Splitski maratonac Kristijan Sindik uručio je Odjelu dječje onkologije sredstva prikupljena u humanitarnoj akciji Zlatna vrpca - 7 maratona u 7 dana koju je proveo prije mjesec dana otrčavši nevjerojatnih 295 kilometara u tjedan dana od Splita do Tivta. Kupovanjem kilometara prikupljeno je 212.664 kuna za potrebe malih pacijenata Dječje onkologije.

- Tek sad nakon što je prošlo skoro mjesec dana od događaja, shvaćam koliku smo veliku stvar napravili. Želio bih zahvaliti svim podupirateljima koji su trčali sa mnom rame uz rame, navijačima koji su nas bodrili od prve do zadnje etape i posebice mom timu koji je unio bezbroj emocija u cijeli projekt. Najveća zahvala ide onima koji su sudjelovali donacijama i tako skupljali kilometre, od Amerike do Rusije, sa samo jednim ciljem - da se pomogne najmlađima. Hvala vam 212 664 puta u ime malih i velikih heroja, hvala svim onim poznatim i nepoznatim koji su napravili puno te su u ovom cijelom projektu i akciji pokazali da su jednaki - kazao je Sindik tijekom predaje donacije u splitskom KBC-u.

On je i sam prebolio metastatski karcinom testisa, a svoju marljivost, odlučnost, upornost i strast za trčanjem objedinio je u plemenitoj akciji kako bi pomogao svim hrabrim malim junacima koji se bore sa zloćudnim bolestima. Spojio je Split u kojem živi s Tivtom odakle su mu korijeni, a putem su ga pratili Rikardo Kuhar, dvostruki finišer svjetskog prvenstva u IRONMANU na Havajima i Ante Bebić, triatlonac i triatlonski trener, koji je pet od sedam maratona prošao za manje od četiri sata. Tijekom utrke od Splita do Tivta akciji se pridružilo preko 250 trkača, a među njima i mladi trkač Bruno Grgurević koji je otrčao tri maratona.

- Ovakvi hvalevrijedni projekti dokaz su da je naše društvo najsložnije kada je u pitanju najosjetljivija i najranjivija skupina, a to su djeca. Hvala svima koji su na bilo koji način dali svoj doprinos, a posebno Kristijanu koji je idejni začetnik projekta i koji je, slobodno to mogu reći, simbol borbe, hrabrosti i upornosti. Prikupljena financijska sredstva bit će iskorištena za pravovremenu pomoć bolesnicima naše ustanove, a vjerujem kako će svima koji su sudjelovali, najveća nagrada biti upravo spoznaja da su našim najmlađima spasili život. Nama, koji smo zaduženi za njihovo liječenje, ova donacija daje vjetar u leđa i najbolji nam je pokazatelj da je prepoznata važnost našeg rada u prikladnim uvjetima i s odgovarajućom opremom - rekao je predstojnik klinike za dječju onkologiju KBC-a Split, dr.sc. Veselin Škrabić.

Splitski maratonac Kristijan Sindik uručio je Odjelu dječje onkologije sredstva prikupljena u humanitarnoj akciji Zlatna vrpca - 7 maratona u 7 dana koju je proveo prije mjesec dana otrčavši nevjerojatnih 295 kilometara u tjedan dana od Splita do Tivta. Kupovanjem kilometara prikupljeno je 212.664 kuna za potrebe malih pacijenata Dječje onkologije.

- Tek sad nakon što je prošlo skoro mjesec dana od događaja, shvaćam koliku smo veliku stvar napravili. Želio bih zahvaliti svim podupirateljima koji su trčali sa mnom rame uz rame, navijačima koji su nas bodrili od prve do zadnje etape i posebice mom timu koji je unio bezbroj emocija u cijeli projekt. Najveća zahvala ide onima koji su sudjelovali donacijama i tako skupljali kilometre, od Amerike do Rusije, sa samo jednim ciljem - da se pomogne najmlađima. Hvala vam 212 664 puta u ime malih i velikih heroja, hvala svim onim poznatim i nepoznatim koji su napravili puno te su u ovom cijelom projektu i akciji pokazali da su jednaki - kazao je Sindik tijekom predaje donacije u splitskom KBC-u.

On je i sam prebolio metastatski karcinom testisa, a svoju marljivost, odlučnost, upornost i strast za trčanjem objedinio je u plemenitoj akciji kako bi pomogao svim hrabrim malim junacima koji se bore sa zloćudnim bolestima. Spojio je Split u kojem živi s Tivtom odakle su mu korijeni, a putem su ga pratili Rikardo Kuhar, dvostruki finišer svjetskog prvenstva u IRONMANU na Havajima i Ante Bebić, triatlonac i triatlonski trener, koji je pet od sedam maratona prošao za manje od četiri sata. Tijekom utrke od Splita do Tivta akciji se pridružilo preko 250 trkača, a među njima i mladi trkač Bruno Grgurević koji je otrčao tri maratona.

- Ovakvi hvalevrijedni projekti dokaz su da je naše društvo najsložnije kada je u pitanju najosjetljivija i najranjivija skupina, a to su djeca. Hvala svima koji su na bilo koji način dali svoj doprinos, a posebno Kristijanu koji je idejni začetnik projekta i koji je, slobodno to mogu reći, simbol borbe, hrabrosti i upornosti. Prikupljena financijska sredstva bit će iskorištena za pravovremenu pomoć bolesnicima naše ustanove, a vjerujem kako će svima koji su sudjelovali, najveća nagrada biti upravo spoznaja da su našim najmlađima spasili život. Nama, koji smo zaduženi za njihovo liječenje, ova donacija daje vjetar u leđa i najbolji nam je pokazatelj da je prepoznata važnost našeg rada u prikladnim uvjetima i s odgovarajućom opremom - rekao je predstojnik klinike za dječju onkologiju KBC-a Split, dr.sc. Splitski maratonac Kristijan Sindik uručio je Odjelu dječje onkologije sredstva prikupljena u humanitarnoj akciji Zlatna vrpca - 7 maratona u 7 dana koju je proveo prije mjesec dana otrčavši nevjerojatnih 295 kilometara u tjedan dana od Splita do Tivta. Kupovanjem kilometara prikupljeno je 212.664 kuna za potrebe malih pacijenata Dječje onkologije.

- Tek sad nakon što je prošlo skoro mjesec dana od događaja, shvaćam koliku smo veliku stvar napravili. Želio bih zahvaliti svim podupirateljima koji su trčali sa mnom rame uz rame, navijačima koji su nas bodrili od prve do zadnje etape i posebice mom timu koji je unio bezbroj emocija u cijeli projekt.
