Od sredine rujna do kraja studenog na županijskom Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo u Splitu na hripavac je testirano ukupno 2600 osoba od čega je njih 613 bilo pozitivnih, doznaje se od ravnateljice Zavoda Željke Karin.
Kako je rekla Karin, hripavac se na širem splitskom području pojavio sredinom lipnja ove godine, ali su ljudi na testiranja počeli dolaziti tek u rujnu.
U početku je bilo stotinjak testiranih na dan, ali kasnije se taj broj povećao, pa ih tako na Zavod na dan dođe dvjestotinjak provjeriti jesu li se zarazili od hripavca.
Najviše pozitivnih je u dobi između 12 i 16 godina od čega je njih 49 posto bilo nepotpuno cijepljenih. Oboljelih mlađih do jedne godine je bilo 23, a onih od jedne do dvije godine 20.
"Situacija nije dobra jer imamo epidemiju. Srećom uglavnom obolijevaju školska djeca, a manje ona mlađa djeca. Stariji se bolje nose sa simptomima, pa imaju i manje posljedice", rekla je Karin.
Problem su nam, dodala je, manja djeca koja nisu cijepljena i ona koja se još ne mogu cijepiti do drugog mjeseca života.
Zato je pozvala trudnice u drugom i trećem tromjesečju trudnoće da se dođu cijepiti kako bi novorođenče imalo imunitet od majke koji će trajati do drugog mjeseca njegova života kada će se moći cijepiti.
Rekla je i da je na snazi preporuka da se sada u vrijeme epidemije hripavca ne ide u posjet novorođenčadi.
U KBC-u Split je situacija puno bolja. Kako Hina doznaje od predstojnice Klinike za infektologiju Mirele Pavičić Ivelja, kod njih već danima nema hospitaliziranih zbog hripavca.
Na sreću nemamo teških slučajeva hripavca. Nema razloga da netko bude hospitaliziran jer svi su blaži klinički slučajevi. Uglavnom se zbog testiranja obračaju Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije", rekla je Pavičić Ivelja.

Od sredine rujna do kraja studenog na županijskom Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo u Splitu na hripavac je testirano ukupno 2600 osoba od čega je njih 613 bilo pozitivnih, doznaje se od ravnateljice Zavoda Željke Karin.
Kako je rekla Karin, hripavac se na širem splitskom području pojavio sredinom lipnja ove godine, ali su ljudi na testiranja počeli dolaziti tek u rujnu.
U početku je bilo stotinjak testiranih na dan, ali kasnije se taj broj povećao, pa ih tako na Zavod na dan dođe dvjestotinjak provjeriti jesu li se zarazili od hripavca.
Najviše pozitivnih je u dobi između 12 i 16 godina od čega je njih 49 posto bilo nepotpuno cijepljenih. Oboljelih mlađih do jedne godine je bilo 23, a onih od jedne do dvije godine 20.
"Situacija nije dobra jer imamo epidemiju. Srećom uglavnom obolijevaju školska djeca, a manje ona mlađa djeca. Stariji se bolje nose sa simptomima, pa imaju i manje posljedice", rekla je Karin.
Problem su nam, dodala je, manja djeca koja nisu cijepljena i ona koja se još ne mogu cijepiti do drugog mjeseca života.
Zato je pozvala trudnice u drugom i trećem tromjesečju trudnoće da se dođu cijepiti kako bi novorođenče imalo imunitet od majke koji će trajati do drugog mjeseca njegova života kada će se moći cijepiti.
Rekla je i da je na snazi preporuka da se sada u vrijeme epidemije hripavca ne ide u posjet novorođenčadi.
U KBC-u Split je situacija puno bolja. Kako Hina doznaje od predstojnice Klinike za infektologiju Mirele Pavičić Ivelja, kod njih već danima nema hospitaliziranih zbog hripavca.
Na sreću nemamo teških slučajeva hripavca. Nema razloga da netko bude hospitaliziran jer svi su blaži klinički slučajevi. Uglavnom se zbog testiranja obračaju Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije", rekla je Pavičić Ivelja.
Slobodnoj Dalmaciji javila se Splićanka koja je morala na testiranje.
- Higijensko jutros. Jedna osoba vadi briseve. Testiranje na Covid, gripu i hripavac na istom mistu. Na buri i kiši. Bakterije i virusi se lipo "druže". Pa ćemo opet u lockdown i tribat propusnice za u Solin - napisala nam je Splićanka koja nam je poslala i fotografiju reda za čekanje.
