Smještaj u splitskom studentskom domu od jeseni će biti skuplji za oko 100 posto, potvrdila nam je to Gordana Raos, ravnateljica Studentskog centra. Studenti su mjesto u domu do sada plaćali od 145 do 235 kuna mjesečno, ovisno o kvaliteti sobe, a te cijene nisu se mijenjale zadnjih petnaestak godina.

 - Jedan o važnijih razloga povećanja cijena domova jest taj što se studentski standard, od strane usluga Studentskog centra Split, dosta poboljšao. Također, bitan razlog povećanja cijene smještaja u domu je znatno poskupljenje troškova goriva, struje, vode, komunalija i sličnih stvari. Siguran sam da će naši studenti prepoznati ovu tešku situaciju, te nam dati punu podršku – poručio je Matko Matković, voditelj Službe studentskog smještaja i tehničkih poslova.

Iako Studentski centar očekuje podršku studenata, čini se da oni na ovu odluku i ne gledaju tako blagonaklono.

‘Kvaliteta’ života

 - Ovih dana svi poskupljuju, tako da nas ni ova odluka Studentskog centra ne čudi. Cijene stanova kreću se oko 250 eura, pa je studentski dom i dalje jeftinija opcija, ali svi se trebamo upitati hoće li nova cijena odgovarati kvaliteti života u domu. Ovo je samo još jedan udar na studentski standard i možemo se samo pitati što je sljedeće – kazao nam je Petar Bogdan, predsjednik Udruge “Studenti za studente”.

Mate Mijoč, inače član Studentskog zbora, također je naglasio da ta odluka neće naići na odobravanje studenata.

 - Govorim ovo ponajprije kao student koji i sam živi u studentskom domu. Svjestan sam nezavidne financijske situacije u državi, ali ovo poskupljenje nije pravi način za rješavanje problema i siguran sam da se studentima neće svidjeti ta odluka – rekao nam je Mijoč.

U Studentskom centru ističu da su u proteklih nekoliko godina uložili znatna financijska sredstva u uređenje svih domova – od bojenja fasada, unutarnjih popravaka instalacijskih cijevi, uređenja nogometnog igrališta, otvaranja kluba “Spin”, pa do održavanja okoliša.

 - Moram napomenuti da je sa starom cijenom domova splitski Studentski centar ulazio u veliki minus u poslovanju. Također, važno je naglasiti i da su ostali studentski centri u Hrvatskoj podigli cijene smještaja – kaže Matković.

Više cijene, a manje mista

Studentski centar ove je godine donio studentima još jednu lošu vijest. Naime, zbog prodaje starog studentskog doma “Spinut“, studentima će na raspolaganju biti 127 mjesta manje nego do sada. Tko su rijetki sretnici koji će dobiti mjesto u domu, doznat će se 15. rujna, kad će biti objavljeni rezultati natječaja.

Smještaj u splitskom studentskom domu od jeseni će biti skuplji za oko 100 posto, potvrdila nam je to Gordana Raos, ravnateljica Studentskog centra. Studenti su mjesto u domu do sada plaćali od 145 do 235 kuna mjesečno, ovisno o kvaliteti sobe, a te cijene nisu se mijenjale zadnjih petnaestak godina.

 - Jedan o važnijih razloga povećanja cijena domova jest taj što se studentski standard, od strane usluga Studentskog centra Split, dosta poboljšao. Također, bitan razlog povećanja cijene smještaja u domu je znatno poskupljenje troškova goriva, struje, vode, komunalija i sličnih stvari. Siguran sam da će naši studenti prepoznati ovu tešku situaciju, te nam dati punu podršku – poručio je Matko Matković, voditelj Službe studentskog smještaja i tehničkih poslova.

Iako Studentski centar očekuje podršku studenata, čini se da oni na ovu odluku i ne gledaju tako blagonaklono.

‘Kvaliteta’ života

 - Ovih dana svi poskupljuju, tako da nas ni ova odluka Studentskog centra ne čudi. Cijene stanova kreću se oko 250 eura, pa je studentski dom i dalje jeftinija opcija, ali svi se trebamo upitati hoće li nova cijena odgovarati kvaliteti života u domu. Ovo je samo još jedan udar na studentski standard i možemo se samo pitati što je sljedeće – kazao nam je Petar Bogdan, predsjednik Udruge “Studenti za studente”.

Mate Mijoč, inače član Studentskog zbora, također je naglasio da ta odluka neće naići na odobravanje studenata.

 - Govorim ovo ponajprije kao student koji i sam živi u studentskom domu. Svjestan sam nezavidne financijske situacije u državi, ali ovo poskupljenje nije pravi način za rješavanje problema i siguran sam da se studentima neće svidjeti ta odluka – rekao nam je Mijoč.

U Studentskom centru ističu da su u proteklih nekoliko godina uložili znatna financijska sredstva u uređenje svih domova – od bojenja fasada, unutarnjih popravaka instalacijskih cijevi, uređenja nogometnog igrališta, otvaranja kluba “Spin”, pa do održavanja okoliša.

 - Moram napomenuti da je sa starom cijenom domova splitski Studentski centar ulazio u veliki minus u poslovanju. Također, važno je naglasiti i da su ostali studentski centri u Hrvatskoj podigli cijene smještaja – kaže Matković.

Više cijene, a manje mista

Studentski centar ove je godine donio studentima još jednu lošu vijest. Naime, zbog prodaje starog studentskog doma “Spinut“, studentima će na raspolaganju biti 127 mjesta manje nego do sada. Tko su rijetki sretnici koji će dobiti mjesto u domu, doznat će se 15. rujna, kad će biti objavljeni rezultati natječaja.
