Kad promatramo splitske kvartove, vrlo je lako uočiti kako su igrališta glavna mjesta okupljanja na kojima se tijekom dana izmijene sve generacije. Svjesni su toga i čelnici gradskog kotara Mertojak, čije je nogometno igralište pokraj crkve sv. Josipa omiljen prostor svih stanovnika. Glavni je nedostatak njihova igrališta što nemaju tribine, ali oni su zasukali rukave i došli do rješenja. Arhitekt Duje Štambuk izradio je idejno arhitektonsko rješenje sportskih tribina, na temelju kojeg će ići sa zahtjevom prema nadležnim institucijama.

Josip Perić, vršitelj dužnosti predsjednika GK Mertojak, objašnjava nam kako je nogometno igralište jedno od mjesta na kojem se preko tjedna odvija niz aktivnosti, odnosno ono je "centar života" u kotaru.

– Na njemu se svakodnevno igraju djeca obližnjih vrtića, koriste ga i sva ostala djeca te rekreativci željni nogometa. Na njemu se održavaju nogometni turniri i središte je svih proslava u kotaru, bilo da se radi o "Danima kotara" ili nekim drugim događajima. Međutim, igralište, nažalost, nema tribine i njihov nedostatak najviše se vidi kad se organiziraju događaji na kojima se okuplja veći broj ljudi – govori nam Perić.

Dodaje kako je sama ideja projekta sportskih tribina centralnog sportskog igrališta na Mertojaku nastavak vizije širenja i nadopunjavanja sada već zavidnih sportskih sadržaja ovoga kvarta i podizanja kvalitete života.

– S tim razlozima išlo se na veće sveobuhvatno i kvalitetnije prostorno rješenje povezivanja javnih prostora Mertojaka kroz projekt tribina, a ne neka jednostavnija, brža i privremena rješenja koja u konačnici ne čine razliku – ističe Perić.
Arhitekt Duje Štambuk u svojem je rješenju objasnio kako bi se izvedbom tribina riješilo dugo očekivano rješenje gledališta na centralnom igralištu ispod glavnog kvartovskog trga.

Tribine poput slapa

– Tribine su oblikovane kao otvoreni, dijelom natkriveni polivalentni arhitektonski element u prostoru. Njihov smještaj na kosom terenu između glavnog trga i velikog sportskog terena na dnu padine čini ih poveznicom i produžetkom toga istog trga, pretvarajući novoformirano sportsko gledalište ujedno i u element komunikacije između trga i prostora javnog parka i sportskih sadržaja – objasnio je arhitekt u rješenju.

Dodaje kako bi se prelijevanjem trga formiranjem "slapa" tribina na kosom terenu ispod kvalitetno riješila komunikacija trga i "divlje šetnice" na postojećoj padini, čime bi se formirala nova komunikacija istoka i zapada centralnog kvartovskog parka kao dio rješenja novih tribina.

– Razdvajajući kontinuitet tribine na dva dijela prolaskom šetnice, tribine dobivaju i funkciju "kvartovskog dnevnog boravka" produžetka trga, kao mjesto sastanka, boravka i prolaza stanovnika ovoga kvarta. Zbog toga su i oblikovane tako da prate prirodni teren, ne narušavajući prirodni oblik padine na kojoj se nalaze i ne stvarajući vizualnu i funkcionalnu barijeru budućim korisnicima i stanovnicima Mertojaka – naveo je arhitekt.

Ističe kako bi tribine, osim osnovne funkcije gledališta, postale i mjesto okupljanja pri kvartovskim feštama i drugim manifestacijama. Arhitekt Štambuk naveo je kako je upravo zbog toga ključno izabrano oblikovanje tribina otvorenog tipa, a ne primjerice tip tribina koje će se funkcionalno izolirati, izdignuti, zaključavati i koristiti u samo određenim prigodama.

Koji je sljedeći korak nakon izrade idejnog rješenja, pitali smo Marina Jukića, inženjera građevinarstva i donedavnog predsjednika kotara.

– Prvi korak prema realizaciji ovog projekta je promjena GUP-a grada Splita. Naime, trenutno se prostor na kojem se nalaze street workout, nogometno i košarkaško igralište te planirane tribine vodi kao zelena površina, što znači da se na ovom području ne smiju izvoditi građevinski radovi takvog opsega. Stoga planiramo podnijeti zahtjev za promjenom GUP-a kojom će se ova površina proglasiti rekreacijskom zonom, što ona u naravi i jest. Nakon toga planira se pristupiti izradi projektne dokumentacije i izvođenju tribina, koje će na pravi način oplemeniti naš "Sportski centar Mertojak" – za kraj nam je objasnio Jukić.

Površine koje imaju potencijal

Član vijeća GK Mertojak Toni Rajčić, i prvi čovjek kad je u pitanju organizacija sportskih manifestacija i aktivnosti, objašnjava nam da postoji nekoliko sportskih igrališta, kao i košarkaško igralište na kojem je postavljena najnovija podloga koja je privukla još više rekreativaca.

– Osim ova dva najuređenija igrališta, postoji još nekoliko površina koje su trenutno zapuštene, ali imaju potencijala. Njihovim uređenjem dobit ćemo još više kvalitetnih sportskih sadržaja za djecu i odrasle te raznovrsnija sportska igrališta koja će, osim rekreativaca, moći koristiti i škole sporta u radu s djecom i mladima.

Osnivanjem sportskog društva omogućit će se veća briga zainteresiranih građana za očuvanjem već uređenih površina, uređenjem onih koje to još nisu i koordiniranjem svih zainteresiranih građana i sportskih udruga koji žele ta igrališta koristiti. Cilj je sportskog društva, dakle, promicanje sportskih aktivnosti, održavanje i uređenje postojeće sportske infrastrukture i koordinacija u korištenju igrališta – objasnio nam je Rajčić buduće planove.

Kad promatramo splitske kvartove, vrlo je lako uočiti kako su igrališta glavna mjesta okupljanja na kojima se tijekom dana izmijene sve generacije. Svjesni su toga i čelnici gradskog kotara Mertojak, čije je nogometno igralište pokraj crkve sv. Josipa omiljen prostor svih stanovnika. Glavni je nedostatak njihova igrališta što nemaju tribine, ali oni su zasukali rukave i došli do rješenja. Arhitekt Duje Štambuk izradio je idejno arhitektonsko rješenje sportskih tribina, na temelju kojeg će ići sa zahtjevom prema nadležnim institucijama.

Josip Perić, vršitelj dužnosti predsjednika GK Mertojak, objašnjava nam kako je nogometno igralište jedno od mjesta na kojem se preko tjedna odvija niz aktivnosti, odnosno ono je "centar života" u kotaru.

– Na njemu se svakodnevno igraju djeca obližnjih vrtića, koriste ga i sva ostala djeca te rekreativci željni nogometa. Na njemu se održavaju nogometni turniri i središte je svih proslava u kotaru, bilo da se radi o "Danima kotara" ili nekim drugim događajima. Međutim, igralište, nažalost, nema tribine i njihov nedostatak najviše se vidi kad se organiziraju događaji na kojima se okuplja veći broj ljudi – govori nam Perić.

Dodaje kako je sama ideja projekta sportskih tribina centralnog sportskog igrališta na Mertojaku nastavak vizije širenja i nadopunjavanja sada već zavidnih sportskih sadržaja ovoga kvarta i podizanja kvalitete života.

– S tim razlozima išlo se na veće sveobuhvatno i kvalitetnije prostorno rješenje povezivanja javnih prostora Mertojaka kroz projekt tribina, a ne neka jednostavnija, brža i privremena rješenja koja u konačnici ne čine razliku – ističe Perić.
Arhitekt Duje Štambuk u svojem je rješenju objasnio kako bi se izvedbom tribina riješilo dugo očekivano rješenje gledališta na centralnom igralištu ispod glavnog kvartovskog trga.

Tribine poput slapa

– Tribine su oblikovane kao otvoreni, dijelom natkriveni polivalentni arhitektonski element u prostoru. Njihov smještaj na kosom terenu između glavnog trga i velikog sportskog terena na dnu padine čini ih poveznicom i produžetkom toga istog trga, pretvarajući novoformirano sportsko gledalište ujedno i u element komunikacije između trga i prostora javnog parka i sportskih sadržaja – objasnio je arhitekt u rješenju.

Dodaje kako bi se prelijevanjem trga formiranjem "slapa" tribina na kosom terenu ispod kvalitetno riješila komunikacija trga i "divlje šetnice" na postojećoj padini, čime bi se formirala nova komunikacija istoka i zapada centralnog kvartovskog parka kao dio rješenja novih tribina.

– Razdvajajući kontinuitet tribine na dva dijela prolaskom šetnice, tribine dobivaju i funkciju "kvartovskog dnevnog boravka" produžetka trga, kao mjesto sastanka, boravka i prolaza stanovnika ovoga kvarta. Zbog toga su i oblikovane tako da prate prirodni teren, ne narušavajući prirodni oblik padine na kojoj se nalaze i ne stvarajući vizualnu i funkcionalnu barijeru budućim korisnicima i stanovnicima Mertojaka – naveo je arhitekt.

Ističe kako bi tribine, osim osnovne funkcije gledališta, postale i mjesto okupljanja pri kvartovskim feštama i drugim manifestacijama. Arhitekt Štambuk naveo je kako je upravo zbog toga ključno izabrano oblikovanje tribina otvorenog tipa, a ne primjerice tip tribina koje će se funkcionalno izolirati, izdignuti, zaključavati i koristiti u samo određenim prigodama.

Koji je sljedeći korak nakon izrade idejnog rješenja, pitali smo Marina Jukića, inženjera građevinarstva i donedavnog predsjednika kotara.

– Prvi korak prema realizaciji ovog projekta je promjena GUP-a grada Splita. Naime, trenutno se prostor na kojem se nalaze street workout, nogometno i košarkaško igralište te planirane tribine vodi kao zelena površina, što znači da se na ovom području ne smiju izvoditi građevinski radovi takvog opsega. Stoga planiramo podnijeti zahtjev za promjenom GUP-a kojom će se ova površina proglasiti rekreacijskom zonom, što ona u naravi i jest. Nakon toga planira se pristupiti izradi projektne dokumentacije i izvođenju tribina, koje će na pravi način oplemeniti naš "Sportski centar Mertojak" – za kraj nam je objasnio Jukić.

Površine koje imaju potencijal

Član vijeća GK Mertojak Toni Rajčić, i prvi čovjek kad je u pitanju organizacija sportskih manifestacija i aktivnosti, objašnjava nam da postoji nekoliko sportskih igrališta, kao i košarkaško igralište na kojem je postavljena najnovija podloga koja je privukla još više rekreativaca.

– Osim ova dva najuređenija igrališta, postoji još nekoliko površina koje su trenutno zapuštene, ali imaju potencijala. Njihovim uređenjem dobit ćemo još više kvalitetnih sportskih sadržaja za djecu i odrasle te raznovrsnija sportska igrališta koja će, osim rekreativaca, moći koristiti i škole sporta u radu s djecom i mladima.

Osnivanjem sportskog društva omogućit će se veća briga zainteresiranih građana za očuvanjem već uređenih površina, uređenjem onih koje to još nisu i koordiniranjem svih zainteresiranih građana i sportskih udruga koji žele ta igrališta koristiti. Cilj je sportskog društva, dakle, promicanje sportskih aktivnosti, održavanje i uređenje postojeće sportske infrastrukture i koordinacija u korištenju igrališta – objasnio nam je Rajčić buduće planove.

Za buduće olimpijce kvartovski dnevni boravak: građani na Mertojaku odlučili napraviti tribine na sportskom igralištu

Kad promatramo splitske kvartove, vrlo je lako uočiti kako su igrališta glavna mjesta okupljanja na kojima se tijekom dana izmijene sve generacije. Svjesni su toga i čelnici gradskog kotara Mertojak, čije je nogometno igralište pokraj crkve sv. Josipa omiljen prostor svih stanovnika. Glavni je nedostatak njihova igrališta što nemaju tribine, ali oni su zasukali rukave i došli do rješenja. Arhitekt Duje Štambuk izradio je idejno arhitektonsko rješenje sportskih tribina, na temelju kojeg će ići sa zahtjevom prema nadležnim institucijama.
