Uoči devetog izdanja Ultra Europe festivala, koji 7. srpnja starta u splitskom Parku Mladeži i traje do 9. srpnja, u Splitu je više nego lako naći slobodan smještaj. Nekadašnja jagma za apartmanima u vrijeme održavanja festivala elektronske glazbe, iznajmljivanje svakojakih rupa i garaža za nemale iznose, očito je stvar prošlosti, jer danas i vlasnici uređenih i dobro opremljenih smještaja, tjedan dana uoči Ultra partijanja, čekaju rezervacije.

Preko sedam stotina apartmana na području Splita uključujući i još koju stotinu više u njegovoj okolici (Podstrana, Kaštela, Solin, Čiovo...) dostupno je na popularnoj turističkoj online platformi Airbnb. I na Booking.com-u moguće je još uvijek birati slobodan smještaj u tom terminu iako tražilica upućuje kako je u istom razdoblju u Splitu već rezervirano 85 posto smještajnih objekata. Ali i isto tako stoji kako ih je na raspolaganju čak 726!

Pronjuškali smo na Airbnb-u što je ostalo u splitskoj ponudi i po kojoj cijeni za dvoje odraslih (tri noćenja) u terminu od petka, 7. srpnja do ponedjeljka, 10. srpnja, i zamijetili kako se u gradu pod Marjanom u terminu Ultre rentaju apartmani mahom po cijeni od 200-300 eura po noćenju. Naravno, ima i znatno skupljih, ali i nekih, u najmanju ruku, bizarnih oglasa. Tako se kao nova u Air-ovoj ponudi, negdje na Plokitama, reklamira i velika lijepa soba s king size krevetom (namještaju iz socijalizma i šarenoj posteljini usprkos).

Očito je u pitanju smještaj u stanu s domaćinom (nema kuhinje, dijeljena kupaonica) čija cijena po noćenju iznosi 120 eura!!! Samo dva eura više za noć pita domaćica Z. u garsonjeri na Mertojaku s namještajem znatno novijeg datuma. Na Air-u je njezin apartman registriran od jeseni 2022. Još nema recenzija, a i popunjenost mu je oskudna - za sada ima rezervacije za dva dana u srpnju i svega pet u kolovozu.

U Rupotinama je povoljnije

Ultraši posredstvom Air-a još uvijek mogu i do novouređenog stana od 60-ak kvadrata na Žnjanu, svega nekoliko minuta hoda od plaže, za 169 eura po noćenju ili znatno skupljeg na Bačvicama koji se iznajmljuje za 302 eura. No, vjerni obožavatelji festivala elektronske glazbe mogu proći i jeftinije ukoliko u, primjerice, Rupotini iznajme stan u kućici za 96 eura po noćenju. U Podstrani se kao novi u ponudi oglašava stan s besplatnim parkingom za 130 eura, baš kao i smještaj koji se reklamira kao miran prostor u blizini Splita po cijeni od 153 eura.

Zanimljivo je kako je na Air-u bez problema moguće naletjeti na pregršt novih apartmana u ponudi, a broj rezervacija im u srpnju i kolovozu baš i nije na zavidnoj razini. Prisjetimo li se kako je uoči sezone gomila splitskih podstanara zbog turista morala na ulicu, a da su cijene preostalih podstanarskih stanova, zbog pohlepe stanodavaca i želje za brzopoteznom zaradom u dva-tri ljetna mjeseca, odletjele u nebo, za očekivati je kako bi se mnogi novokomponirani iznajmljivači ubrzo mogli predomisliti i vratiti izvorima sigurne zarade.

Tri dana u vili u Varošu 2300 eura

Booking.com, očekivano, u doba Ultre u sklopu cjenovno raznolike ponude nudi i znatno atraktivnije i skuplje smještaje u odnosu na Airbnb. Za tri noćenja dvoje odraslih u terminu od petka, 7. srpnja do ponedjeljka, 10. srpnja, u splitskom centru nude se luksuzne sobe za oko 1500 eura. Naravno ima i jeftinijih, za petstotinjak eura manje.

Zanimljiva je i ponuda u hostelima u centru grada - za smještaj u mješovitoj spavaonici (krevet na kat) dva gosta u vrijeme Ultre za tri noćenja trebaju izdvojiti između 500 i 700 eura. S druge strane, vila s jacuzzijem u Varošu ta tri dana košta 2.300 eura. No, može primiti sedam ljudi, ima tri spavaće sobe i dva dnevna boravka, namještenu terasu s pogledom na vrt, blagovaonicu i potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom posuđa. Ultrašima se definitivno više isplati ekipirati.

Uoči devetog izdanja Ultra Europe festivala, koji 7. srpnja starta u splitskom Parku Mladeži i traje do 9. srpnja, u Splitu je više nego lako naći slobodan smještaj. Nekadašnja jagma za apartmanima u vrijeme održavanja festivala elektronske glazbe, iznajmljivanje svakojakih rupa i garaža za nemale iznose, očito je stvar prošlosti, jer danas i vlasnici uređenih i dobro opremljenih smještaja, tjedan dana uoči Ultra partijanja, čekaju rezervacije.

Preko sedam stotina apartmana na području Splita uključujući i još koju stotinu više u njegovoj okolici (Podstrana, Kaštela, Solin, Čiovo...) dostupno je na popularnoj turističkoj online platformi Airbnb. I na Booking.com-u moguće je još uvijek birati slobodan smještaj u tom terminu iako tražilica upućuje kako je u istom razdoblju u Splitu već rezervirano 85 posto smještajnih objekata. Ali i isto tako stoji kako ih je na raspolaganju čak 726!

Pronjuškali smo na Airbnb-u što je ostalo u splitskoj ponudi i po kojoj cijeni za dvoje odraslih (tri noćenja) u terminu od petka, 7. srpnja do ponedjeljka, 10. srpnja, i zamijetili kako se u gradu pod Marjanom u terminu Ultre rentaju apartmani mahom po cijeni od 200-300 eura po noćenju. Naravno, ima i znatno skupljih, ali i nekih, u najmanju ruku, bizarnih oglasa. Tako se kao nova u Air-ovoj ponudi, negdje na Plokitama, reklamira i velika lijepa soba s king size krevetom (namještaju iz socijalizma i šarenoj posteljini usprkos).

Očito je u pitanju smještaj u stanu s domaćinom (nema kuhinje, dijeljena kupaonica) čija cijena po noćenju iznosi 120 eura!!! Samo dva eura više za noć pita domaćica Z. u garsonjeri na Mertojaku s namještajem znatno novijeg datuma. Na Air-u je njezin apartman registriran od jeseni 2022. Još nema recenzija, a i popunjenost mu je oskudna - za sada ima rezervacije za dva dana u srpnju i svega pet u kolovozu.

U Rupotinama je povoljnije

Ultraši posredstvom Air-a još uvijek mogu i do novouređenog stana od 60-ak kvadrata na Žnjanu, svega nekoliko minuta hoda od plaže, za 169 eura po noćenju ili znatno skupljeg na Bačvicama koji se iznajmljuje za 302 eura. No, vjerni obožavatelji festivala elektronske glazbe mogu proći i jeftinije ukoliko u, primjerice, Rupotini iznajme stan u kućici za 96 eura po noćenju. U Podstrani se kao novi u ponudi oglašava stan s besplatnim parkingom za 130 eura, baš kao i smještaj koji se reklamira kao miran prostor u blizini Splita po cijeni od 153 eura.

Zanimljivo je kako je na Air-u bez problema moguće naletjeti na pregršt novih apartmana u ponudi, a broj rezervacija im u srpnju i kolovozu baš i nije na zavidnoj razini. Prisjetimo li se kako je uoči sezone gomila splitskih podstanara zbog turista morala na ulicu, a da su cijene preostalih podstanarskih stanova, zbog pohlepe stanodavaca i želje za brzopoteznom zaradom u dva-tri ljetna mjeseca, odletjele u nebo, za očekivati je kako bi se mnogi novokomponirani iznajmljivači ubrzo mogli predomisliti i vratiti izvorima sigurne zarade.

Tri dana u vili u Varošu 2300 eura

Booking.com, očekivano, u doba Ultre u sklopu cjenovno raznolike ponude nudi i znatno atraktivnije i skuplje smještaje u odnosu na Airbnb. Za tri noćenja dvoje odraslih u terminu od petka, 7. srpnja do ponedjeljka, 10. srpnja, u splitskom centru nude se luksuzne sobe za oko 1500 eura. Naravno ima i jeftinijih, za petstotinjak eura manje.

Zanimljiva je i ponuda u hostelima u centru grada - za smještaj u mješovitoj spavaonici (krevet na kat) dva gosta u vrijeme Ultre za tri noćenja trebaju izdvojiti između 500 i 700 eura. S druge strane, vila s jacuzzijem u Varošu ta tri dana košta 2.300 eura. No, može primiti sedam ljudi, ima tri spavaće sobe i dva dnevna boravka, namještenu terasu s pogledom na vrt, blagovaonicu i potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom posuđa. Ultrašima se definitivno više isplati ekipirati.
