Nakon uvjerljive pobjede Ivice Puljka (Centar) u drugom krugu izbora za gradonačelnika Splita, kako doznaje Jutarnji list, formiranje Gradskog vijeća nije upitno i svih 18 vijećnika koji nisu iz HDZ-a i Kerumove stranke formirat će većinu – ali samo projektnu i programsku, bez potpisivanja službene koalicije.

To znači da će većinu u Vijeću imati Centar sa sedam vijećnika, SDP, Možemo i Most s po tri vijećnika, a pridružit će im se i dva vijećnika s Nezavisne liste Mamić/Ramljak. U oporbi će ostati HDZ-ovih devet vijećnika i Kerumova četiri.

Ono što se već sada zna, jest da ključeve vlasti u Splitu drži Most sa svoja tri vijećnika, jer bez njih nema većine, pa će ta stranka najvjerojatnije tražiti i mjesto predsjednika Vijeća. To drugim partnerima nije sporno, čak im je i logično da onaj o kome ovisi većina to traži, te da to bude netko od manjih partnera, ali postoje i ideje da se manje stranke izmjenjuju na mjestu predsjednika Vijeća. Odnosno neki bi partneri mogli tražiti upravo to, ali i ako bude Ivica Grković iz Mosta predsjednik Vijeća neće oko toga, doznajemo, raditi probleme.

Ivica Puljak, novi gradonačelnik Splita, koji je u drugom krugu osvojio preko 35.500 glasova ispred HDZ-ova Vice Mihanovića koji je osvojio više od 27.100 glasova, za Jutarnji list poručuje kako je i u kampanji govorio da su za suradnju sa svima koji nisu HGS i HDZ.

- Sa svima onima kojima je stalo do općeg dobra i koji ne stoje iza osobnih interesa nego iza interesa grada. Bio sam siguran da s tih 18 ljudi mogu razgovarati i da neće biti problema da imamo stabilnu većinu za sve što je javni interes i interes grada – poručuje Puljak.

Ima dosta opcija

Na pitanje je li moguće da Most dobije mjesto predsjednika Vijeća, kaže kako još nisu počeli razgovore oko toga, da ima dosta različitih opcija.

- O svemu ćemo razgovarati i kada se svi slože dogovorit ćemo se zajedno – kaže Puljak, koji primopredaju vlasti očekuje krajem tjedna, a kao prve poteze najavljuje ublažavanje posljedica krize za građane i poduzetnike.

Ivica Grković iz Mosta, koji bi mogao biti novi predsjednik Vijeća, kaže kako je čestitao novom gradonačelniku, te da se sada treba pobrinuti da primopredaja vlasti prođe na najbolji mogući način.

- Mi smo za konstituiranje Gradskog vijeća ako se steknu svi uvjeti, ali nismo opterećeni nekakvom apsolutnom većinom u smislu podjele sinekura i posjedovanja garantiranih ruku. Vrlo ćemo ozbiljno pristupiti radu u Vijeću i podignuti razinu komunikacije da se raspravlja o svakoj pojedinoj točki. To smatram novom paradigmom u kojoj bi se temeljem kvalitetnih programa i projekata dobila većina u Vijeću – kaže Grković.

No, preduvjet za takav oblik rada Vijeća, dodaje, jest nulta tolerancija na bilo kakve ideološke teme.

- Za time nema potrebe. Riječ je o komunalnim temama u smislu poboljšavanja kvalitete života naših sugrađana, a inicijalni kontakt s novim gradonačelnikom potvrdio mi je da i on želi takav rad – poručuje Grković.

Na pitanje je li on novi predsjednik Vijeća, odgovora kako o tome nisu raspravljali.

- To nije bilo na stolu, o tome se može početi razmišljati kad se napravi primopredaja vlasti i kad gradonačelnik preuzme Gradsku upravu – kaže.

Bez formalnih koalicija

Konstituiranje Gradskog vijeća podržat će i tri vijećnika s platforme Možemo!/Nova ljevica/Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju.

Jakov Prkić za Jutarnji kaže kako nema formalnih koalicija, ali ima podrške konstituiranju Vijeća.

- Nadamo se pozitivnom radu sa svima onima kojima je javni i gradski interes tema i ako tako bude, mislim da neće biti problema. Ako se igra otvorenih karata, ako nam je interes grada na prvom mjestu, nema prepreke za uspješan rad – kaže Prkić.

I u SDP-u kažu kako ne vide problem za programsku suradnju, te će i oni podržati konstituiranje Vijeća, ali bez potpisivanja koalicije.

- Ako se bude provodilo ono za što smo se mi zalagali i ono što je govorio Puljak, mi ćemo to podržati. S druge strane, imamo slobodu predlagati ono što mislimo da je dobro i nećemo tek tako dizati ruke, a konstituiranje Vijeća ćemo podržati – kažu nam splitski SDP-ovci.

Posebno će se zalagati da se prebace ovlasti sa županije za pomorsko dobro, veću ulogu Vijeća oko imenovanja direktora gradskih tvrtki i češće sastajanje Vijeća, barem jednom mjesečno.

Podršku novom gradonačelniku daje i Branka Ramljak. I ona i Tomislav Mamić podržavat će dobre projekte za grad.

- Podržali smo promjene i čestitali pobjedniku. Građani su ti koji su se odlučili na promjene i nema razloga da Split konačno ne prodiše. Mi ćemo na projektnoj i programskoj osnovi podržati sve ono što je na dobrobit naših građana – poručuje Branka Ramljak.

Nakon uvjerljive pobjede Ivice Puljka (Centar) u drugom krugu izbora za gradonačelnika Splita, kako doznaje Jutarnji list, formiranje Gradskog vijeća nije upitno i svih 18 vijećnika koji nisu iz HDZ-a i Kerumove stranke formirat će većinu – ali samo projektnu i programsku, bez potpisivanja službene koalicije.

To znači da će većinu u Vijeću imati Centar sa sedam vijećnika, SDP, Možemo i Most s po tri vijećnika, a pridružit će im se i dva vijećnika s Nezavisne liste Mamić/Ramljak. U oporbi će ostati HDZ-ovih devet vijećnika i Kerumova četiri.

Ono što se već sada zna, jest da ključeve vlasti u Splitu drži Most sa svoja tri vijećnika, jer bez njih nema većine, pa će ta stranka najvjerojatnije tražiti i mjesto predsjednika Vijeća. To drugim partnerima nije sporno, čak im je i logično da onaj o kome ovisi većina to traži, te da to bude netko od manjih partnera, ali postoje i ideje da se manje stranke izmjenjuju na mjestu predsjednika Vijeća. Odnosno neki bi partneri mogli tražiti upravo to, ali i ako bude Ivica Grković iz Mosta predsjednik Vijeća neće oko toga, doznajemo, raditi probleme.

Ivica Puljak, novi gradonačelnik Splita, koji je u drugom krugu osvojio preko 35.500 glasova ispred HDZ-ova Vice Mihanovića koji je osvojio više od 27.100 glasova, za Jutarnji list poručuje kako je i u kampanji govorio da su za suradnju sa svima koji nisu HGS i HDZ.

- Sa svima onima kojima je stalo do općeg dobra i koji ne stoje iza osobnih interesa nego iza interesa grada. Bio sam siguran da s tih 18 ljudi mogu razgovarati i da neće biti problema da imamo stabilnu većinu za sve što je javni interes i interes grada – poručuje Puljak.

Ima dosta opcija

Na pitanje je li moguće da Most dobije mjesto predsjednika Vijeća, kaže kako još nisu počeli razgovore oko toga, da ima dosta različitih opcija.

- O svemu ćemo razgovarati i kada se svi slože dogovorit ćemo se zajedno – kaže Puljak, koji primopredaju vlasti očekuje krajem tjedna, a kao prve poteze najavljuje ublažavanje posljedica krize za građane i poduzetnike.

Ivica Grković iz Mosta, koji bi mogao biti novi predsjednik Vijeća, kaže kako je čestitao novom gradonačelniku, te da se sada treba pobrinuti da primopredaja vlasti prođe na najbolji mogući način.

- Mi smo za konstituiranje Gradskog vijeća ako se steknu svi uvjeti, ali nismo opterećeni nekakvom apsolutnom većinom u smislu podjele sinekura i posjedovanja garantiranih ruku. Vrlo ćemo ozbiljno pristupiti radu u Vijeću i podignuti razinu komunikacije da se raspravlja o svakoj pojedinoj točki. To smatram novom paradigmom u kojoj bi se temeljem kvalitetnih programa i projekata dobila većina u Vijeću – kaže Grković.

No, preduvjet za takav oblik rada Vijeća, dodaje, jest nulta tolerancija na bilo kakve ideološke teme.

- Za time nema potrebe. Riječ je o komunalnim temama u smislu poboljšavanja kvalitete života naših sugrađana, a inicijalni kontakt s novim gradonačelnikom potvrdio mi je da i on želi takav rad – poručuje Grković.

Na pitanje je li on novi predsjednik Vijeća, odgovora kako o tome nisu raspravljali.

- To nije bilo na stolu, o tome se može početi razmišljati kad se napravi primopredaja vlasti i kad gradonačelnik preuzme Gradsku upravu – kaže.

Bez formalnih koalicija

Konstituiranje Gradskog vijeća podržat će i tri vijećnika s platforme Možemo!/Nova ljevica/Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju.

Jakov Prkić za Jutarnji kaže kako nema formalnih koalicija, ali ima podrške konstituiranju Vijeća.

- Nadamo se pozitivnom radu sa svima onima kojima je javni i gradski interes tema i ako tako bude, mislim da neće biti problema. Ako se igra otvorenih karata, ako nam je interes grada na prvom mjestu, nema prepreke za uspješan rad – kaže Prkić.

I u SDP-u kažu kako ne vide problem za programsku suradnju, te će i oni podržati konstituiranje Vijeća, ali bez potpisivanja koalicije.

- Ako se bude provodilo ono za što smo se mi zalagali i ono što je govorio Puljak, mi ćemo to podržati. S druge strane, imamo slobodu predlagati ono što mislimo da je dobro i nećemo tek tako dizati ruke, a konstituiranje Vijeća ćemo podržati – kažu nam splitski SDP-ovci.

Posebno će se zalagati da se prebace ovlasti sa županije za pomorsko dobro, veću ulogu Vijeća oko imenovanja direktora gradskih tvrtki i češće sastajanje Vijeća, barem jednom mjesečno.

Podršku novom gradonačelniku daje i Branka Ramljak. I ona i Tomislav Mamić podržavat će dobre projekte za grad.

- Podržali smo promjene i čestitali pobjedniku. Građani su ti koji su se odlučili na promjene i nema razloga da Split konačno ne prodiše. Mi ćemo na projektnoj i programskoj osnovi podržati sve ono što je na dobrobit naših građana – poručuje Branka Ramljak.

Nakon uvjerljive pobjede Ivice Puljka (Centar) u drugom krugu izbora za gradonačelnika Splita, kako doznaje Jutarnji list, formiranje Gradskog vijeća nije upitno i svih 18 vijećnika koji nisu iz HDZ-a i Kerumove stranke formirat će većinu – ali samo projektnu i programsku, bez potpisivanja službene koalicije.

To znači da će većinu u Vijeću imati Centar sa sedam vijećnika, SDP, Možemo i Most s po tri vijećnika, a pridružit će im se i dva vijećnika s Nezavisne liste Mamić/Ramljak. U oporbi će ostati HDZ-ovih devet vijećnika i Kerumova četiri.
