Jeste li znali da ćete, ukoliko se oglušite na plaćanje kazne za parking, dobiti kaznu od 660 eura? Niste? E pa nije ni naš čitatelj koji je ostao šokiran kada je zaprimio ovakvu uplatnicu; s iznosom od 5.000 kuna.
Priča je sljedeća: čovjek je parkirao na autobusnom stajalištu pri vrhu Mažuranićevog šetališta zbog čega je, eto, bio zabilježen kao prekršitelj, za što kazna iznosi 300 kuna.
Prema njegovim riječima, on tu obavijest nikad nije vidio.
Nakon toga, kako to već praksa nalaže, mu se, kao vlasniku vozila - u ovom slučaju njegovoj supruzi - treba uručiti obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, u kojoj se naglašava zahtjev za dostavu podataka o vozaču, a radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka.
Prema njegovim riječima, ona tu obavijest nikad nije vidjela.
Onda je, gotovo dvije godine nakon počinjenog prekršaja, na adesu supružnika stigla kazna u iznosu od - 5000 kuna! "Srećom", uz nju se nalazi i ona od 3.333 kune, koja vrijedi za namirenje ako se plati unutar osam dana.
Na posljednju kaznu je upućena žalba, a proces je još uvijek u tijeku.

Iz Prometnog redarstva su nas obavijestili o standardnoj proceduri koja sljeduje ovakvim situacijama.
- U slučaju neplaćanja kazne za nepropisno parkiranje po obavijesti ostavljenoj na vjetrobranskom staklu vozila na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja, obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju se dostavlja vlasniku vozila. Sastavni dio obavijesti je zahtjev za dostavu podataka o vozaču radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka.
U slučaju kada vlasnik ne podmiri kaznu, sukladno članku 229. stavku 3. i 4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, dužan je u roku od 15 dana dostaviti vjerodostojan podatak o identitetu vozača, odnosno osobe koja je u vrijeme počinjenja prekršaja upravljala navedenim vozilom, a radi provođenja prekršajnog postupka.
U suprotnom, vlasnik vozila čini prekršaj kažnjiv člankom 229. stavak 7. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, za koji je do 31.12.2022. bila propisana novčana kazna u iznosu od 5.000 do 15.000 kuna. Od 1. siječnja 2023. propisana kazna iznosi od 660 do 1.990 eura."

Naglasili su da Grad Split, kao ovlašteni tužitelj, izdaje Obavezne prekršajne naloge na najniži propisani iznos; dakle na 660 eura.
Takvu praksu, koju dijeli s ostalim jedinicama lokalne samouprave koje u svom sastavu imaju prometne redare, provodi od osnutka Prometnog redarstva. Ako se pak vlasnik vozila odluči na ovo oglušiti ili slučaj odvesti na sud, tada riskira kaznu i do 1.990 eura!

Jeste li znali da ćete, ukoliko se oglušite na plaćanje kazne za parking, dobiti kaznu od 660 eura? Niste? E pa nije ni naš čitatelj koji je ostao šokiran kada je zaprimio ovakvu uplatnicu; s iznosom od 5.000 kuna.
Priča je sljedeća: čovjek je parkirao na autobusnom stajalištu pri vrhu Mažuranićevog šetališta zbog čega je, eto, bio zabilježen kao prekršitelj, za što kazna iznosi 300 kuna.
Prema njegovim riječima, on tu obavijest nikad nije vidio.
Nakon toga, kako to već praksa nalaže, mu se, kao vlasniku vozila - u ovom slučaju njegovoj supruzi - treba uručiti obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju, u kojoj se naglašava zahtjev za dostavu podataka o vozaču, a radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka.
Prema njegovim riječima, ona tu obavijest nikad nije vidjela.
Onda je, gotovo dvije godine nakon počinjenog prekršaja, na adesu supružnika stigla kazna u iznosu od - 5000 kuna! "Srećom", uz nju se nalazi i ona od 3.333 kune, koja vrijedi za namirenje ako se plati unutar osam dana.
Na posljednju kaznu je upućena žalba, a proces je još uvijek u tijeku.

Iz Prometnog redarstva su nas obavijestili o standardnoj proceduri koja sljeduje ovakvim situacijama.
- U slučaju neplaćanja kazne za nepropisno parkiranje po obavijesti ostavljenoj na vjetrobranskom staklu vozila na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja, obavijest o počinjenom prekršaju se dostavlja vlasniku vozila. Sastavni dio obavijesti je zahtjev za dostavu podataka o vozaču radi pokretanja prekršajnog postupka.
U slučaju kada vlasnik ne podmiri kaznu, sukladno članku 229. stavku 3. i 4. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, dužan je u roku od 15 dana dostaviti vjerodostojan podatak o identitetu vozača, odnosno osobe koja je u vrijeme počinjenja prekršaja upravljala navedenim vozilom, a radi provođenja prekršajnog postupka.
U suprotnom, vlasnik vozila čini prekršaj kažnjiv člankom 229. stavak 7. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, za koji je do 31.12.2022. bila propisana novčana kazna u iznosu od 5.000 do 15.000 kuna. Od 1. siječnja 2023. propisana kazna iznosi od 660 do 1.990 eura."

Naglasili su da Grad Split, kao ovlašteni tužitelj, izdaje Obavezne prekršajne naloge na najniži propisani iznos; dakle na 660 eura.
Takvu praksu, koju dijeli s ostalim jedinicama lokalne samouprave koje u svom sastavu imaju prometne redare, provodi od osnutka Prometnog redarstva. Ako se pak vlasnik vozila odluči na ovo oglušiti ili slučaj odvesti na sud, tada riskira kaznu i do 1.990 eura!
