Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost je objavio Javni poziv za poticanje ugradnje fotonaponskih elektrana u obiteljskim kućama. Cilj programa je potaknuti širu primjenu sustava za korištenje sunčeve energije za proizvodnju električne energije, sukladno odredbama Zakona o provedbi Uredbe Vijeća EU o hitnoj intervenciji za rješavanje pitanja visokih cijena energije.
Javni poziv je namijenjen sufinanciranju ugradnje fotonaponskih elektrana za proizvodnju električne energije za vlastitu potrošnju na krovovima postojećih obiteljskih kuća ili na postojećim pomoćnim građevinama koje se nalaze uz obiteljsku kuću, pri čemu stupanj korisnog djelovanja ugrađenih fotonaponskih modula mora biti najmanje 18 posto.
Prijaviti se mogu isključivo fizičke osobe - vlasnici obiteljskih kuća, koji su u trenutku puštanja fotonaponske elektrane u pogon u njima imali prebivalište.
Sredstva su dostupna za elektrane koje su ugrađene i puštene u pogon tijekom 2023. godine (od 1. siječnja), a kreću se najviše do 50 posto opravdanih troškova projekta, odnosno u visini od 600 eura po kW nazivne snage ugrađene fotonaponske elektrane.
Javni poziv će za prijave biti otvoren do kraja godine ili trenutka iskorištenja predviđenih sredstava, a u slučaju bilo kakvih pitanja, na raspolaganju je e-mail oie.obiteljske.kuce@fzoeu.hr.
Nastavak financiranja ugradnje sustava OIE predviđeno je i u 2024. godini, u sklopu Programa za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća vrijednog 120 milijuna eura, za koji će Fond uskoro objaviti uvjete. Postotak sufinanciranja za ugradnju fotonaponskih elektrana će i dalje biti 50 posto, kao i u ovom pozivu.

Međutim, građani su primijetili jednu zanimljivu stavku u ovom pozivu. Naime, sama prijava se podnosi slanjem dokumentacije poštom i to na prijenosnom uređaju za pohranu podataka; dakle na USB-u ili CD-u.
- Vlado Republike Hrvatske, ima li zeleniji način za prijavu ugradnje fotonaponskih elektrana, koju objavljuje Fond za zaštitu okoliša, od slanja USB-ova u kuverti poštom? - napisao je jedan Splićanin na Facebooku.
- Dobra je šansa da se dokumentacija po primitku printa u jednom primjerku, a zatim fotokopira za svakog člana komisije (minimalno jedne komislije, da se razumimo). Za dobru mjeru, možda se i skenira nakon printa - primjetila je njegova sugrađanka.
- Triba bit lud i poslat im na floppy B disku - zaključuje treći korisnik.

Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost je objavio Javni poziv za poticanje ugradnje fotonaponskih elektrana u obiteljskim kućama. Cilj programa je potaknuti širu primjenu sustava za korištenje sunčeve energije za proizvodnju električne energije, sukladno odredbama Zakona o provedbi Uredbe Vijeća EU o hitnoj intervenciji za rješavanje pitanja visokih cijena energije.
Javni poziv je namijenjen sufinanciranju ugradnje fotonaponskih elektrana za proizvodnju električne energije za vlastitu potrošnju na krovovima postojećih obiteljskih kuća ili na postojećim pomoćnim građevinama koje se nalaze uz obiteljsku kuću, pri čemu stupanj korisnog djelovanja ugrađenih fotonaponskih modula mora biti najmanje 18 posto.
Prijaviti se mogu isključivo fizičke osobe - vlasnici obiteljskih kuća, koji su u trenutku puštanja fotonaponske elektrane u pogon u njima imali prebivalište.
Sredstva su dostupna za elektrane koje su ugrađene i puštene u pogon tijekom 2023. godine (od 1. siječnja), a kreću se najviše do 50 posto opravdanih troškova projekta, odnosno u visini od 600 eura po kW nazivne snage ugrađene fotonaponske elektrane.
Javni poziv će za prijave biti otvoren do kraja godine ili trenutka iskorištenja predviđenih sredstava, a u slučaju bilo kakvih pitanja, na raspolaganju je e-mail oie.obiteljske.kuce@fzoeu.hr.
Nastavak financiranja ugradnje sustava OIE predviđeno je i u 2024. godini, u sklopu Programa za energetsku obnovu obiteljskih kuća vrijednog 120 milijuna eura, za koji će Fond uskoro objaviti uvjete. Postotak sufinanciranja za ugradnju fotonaponskih elektrana će i dalje biti 50 posto, kao i u ovom pozivu.

Međutim, građani su primijetili jednu zanimljivu stavku u ovom pozivu. Naime, sama prijava se podnosi slanjem dokumentacije poštom i to na prijenosnom uređaju za pohranu podataka; dakle na USB-u ili CD-u.
- Vlado Republike Hrvatske, ima li zeleniji način za prijavu ugradnje fotonaponskih elektrana, koju objavljuje Fond za zaštitu okoliša, od slanja USB-ova u kuverti poštom? - napisao je jedan Splićanin na Facebooku.
- Dobra je šansa da se dokumentacija po primitku printa u jednom primjerku, a zatim fotokopira za svakog člana komisije (minimalno jedne komislije, da se razumimo). Za dobru mjeru, možda se i skenira nakon printa - primjetila je njegova sugrađanka.
