Poznati kafić "Žbirac" na Bačvicama ostaje u rukama starog-novog zakupca Ante Akrapa, direktora tvrtke "Bumbar" koja je dala najvišu ponudu od 83.500 eura na licitaciji za ugostiteljski objekt održanoj u petak ujutro u prostorijama gradske tvrtke Žnjan u Koteksovom neboderu.

Na licitaciju se prijavilo pet tvrtki od čega jedino "Slatka kutija" nije ispunila uvjete javnog poziva. Četiri tvrtke koje su ispunile uvjete i uplatile 25 tisuće eura jamstva i odazvale se javnoj dražbi su "Fraton", "Pošada", "El Nino" i "Bumbar". 

Iz gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" koja je raspisala javni poziv i koja potpisuje ugovor sa zakupcem bili su zadovoljni licitacijom. Kažu kako nisu očekivali toliki iznos.

Ante Akrap kaže kako je nakon dražbe slijedeći korak koncesijsko odobrenje za terasu, a ono je stvar formalnosti.

- Zasukat ćemo rukave, osposobiti "Žbirac" čim prije i uhvatiti barem dio lita. To je stvar principa i zaljubljenosti u Bačvice, moje prijatelje i goste koji su svakodnevno zvali i ustrajali na tome da budemo tamo  – rekao nam je.

Nakon licitacije, zakupac ima tri dana za sastavljanje ugovora s tvrtkom Žnjan i 15 dana za ishodovanje koncesijskog odobrenja za terasu od Grada Splita, koje se izdaje na godinu dana. 

Ako odustane, prihvaća se druga najveća ponuda, nema nove licitacije. Nju je dao "El Nino" u iznosu od 83.000 eura.

Početni iznos - 25.000 eura

Licitacija je počela s početnim iznosom od 25 tisuća eura. Minimalni dražbeni korak je bio 500 eura, a maksimalni neograničen. Redoslijed je unaprijed utvrđen dan prije na stranicama tvrtke Žnjan: "Fraton", "Bumbar", "El Nino", "Pošada".

Licitaciju je otvorio "Fraton" s iznosom od 26.000 eura, potom je direktor "Bumbara" ponudio 26.500 eura, dok je ovlašteni zastupnik "El Nina" podigao prag na 30.000 dok je "Pošada" zatvorila prvi krug s ponudom na 31.000 eura.

Redale su se ponude: 37.000, 39.000, 40.000., 42.000, 44.000, 46.000, 49.000, 51.000... Na ponudi od 58.000 eura je ostao "Fraton" dok je vrtoglavih 75.000 eura bila zadnja ponuda "Pošade". 

U nadmetanju posljednja dva ponuđača spustila se kočnica pa su ponude bile minimalne, po 500 eura. I tako do 83.500 tvrtke "Bumbar" što "El Nino" nije popratio.

No to je samo dio ukupnog iznosa koji bi novi zakupac trebao platiti. Uz jamstvo od 25.000 eura i ponudu od 83.500 eura, tvrtka "Bumbar" mora tvrtki "Žnjan" predati i bjanko zadužnicu na 50.000 eura. Sveukupno, 158.500 eura za zakup prostora nekadašnjeg "Žbirca". 

Čestica na Bačvicama o kojoj je riječ površine je 12 kvadrata uz štekat od 60 kvadrata i štand za rukotvorine, igračke i suvenire. Visina zakupa za svaku iduću godina se formira kao iznos koji je 10 posto godišnjeg prometa objekta, ako je iznos veći od licitiranog u prvoj godini. Ako je iznos manji, visina zakupa ostaje kao i prve godine.

Kafić "Žbirac je" prema koncesiji Županije od 2011. do 2020. bio podijeljen na dva objekta: prvi je objekt bio površine 40 kvadrata uz štekat od 50 kvadrata i drugi objekt od 20 kvadrata i štekat od 25. Koncesijska naknada je iznosila 180 tisuća kuna + 3 posto godišnjeg prihoda. Ukupno, 60 kvadrata objekta i 75 kvadrata štekata što je očito smanjeno od kad Grad Split 2022. izdaje koncesijsko odobrenje.

Podsjetimo, omiljeno mjesto Splićana za ispijanje crnog napitka zatvorilo se početkom prosinca prošle godine. Nakon što je plaža Bačvice ostala bez koncesionara, Županija je ustvrdila kako "Žbirac" nema uporabnu dozvolu i kako nije legalno iz WC-a "pretvoren" u ugostiteljski objekt. Na radost Splićana, sada je to riješeno.

Poznati kafić "Žbirac" na Bačvicama ostaje u rukama starog-novog zakupca Ante Akrapa, direktora tvrtke "Bumbar" koja je dala najvišu ponudu od 83.500 eura na licitaciji za ugostiteljski objekt održanoj u petak ujutro u prostorijama gradske tvrtke Žnjan u Koteksovom neboderu.

Na licitaciju se prijavilo pet tvrtki od čega jedino "Slatka kutija" nije ispunila uvjete javnog poziva. Četiri tvrtke koje su ispunile uvjete i uplatile 25 tisuće eura jamstva i odazvale se javnoj dražbi su "Fraton", "Pošada", "El Nino" i "Bumbar". 

Iz gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" koja je raspisala javni poziv i koja potpisuje ugovor sa zakupcem bili su zadovoljni licitacijom. Kažu kako nisu očekivali toliki iznos.

Ante Akrap kaže kako je nakon dražbe slijedeći korak koncesijsko odobrenje za terasu, a ono je stvar formalnosti.

- Zasukat ćemo rukave, osposobiti "Žbirac" čim prije i uhvatiti barem dio lita. To je stvar principa i zaljubljenosti u Bačvice, moje prijatelje i goste koji su svakodnevno zvali i ustrajali na tome da budemo tamo  – rekao nam je.

Nakon licitacije, zakupac ima tri dana za sastavljanje ugovora s tvrtkom Žnjan i 15 dana za ishodovanje koncesijskog odobrenja za terasu od Grada Splita, koje se izdaje na godinu dana. 

Ako odustane, prihvaća se druga najveća ponuda, nema nove licitacije. Nju je dao "El Nino" u iznosu od 83.000 eura.

Početni iznos - 25.000 eura

Licitacija je počela s početnim iznosom od 25 tisuća eura. Minimalni dražbeni korak je bio 500 eura, a maksimalni neograničen. Redoslijed je unaprijed utvrđen dan prije na stranicama tvrtke Žnjan: "Fraton", "Bumbar", "El Nino", "Pošada".

Licitaciju je otvorio "Fraton" s iznosom od 26.000 eura, potom je direktor "Bumbara" ponudio 26.500 eura, dok je ovlašteni zastupnik "El Nina" podigao prag na 30.000 dok je "Pošada" zatvorila prvi krug s ponudom na 31.000 eura.

Redale su se ponude: 37.000, 39.000, 40.000., 42.000, 44.000, 46.000, 49.000, 51.000... Na ponudi od 58.000 eura je ostao "Fraton" dok je vrtoglavih 75.000 eura bila zadnja ponuda "Pošade". 

U nadmetanju posljednja dva ponuđača spustila se kočnica pa su ponude bile minimalne, po 500 eura. I tako do 83.500 tvrtke "Bumbar" što "El Nino" nije popratio.

No to je samo dio ukupnog iznosa koji bi novi zakupac trebao platiti. Uz jamstvo od 25.000 eura i ponudu od 83.500 eura, tvrtka "Bumbar" mora tvrtki "Žnjan" predati i bjanko zadužnicu na 50.000 eura. Sveukupno, 158.500 eura za zakup prostora nekadašnjeg "Žbirca". 

Čestica na Bačvicama o kojoj je riječ površine je 12 kvadrata uz štekat od 60 kvadrata i štand za rukotvorine, igračke i suvenire. Visina zakupa za svaku iduću godina se formira kao iznos koji je 10 posto godišnjeg prometa objekta, ako je iznos veći od licitiranog u prvoj godini. Ako je iznos manji, visina zakupa ostaje kao i prve godine.

Kafić "Žbirac je" prema koncesiji Županije od 2011. do 2020. bio podijeljen na dva objekta: prvi je objekt bio površine 40 kvadrata uz štekat od 50 kvadrata i drugi objekt od 20 kvadrata i štekat od 25. Koncesijska naknada je iznosila 180 tisuća kuna + 3 posto godišnjeg prihoda. Ukupno, 60 kvadrata objekta i 75 kvadrata štekata što je očito smanjeno od kad Grad Split 2022. izdaje koncesijsko odobrenje.

Podsjetimo, omiljeno mjesto Splićana za ispijanje crnog napitka zatvorilo se početkom prosinca prošle godine. Nakon što je plaža Bačvice ostala bez koncesionara, Županija je ustvrdila kako "Žbirac" nema uporabnu dozvolu i kako nije legalno iz WC-a "pretvoren" u ugostiteljski objekt. Na radost Splićana, sada je to riješeno.

Poznati kafić "Žbirac" na Bačvicama ostaje u rukama starog-novog zakupca Ante Akrapa, direktora tvrtke "Bumbar" koja je dala najvišu ponudu od 83.500 eura na licitaciji za ugostiteljski objekt održanoj u petak ujutro u prostorijama gradske tvrtke Žnjan u Koteksovom neboderu.

Na licitaciju se prijavilo pet tvrtki od čega jedino "Slatka kutija" nije ispunila uvjete javnog poziva. Četiri tvrtke koje su ispunile uvjete i uplatile 25 tisuće eura jamstva i odazvale se javnoj dražbi su "Fraton", "Pošada", "El Nino" i "Bumbar". 

Iz gradske tvrtke "Žnjan" koja je raspisala javni poziv i koja potpisuje ugovor sa zakupcem bili su zadovoljni licitacijom. Kažu kako nisu očekivali toliki iznos.

Ante Akrap kaže kako je nakon dražbe slijedeći korak koncesijsko odobrenje za terasu, a ono je stvar formalnosti.

- Zasukat ćemo rukave, osposobiti "Žbirac" čim prije i uhvatiti barem dio lita. To je stvar principa i zaljubljenosti u Bačvice, moje prijatelje i goste koji su svakodnevno zvali i ustrajali na tome da budemo tamo  – rekao nam je.

Nakon licitacije, zakupac ima tri dana za sastavljanje ugovora s tvrtkom Žnjan i 15 dana za ishodovanje koncesijskog odobrenja za terasu od Grada Splita, koje se izdaje na godinu dana. 

Ako odustane, prihvaća se druga najveća ponuda, nema nove licitacije. Nju je dao "El Nino" u iznosu od 83.000 eura.

Početni iznos - 25.000 eura

Licitacija je počela s početnim iznosom od 25 tisuća eura. Minimalni dražbeni korak je bio 500 eura, a maksimalni neograničen. Redoslijed je unaprijed utvrđen dan prije na stranicama tvrtke Žnjan: "Fraton", "Bumbar", "El Nino", "Pošada".

Licitaciju je otvorio "Fraton" s iznosom od 26.000 eura, potom je direktor "Bumbara" ponudio 26.500 eura, dok je ovlašteni zastupnik "El Nina" podigao prag na 30.000 dok je "Pošada" zatvorila prvi krug s ponudom na 31.000 eura.

Redale su se ponude: 37.000, 39.000, 40.000., 42.000, 44.000, 46.000, 49.000, 51.000... Na ponudi od 58.000 eura je ostao "Fraton" dok je vrtoglavih 75.000 eura bila zadnja ponuda "Pošade". 

U nadmetanju posljednja dva ponuđača spustila se kočnica pa su ponude bile minimalne, po 500 eura. I tako do 83.500 tvrtke "Bumbar" što "El Nino" nije popratio.

No to je samo dio ukupnog iznosa koji bi novi zakupac trebao platiti. Uz jamstvo od 25.000 eura i ponudu od 83.500 eura, tvrtka "Bumbar" mora tvrtki "Žnjan" predati i bjanko zadužnicu na 50.000 eura. Sveukupno, 158.500 eura za zakup prostora nekadašnjeg "Žbirca". 

Čestica na Bačvicama o kojoj je riječ površine je 12 kvadrata uz štekat od 60 kvadrata i štand za rukotvorine, igračke i suvenire. Visina zakupa za svaku iduću godina se formira kao iznos koji je 10 posto godišnjeg prometa objekta, ako je iznos veći od licitiranog u prvoj godini. Ako je iznos manji, visina zakupa ostaje kao i prve godine.

Kafić "Žbirac je" prema koncesiji Županije od 2011. do 2020. bio podijeljen na dva objekta: prvi je objekt bio površine 40 kvadrata uz štekat od 50 kvadrata i drugi objekt od 20 kvadrata i štekat od 25. Koncesijska naknada je iznosila 180 tisuća kuna + 3 posto godišnjeg prihoda. Ukupno, 60 kvadrata objekta i 75 kvadrata štekata što je očito smanjeno od kad Grad Split 2022. izdaje koncesijsko odobrenje.

Podsjetimo, omiljeno mjesto Splićana za ispijanje crnog napitka zatvorilo se početkom prosinca prošle godine. Nakon što je plaža Bačvice ostala bez koncesionara, Županija je ustvrdila kako "Žbirac" nema uporabnu dozvolu i kako nije legalno iz WC-a "pretvoren" u ugostiteljski objekt. Na radost Splićana, sada je to riješeno.
