Radnička potraživanja će se namiriti od prodaje pokretnina – odnosno dijela opreme iz arene jer će se od prodaje same arene i prava građenja na 30 godina na susjednom državnom zemljištu u Lori, na kojem je trebao biti izgrađen komercijalni dio Spaladium centra, namiriti tri banke koje imaju upisane hipoteke vrijedne blizu 500 milijuna kuna, i to Unicredit Bank Austria 202 milijuna kuna, Erste Group Bank 203 milijuna, te Zagrebačka banka 88 milijuna kuna.

Arena knjigovodstveno vrijedi oko 403 milijuna kuna, no njenu pravu vrijednost, kao i vrijednost prava građenja, će utvrditi sudski vještak. Zagrebačka banka je 15. prosinca, samo par dana prije današnjeg ispitnog i izvještajnog ročišta u stečaju "Sportskog grada TPN" održanog u petak na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu, na Općinskom sudu u Splitu pokrenula ovršni postupak u kojem će se procijeniti i prodati nekretnine radi namirenja duga.

Upravo vjerovnici koji imaju hipoteku odlučuju hoće li se sudska prodaja založenih nekretnina provesti u ovrsi koji je mnogo sporiji postupak od prodaje u stečaju gdje se prodajna ročišta mogu zakazivati svako mjesec dana i gdje cijena može padati ovisno o odluci Odbora vjerovnika.

potraživanja 43 vjerovnika tvrtke "Sportski grad TPN u stečaju", 1,16 milijuna kuna se odnosi na neisplaćene plaće za 18 zaposlenika koji su prije otvaranja stečaja održavali Spaladium arenu i u njoj organizirali javna događanja.

Radnička potraživanja će se namiriti od prodaje pokretnina – odnosno dijela opreme iz arene jer će se od prodaje same arene i prava građenja na 30 godina na susjednom državnom zemljištu u Lori, na kojem je trebao biti izgrađen komercijalni dio Spaladium centra, namiriti tri banke koje imaju upisane hipoteke vrijedne blizu 500 milijuna kuna, i to Unicredit Bank Austria 202 milijuna kuna, Erste Group Bank 203 milijuna, te Zagrebačka banka 88 milijuna kuna.

Arena knjigovodstveno vrijedi oko 403 milijuna kuna, no njenu pravu vrijednost, kao i vrijednost prava građenja, će utvrditi sudski vještak. Zagrebačka banka je 15. prosinca, samo par dana prije današnjeg ispitnog i izvještajnog ročišta u stečaju "Sportskog grada TPN" održanog u petak na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu, na Općinskom sudu u Splitu pokrenula ovršni postupak u kojem će se procijeniti i prodati nekretnine radi namirenja duga.

Upravo vjerovnici koji imaju hipoteku odlučuju hoće li se sudska prodaja založenih nekretnina provesti u ovrsi koji je mnogo sporiji postupak od prodaje u stečaju gdje se prodajna ročišta mogu zakazivati svako mjesec dana i gdje cijena može padati ovisno o odluci Odbora vjerovnika.

Zagrebačka banka pokrenula ovršni postupak: Spaladium arena ide na prodaju

Od 720 milijuna kuna priznatih potraživanja 43 vjerovnika tvrtke "Sportski grad TPN u stečaju", 1,16 milijuna kuna se odnosi na neisplaćene plaće za 18 zaposlenika koji su prije otvaranja stečaja održavali Spaladium arenu i u njoj organizirali javna događanja.
