Gradski vijećnici stranke Centar Srđan Marinić i Igor Skoko održali su jutros press konferenciju za novinare pred zgradom Županije na kojoj su zagovarali oduzimanje koncesije tvrtki National d.o.o. za područje Bena.
Marinić je kazao da je od Županije tražio ugovor o koncesiji te plan korištenja koncesioniranog područja s osvrtom na plan kojim su raspoređene sprave za igru djece koje su trebale imati certifikate za sigurnost.
- Županija me odbila, rekla je da mi ne može dati ugovor iz nerazumljivog razloga koji nije u skladu sa Zakonom o pravu na pristup informacijama. Ovaj drugi dio što se tiče sprava za igru, tu su odgovorili da ni njima koncesionar to nije dostavio. Iako je u odluci o koncesiji koja je dodijeljena u ožujku 2018. pisalo da u roku od 30 dana koncesionar mora dostaviti spomenute certifikate. Prošlo je sad skoro četiri godine- kazao je.

Dodao je i da se ne ispunjavaju uvjeti zaštite prirode kao ni posebni uvjeti po pitanju održavanja hortikulture. Naveo je i da je spomenuti koncesionar dao područje u potkoncesiju.
- Koncesionar je dao u potkoncesiju, koju je dodijelila Županija, a na tragu ŽDO-a je poništena odluka o davanju potkoncesije. Vjerojatno se žalila Županija, ali to je sve skupa niz dokaza i razloga da po Zakonu o pomorskom dobru i Zakonu o koncesijama da se Ugovor raskine- rezolutno je rekao.
Podsjetio je i da je građevinska inspekcija 2019. godine donijela pravomoćna rješenja o uklanjanju 17 nezakonito izgrađenih objekata. Danas 15 građevina i dalje stoji u prostoru.
Dovodi u pitanje i to kako je Županija dala spomenute objekte u koncesiju, a da za njih nije znala jesu li legalni ili nisu.
- Ovo otvara pitanje pogodovanja i muljanja. Mi smo godinama upozoravali na probleme na Benama. Ovo ne dovodi u pitanje samo ovu koncesiju već generalno dodjeljivanje svih koncesija. Mislim da se svi možemo složiti da je nevjerojatno da Grad Split ne može upravljati pomorskim dobrom koje se nalazi na njegovom području. Zato ćemo na idućoj skupštini tražiti da se ova koncesija oduzme. Nakon toga ćemo tražiti da se ovo pomorsko dobro da Gradu Splitu na upravljanje. Mi smo na primjeru Pazara i Istočne obale pokazali da znamo kako uvesti red- kazao je Skoko i dodao da prebacivanje odgovara HDZ-u i njihovim partnerima

- Nadam se da će kolege u Županijskoj skupštini podržati ovaj prijedlog i da će im koncesija biti oduzeta- dodao je pa kazao ne podrže li ih kolege da će tražiti od Državnog odvjetništva raskidanje koncesije.
- Nema toga Zakona koji ovdje nije prekršen. Ako se ova koncesija ne oduzme, ne znam koja bi se koncesija u Hrvatskoj trebala oduzeti- zaključio je Skoko.

Gradski vijećnici stranke Centar Srđan Marinić i Igor Skoko održali su jutros press konferenciju za novinare pred zgradom Županije na kojoj su zagovarali oduzimanje koncesije tvrtki National d.o.o. za područje Bena.
Marinić je kazao da je od Županije tražio ugovor o koncesiji te plan korištenja koncesioniranog područja s osvrtom na plan kojim su raspoređene sprave za igru djece koje su trebale imati certifikate za sigurnost.
- Županija me odbila, rekla je da mi ne može dati ugovor iz nerazumljivog razloga koji nije u skladu sa Zakonom o pravu na pristup informacijama. Ovaj drugi dio što se tiče sprava za igru, tu su odgovorili da ni njima koncesionar to nije dostavio. Iako je u odluci o koncesiji koja je dodijeljena u ožujku 2018. pisalo da u roku od 30 dana koncesionar mora dostaviti spomenute certifikate. Prošlo je sad skoro četiri godine- kazao je.

Dodao je i da se ne ispunjavaju uvjeti zaštite prirode kao ni posebni uvjeti po pitanju održavanja hortikulture. Naveo je i da je spomenuti koncesionar dao područje u potkoncesiju.
- Koncesionar je dao u potkoncesiju, koju je dodijelila Županija, a na tragu ŽDO-a je poništena odluka o davanju potkoncesije. Vjerojatno se žalila Županija, ali to je sve skupa niz dokaza i razloga da po Zakonu o pomorskom dobru i Zakonu o koncesijama da se Ugovor raskine- rezolutno je rekao.
Podsjetio je i da je građevinska inspekcija 2019. godine donijela pravomoćna rješenja o uklanjanju 17 nezakonito izgrađenih objekata. Danas 15 građevina i dalje stoji u prostoru.
Dovodi u pitanje i to kako je Županija dala spomenute objekte u koncesiju, a da za njih nije znala jesu li legalni ili nisu.
- Ovo otvara pitanje pogodovanja i muljanja. Mi smo godinama upozoravali na probleme na Benama. Ovo ne dovodi u pitanje samo ovu koncesiju već generalno dodjeljivanje svih koncesija. Mislim da se svi možemo složiti da je nevjerojatno da Grad Split ne može upravljati pomorskim dobrom koje se nalazi na njegovom području. Zato ćemo na idućoj skupštini tražiti da se ova koncesija oduzme. Nakon toga ćemo tražiti da se ovo pomorsko dobro da Gradu Splitu na upravljanje. Mi smo na primjeru Pazara i Istočne obale pokazali da znamo kako uvesti red- kazao je Skoko i dodao da prebacivanje odgovara HDZ-u i njihovim partnerima

- Nadam se da će kolege u Županijskoj skupštini podržati ovaj prijedlog i da će im koncesija biti oduzeta- dodao je pa kazao ne podrže li ih kolege da će tražiti od Državnog odvjetništva raskidanje koncesije.
- Nema toga Zakona koji ovdje nije prekršen. Ako se ova koncesija ne oduzme, ne znam koja bi se koncesija u Hrvatskoj trebala oduzeti- zaključio je Skoko.
