Odluka Gradskog vijeća da "na neviđeno" kupi razrušeni stan u Palači Skočibučić-Lukaris na Peristilu izazvala je polemike u javnosti. Ponajprije zato jer gradski vijećnici nisu imali nikakve podatke o onom što kupuju.
Ispostavilo se da se informacije koje im je dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević dao o prostoru koji je "ludilo iznutra uređen", "na ludilo lokaciji", "s balkonom koji gleda na Peristil" odnose na drugi kat Palače, a ne na demolirani stan na prvom katu koji je ponuđen na prvokup.
No, u Palači Skočibušić-Lukaris na drugom katu živjela je kao dijete naša operna diva Gertruda Munitić. O tome nam je prije pet godina pričala osobno gospođa Munitić.

- Živjela sam na drugom katu i pjevala u crkvi Sv. Duje, tata nas nije puštao da se igramo ispred. Bili su onda prosti ljudi, a naši nam nisu dali da se družimo s njima. U naš stan kraj Starog rodilišta uselio se jedan Titov general.
Grad nas je premjestio na Peristil, to je valjda tada bio najgori dio grada, jer mi je tata završio u Lepoglavi, ali za mene je bilo najljepše. Na prvom katu je bila gospođa kod koje sam često spavala, ona mi je pričala najljepše priče - kazala je Gertruda Munitić o zaštićenoj najmoprimki koja je onomad živjela u prostoru koji je ovih dana izbio u interes javnosti.

Nakon što je 2006. iselio zaštićene najmoprimce, Grad je na prvom katu Palače Skočibučić-Lukaris počeo radove radi preuređenja prostora u Muzej sakralne umjetnosti, ali ostavio je krš i lom nakon što je stan sudskom presudom pripao sadašnjoj vlasnici koja živi u Australiji.
- Sa svoga balkona imala sam odličan pogled, tata i mama su me znali tjerati odatle jer sam vidjela kako je čovjek nožem posjekao ruku nekoj ženi, a bila sam dijete. Zato sam bila cijeli dan u crkvi jer se nismo imali gdje igrati. To su bili prekrasni, bezbrižni dani, bez obzira na to što smo čuli psovke i ostalo.
Ali, nismo kao djeca na to ružno gledali. Peristil smo doživljavali na romantičan način. Na prvom katu je ljetovala Nada Šterle, poznata operna pjevačica, prvakinja beogradske Opere, koja je čula mene kako sa šest godina pjevam po portunu kolorature i rekla: "Ova mala će biti buduća Traviata". Čule smo se poslije puno godina, kazala mi je da joj je jako drago da se obistinilo ono što je najavila. S 18 godina sam nastupila na Peristilu i bila sam pokraj svog balkona - ispričala je Gertruda Munitić.

Odluka Gradskog vijeća da "na neviđeno" kupi razrušeni stan u Palači Skočibučić-Lukaris na Peristilu izazvala je polemike u javnosti. Ponajprije zato jer gradski vijećnici nisu imali nikakve podatke o onom što kupuju.
Ispostavilo se da se informacije koje im je dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević dao o prostoru koji je "ludilo iznutra uređen", "na ludilo lokaciji", "s balkonom koji gleda na Peristil" odnose na drugi kat Palače, a ne na demolirani stan na prvom katu koji je ponuđen na prvokup.
No, u Palači Skočibušić-Lukaris na drugom katu živjela je kao dijete naša operna diva Gertruda Munitić. O tome nam je prije pet godina pričala osobno gospođa Munitić.

- Živjela sam na drugom katu i pjevala u crkvi Sv. Duje, tata nas nije puštao da se igramo ispred. Bili su onda prosti ljudi, a naši nam nisu dali da se družimo s njima. U naš stan kraj Starog rodilišta uselio se jedan Titov general.
Grad nas je premjestio na Peristil, to je valjda tada bio najgori dio grada, jer mi je tata završio u Lepoglavi, ali za mene je bilo najljepše. Na prvom katu je bila gospođa kod koje sam često spavala, ona mi je pričala najljepše priče - kazala je Gertruda Munitić o zaštićenoj najmoprimki koja je onomad živjela u prostoru koji je ovih dana izbio u interes javnosti.

Nakon što je 2006. iselio zaštićene najmoprimce, Grad je na prvom katu Palače Skočibučić-Lukaris počeo radove radi preuređenja prostora u Muzej sakralne umjetnosti, ali ostavio je krš i lom nakon što je stan sudskom presudom pripao sadašnjoj vlasnici koja živi u Australiji.
- Sa svoga balkona imala sam odličan pogled, tata i mama su me znali tjerati odatle jer sam vidjela kako je čovjek nožem posjekao ruku nekoj ženi, a bila sam dijete. Zato sam bila cijeli dan u crkvi jer se nismo imali gdje igrati. To su bili prekrasni, bezbrižni dani, bez obzira na to što smo čuli psovke i ostalo.
Ali, nismo kao djeca na to ružno gledali. Peristil smo doživljavali na romantičan način. Na prvom katu je ljetovala Nada Šterle, poznata operna pjevačica, prvakinja beogradske Opere, koja je čula mene kako sa šest godina pjevam po portunu kolorature i rekla: "Ova mala će biti buduća Traviata". Čule smo se poslije puno godina, kazala mi je da joj je jako drago da se obistinilo ono što je najavila. S 18 godina sam nastupila na Peristilu i bila sam pokraj svog balkona - ispričala je Gertruda Munitić.
