Nogometa u Hrvatskoj nema. Neće ga u dogledno vrijeme niti biti. Optimizmu sklone prognoze kazuju kako bi se mogao eventualno pojaviti – u lipnju. U nedostatku bilo kakvih vijesti medijski su prostor, namjenjen nogometu, posljednjih dana ispunjavale fotografije – temelja osječkog novog stadiona na Pampasu. 

Činjenica da se u Osijeku gradi stadion, u vrijeme kada cijelo hrvatsko gospodarstvo stoji, zanimljiva je vijest. Radi se o projektu koji zapošljava nekoliko stotina ljudi i praktički je najveća privatna investicija u Slavoniji ove godine. 

Uz glavni stadion (kapaciteta oko 12.000 sjedala) nogometni kompleks na Pampasu upotpunjavalo bi i sedam pomoćnih terena te kampus. Kao glavni investitor navodi se Udruga škola nogometa NK Osijek (registrirana na adresi Wilsonova 2, kao i NK Osijek). No, investiciju od 40 milijuna eura pokrenuo je mađarski kapital.

Kao što je poznato, NK Osijek u većinskom je vlasništvu (70%) mađarskog poduzetnika Lörinca Meszarosa. On u klubu obnaša funkciju predsjednika Nadzornog odbora. Meszaros se u javnosti kolokvijalno titulira kao ‘’Orbanov čovjek’’. Prijateljstvo s mađarskim predsjednikom jamačno mu nije bilo naodmet. Na posljednjoj Forbesovoj listi Meszaros je plasiran na 2057. mjesto najbogatijih ljudi na svijetu. Njegovo se bogatstvo procjenjuje na milijardu eura.

Alternativa rijeka Rujevica 

Iako osječke fotografije nude viziju buduće konstrukcije stadiona, činjenično je stanje – izgradnja objekta kasni. Prema idejnom projektu osječki je stadion trebao biti dovršen u lipnju, uoči početka nove (europske) sezone.

Međutim niti zdrave ambicije niti svježi kapital nemaju šanse u srazu s hrvatskom administracijom. Zbog dugotrajne procedure ishođenja građevinske dozvole, pa problema s pristupnom cestom i natječajem (koji nije bio usklađen sa Zakonom o javnoj nabavi) otvaranje osječkog stadiona prolongirano je za 2021. U međuvremenu se pojavio i Covid-19...

- Za sada se nesmetano radi. Mramor, kamen i željezo jači su od koronavirusa. Srećom, na gradilišti nema zaraze. U protivnom bi se gradnja usporila ili posve zaustavila. Da, htjeli smo stadion imati 2020, ali ‘’čovjek snuje, a Bog određuje’’. Ništa zato ako i zakasnimo koji mjesec. Radi se o objektu koji će stajati na Pampasu idućih 90 godina – kazao je predsjednik osječkog kluba Ivan Meštrović. 

Pogled razočaranja prema betonskom skeletu budućeg osječkog stadiona uputili su i čelnici Dinama. U Maksimiru su, na Skupštini u prosincu, obznanili kako će GNK Dinamo za iduću europsku sezonu (kvalifikacije za Ligu prvaka) prijaviti stadion u Osijeku. Kao alternativna opcija spomenuta je riječka Rujevica...

Nogometa u Hrvatskoj nema. Neće ga u dogledno vrijeme niti biti. Optimizmu sklone prognoze kazuju kako bi se mogao eventualno pojaviti – u lipnju. U nedostatku bilo kakvih vijesti medijski su prostor, namjenjen nogometu, posljednjih dana ispunjavale fotografije – temelja osječkog novog stadiona na Pampasu. 

Činjenica da se u Osijeku gradi stadion, u vrijeme kada cijelo hrvatsko gospodarstvo stoji, zanimljiva je vijest. Radi se o projektu koji zapošljava nekoliko stotina ljudi i praktički je najveća privatna investicija u Slavoniji ove godine. 

Uz glavni stadion (kapaciteta oko 12.000 sjedala) nogometni kompleks na Pampasu upotpunjavalo bi i sedam pomoćnih terena te kampus. Kao glavni investitor navodi se Udruga škola nogometa NK Osijek (registrirana na adresi Wilsonova 2, kao i NK Osijek). No, investiciju od 40 milijuna eura pokrenuo je mađarski kapital.

Kao što je poznato, NK Osijek u većinskom je vlasništvu (70%) mađarskog poduzetnika Lörinca Meszarosa. On u klubu obnaša funkciju predsjednika Nadzornog odbora. Meszaros se u javnosti kolokvijalno titulira kao ‘’Orbanov čovjek’’. Prijateljstvo s mađarskim predsjednikom jamačno mu nije bilo naodmet. Na posljednjoj Forbesovoj listi Meszaros je plasiran na 2057. mjesto najbogatijih ljudi na svijetu. Njegovo se bogatstvo procjenjuje na milijardu eura.

Alternativa rijeka Rujevica 

Iako osječke fotografije nude viziju buduće konstrukcije stadiona, činjenično je stanje – izgradnja objekta kasni. Prema idejnom projektu osječki je stadion trebao biti dovršen u lipnju, uoči početka nove (europske) sezone.

Međutim niti zdrave ambicije niti svježi kapital nemaju šanse u srazu s hrvatskom administracijom. Zbog dugotrajne procedure ishođenja građevinske dozvole, pa problema s pristupnom cestom i natječajem (koji nije bio usklađen sa Zakonom o javnoj nabavi) otvaranje osječkog stadiona prolongirano je za 2021. U međuvremenu se pojavio i Covid-19...

- Za sada se nesmetano radi. Mramor, kamen i željezo jači su od koronavirusa. Srećom, na gradilišti nema zaraze. U protivnom bi se gradnja usporila ili posve zaustavila. Da, htjeli smo stadion imati 2020, ali ‘’čovjek snuje, a Bog određuje’’. Ništa zato ako i zakasnimo koji mjesec. Radi se o objektu koji će stajati na Pampasu idućih 90 godina – kazao je predsjednik osječkog kluba Ivan Meštrović. 

Pogled razočaranja prema betonskom skeletu budućeg osječkog stadiona uputili su i čelnici Dinama. U Maksimiru su, na Skupštini u prosincu, obznanili kako će GNK Dinamo za iduću europsku sezonu (kvalifikacije za Ligu prvaka) prijaviti stadion u Osijeku. Kao alternativna opcija spomenuta je riječka Rujevica...

Nogometa u Hrvatskoj nema. Neće ga u dogledno vrijeme niti biti. Optimizmu sklone prognoze kazuju kako bi se mogao eventualno pojaviti – u lipnju. U nedostatku bilo kakvih vijesti medijski su prostor, namjenjen nogometu, posljednjih dana ispunjavale fotografije – temelja osječkog novog stadiona na Pampasu. 

Činjenica da se u Osijeku gradi stadion, u vrijeme kada cijelo hrvatsko gospodarstvo stoji, zanimljiva je vijest. Radi se o projektu koji zapošljava nekoliko stotina ljudi i praktički je najveća privatna investicija u Slavoniji ove godine. 

Uz glavni stadion (kapaciteta oko 12.000 sjedala) nogometni kompleks na Pampasu upotpunjavalo bi i sedam pomoćnih terena te kampus. Kao glavni investitor navodi se Udruga škola nogometa NK Osijek (registrirana na adresi Wilsonova 2, kao ...
