Nakon minimalnog poraza od Rijeke na Šubićevcu (0:1) u prvom kolu, nogometaši Šibenika na gostovanju u Velikoj Gorici uknjižili su prvi bod odigravši bez golova. Tom činjenicom u taboru Narančastih mogu biti zadovoljni jer Gorica je tradicionalno neugodan suparnik Šibenčanima.

Jedno od glavnih obilježja te utakmice je činjenica da je odigrana u nehumanim uvjetima. Naime, oko 19 sati kada je sudac Ante Čulina dao znak za početni udarac u Gorici se mjerilo oko 38 stupnjeva Celzijevih. Dakle, bilo je teško disati a kamoli igrati. I dok recimo Talijani koji prvenstvo počinju 13. kolovoza već razmišljaju o odgodi nastave li se tropske vrućine, ljudi u našem savezu nemaju slične planove.

O uvjetima koju su vladali u Gorici jasno su se očitovali treneri obiju momčadi:

- Igrači zaslužuju Nobelovu nagradu za ovo što su izdržali jer ovo vrijeme je opasno po život i ne ide mi u glavu da se ljeti uopće igra u ovom terminu - naglasio je Samir Toplak, trener Gorice.

Slično je razmišljao i kormilar Šibenika Damir Čanadi:

- Hrvatska je peta država u kojoj radim, bio sam i u Grčkoj, ali nikad prije nisam igrao po ovako vrućem vremenu, ni kao igrač, ni kao trener. Vjerujte nije bilo lako ni stajati uz aut liniju i davati savjete svojim igračima, a kamoli biti na terenu- rekao je Čanadi.

Što se tiče igre njegovog Šibenika u prva dva kola, dovoljno je pogledati rezultate i bit će jasno na što je naglasak stavio trener rođen u Beču u koji se njegovi roditelji otišli trbuhom za kruhom iz Pakraca. Jedan bod uz gol razliku (0:1) sugerira da je Čanadiju primarna zadaća bila učvrstiti obrambeni dio ekipe, što je bila rak rana Narančastih prošlog proljeća kada su nerijetko izgledali propusno kao sir ementaler:

- Igrači su dali sve što su mogli, imali smo prvi prečku kod 0:0 i tko zna kako bi bilo da smo zabili, ali bod je dobar. S obzirom na sve promjene, odnosno činjenicu da smo doveli 14 novih igrača, mi smo još kao u pripremama. Smjenjuju nam se faze dobre i lošije igre. U prvih 15 minuta bili smo jako dobri, a onda malo izgubili na hrabrosti kasnije, ali jedan od glavnih ciljeva nam je smanjiti broj primljenih golova jer prošle sezone je Šibenik imao 75 primljenih. Time sam zadovoljan- podvukao je trener Narančastih.

Očito, Čanadi je posegnuo za taktikom 'catenaccia' kojom su, uglavnom talijanski treneri, u prošlom tisućljeću osvajali trofeje. Međutim, osim čvrstog katanca pred svojim golom, Šibenčani će prije ili kasnije morati početi otključavati tuđe brave žele li do mirne plovidbom HNL-om. Prva prigoda za to je gostovanje Lokomotive na Šubićevcu u petak.

Čanadi je u kratko vrijeme uspio stabilizirati defanzivni dio momčadi igrajući s tri stopera, međutim svjestan je kako njegova ekipa ima dosta prostora za napredak u igri prema naprijed. Čanadi ima alibi i u činjenici što je trenutačno ostao samo na jednom pravom napadaču (Duje Čop), koji da stvar bude gora nije prošao kompletne pripreme. Stoga, u taboru Narančastih kao ozebli sunce čekaju povratak Ivana Delića koji dugo vuče ozljedu ramena. Loša vijest za navijače Šibenika je da je propao transfer mladog Kamerunca Leonela Wambe, koji je bio prvi strijelac latvijskog prvenstva. Iako je Wamba imao usmeni dogovor sa Šibenikom odabrao je nastaviti karijeru u Alžiru. Premda u prvih 180 minuta nisu zabili niti jedan zgoditak, sportski direktor Dario Dabac potvrdio je kako Šibenik za sada neće tražiti novog napadača.

Nakon minimalnog poraza od Rijeke na Šubićevcu (0:1) u prvom kolu, nogometaši Šibenika na gostovanju u Velikoj Gorici uknjižili su prvi bod odigravši bez golova. Tom činjenicom u taboru Narančastih mogu biti zadovoljni jer Gorica je tradicionalno neugodan suparnik Šibenčanima.

Jedno od glavnih obilježja te utakmice je činjenica da je odigrana u nehumanim uvjetima. Naime, oko 19 sati kada je sudac Ante Čulina dao znak za početni udarac u Gorici se mjerilo oko 38 stupnjeva Celzijevih. Dakle, bilo je teško disati a kamoli igrati. I dok recimo Talijani koji prvenstvo počinju 13. kolovoza već razmišljaju o odgodi nastave li se tropske vrućine, ljudi u našem savezu nemaju slične planove.

O uvjetima koju su vladali u Gorici jasno su se očitovali treneri obiju momčadi:

- Igrači zaslužuju Nobelovu nagradu za ovo što su izdržali jer ovo vrijeme je opasno po život i ne ide mi u glavu da se ljeti uopće igra u ovom terminu - naglasio je Samir Toplak, trener Gorice.

Slično je razmišljao i kormilar Šibenika Damir Čanadi:

- Hrvatska je peta država u kojoj radim, bio sam i u Grčkoj, ali nikad prije nisam igrao po ovako vrućem vremenu, ni kao igrač, ni kao trener. Vjerujte nije bilo lako ni stajati uz aut liniju i davati savjete svojim igračima, a kamoli biti na terenu- rekao je Čanadi.

Što se tiče igre njegovog Šibenika u prva dva kola, dovoljno je pogledati rezultate i bit će jasno na što je naglasak stavio trener rođen u Beču u koji se njegovi roditelji otišli trbuhom za kruhom iz Pakraca. Jedan bod uz gol razliku (0:1) sugerira da je Čanadiju primarna zadaća bila učvrstiti obrambeni dio ekipe, što je bila rak rana Narančastih prošlog proljeća kada su nerijetko izgledali propusno kao sir ementaler:

- Igrači su dali sve što su mogli, imali smo prvi prečku kod 0:0 i tko zna kako bi bilo da smo zabili, ali bod je dobar. S obzirom na sve promjene, odnosno činjenicu da smo doveli 14 novih igrača, mi smo još kao u pripremama. Smjenjuju nam se faze dobre i lošije igre. U prvih 15 minuta bili smo jako dobri, a onda malo izgubili na hrabrosti kasnije, ali jedan od glavnih ciljeva nam je smanjiti broj primljenih golova jer prošle sezone je Šibenik imao 75 primljenih. Time sam zadovoljan- podvukao je trener Narančastih.

Očito, Čanadi je posegnuo za taktikom 'catenaccia' kojom su, uglavnom talijanski treneri, u prošlom tisućljeću osvajali trofeje. Međutim, osim čvrstog katanca pred svojim golom, Šibenčani će prije ili kasnije morati početi otključavati tuđe brave žele li do mirne plovidbom HNL-om. Prva prigoda za to je gostovanje Lokomotive na Šubićevcu u petak.

Čanadi je u kratko vrijeme uspio stabilizirati defanzivni dio momčadi igrajući s tri stopera, međutim svjestan je kako njegova ekipa ima dosta prostora za napredak u igri prema naprijed. Čanadi ima alibi i u činjenici što je trenutačno ostao samo na jednom pravom napadaču (Duje Čop), koji da stvar bude gora nije prošao kompletne pripreme. Stoga, u taboru Narančastih kao ozebli sunce čekaju povratak Ivana Delića koji dugo vuče ozljedu ramena. Loša vijest za navijače Šibenika je da je propao transfer mladog Kamerunca Leonela Wambe, koji je bio prvi strijelac latvijskog prvenstva. Iako je Wamba imao usmeni dogovor sa Šibenikom odabrao je nastaviti karijeru u Alžiru. Premda u prvih 180 minuta nisu zabili niti jedan zgoditak, sportski direktor Dario Dabac potvrdio je kako Šibenik za sada neće tražiti novog napadača.

Nakon minimalnog poraza od Rijeke na Šubićevcu (0:1) u prvom kolu, nogometaši Šibenika na gostovanju u Velikoj Gorici uknjižili su prvi bod odigravši bez golova. Tom činjenicom u taboru Narančastih mogu biti zadovoljni jer Gorica je tradicionalno neugodan suparnik Šibenčanima.

Jedno od glavnih obilježja te utakmice je činjenica da je odigrana u nehumanim uvjetima. Naime, oko 19 sati kada je sudac Ante Čulina dao znak za početni udarac u Gorici se mjerilo oko 38 stupnjeva Celzijevih. Dakle, bilo je teško disati a kamoli igrati. I dok recimo Talijani koji prvenstvo počinju 13. kolovoza već razmišljaju o odgodi nastave li se tropske vrućine, ljudi u našem savezu nemaju slične planove.
