima se definira odustajanje Zagrebačke nadbiskupije od započetih postupaka u kojima se potražuje naturalni povrat nekretnina, te utvrđuje da je Grad Zagreb jedini vlasnik nekretnina na kojima se planira izgradnja novog stadiona Maksimir", poručuju iz Grada Zagreba.

Tekst sporazuma kojim se omogućuje izgradnja ili rekonstrukcije objekata Katoličke crkve na 10 lokacija u Zagrebu, treba usvojiti zagrebačka Gradska skupština na sjednici 12. prosinca.

Grad Zagreb naručio je studiju predizvodljivosti koja će definirati prateće sadržaje uz novi stadion na Maksimiru, koji će omogućiti održivost investicije, budući da za izgradnju stadiona neće biti utrošen javni novac. Nakon toga će se raspisati javni urbanističko-arhitektonski natječaj za izgled novog Dinamovog stadioni i prostora oko njega.

Ovime je riješen imovinski pravni spor oko zemljišta na Maksimiru koji traje od 1997. godine.
