Na području našega grada mogla bi se tijekom iduće godine otvoriti prva nova benzinska postaja nakon gotovo jednog desetljeća.

Ako u Banovini udare pečat na zatraženu građevinsku dozvolu, na području Smokovika, sa zapadne strane gradske obilaznice, izgradit će se crpka s pratećim sadržajima iz sustava tvrtke "Tifon" iza koje stoji mađarski MOL, većinski suvlasnik Ine.

Objekt je planiran uz kolnik Jadranske magistrale u smjeru grada, nasuprot benzinske postaje nacionalne kompanije Ine, izgrađene prije gotovo 30 godina.

Zbog "Tifonove" investicije obavit će se spajanje sedam postojećih zemljišnih i katastarskih parcela u jednu, površine oko 3700 metara četvornih, a detalji projekta bit će na javnom uvidu 26. listopada, u 9 sati, na petom katu zgrade Banovine.

Mađarska kompanija sa zagrebačkim sjedištem još prije 10 godina od tadašnje privatne vlasnice kupila je ključni dio terena, oko 1650 kvadrata, dok ostatak čine manji tereni koji su nekada bili povezani sa samom prometnicom, ali je zahtjeve "Hrvatskih cesta" da se ta državna infrastrukturna tvrtka uknjiži kao vlasnik na ime javnog dobra početkom 2015. odbio Općinski sud u Splitu.

Kada se izgradi, bit će to tek peta "Tifonova" benzinska postaja na području Dalmacije i druga u našoj županiji nakon "pumpe" u Brnazama kod Sinja, otvorene u lipnju prošle godine.

Kako doznajemo, ta tvrtka posjeduje i veliku parcelu od 3050 kvadrata uz Zagorski put, u susjedstvu "Bauhausova" prodajnog centra i nedaleko od lokacije na kojoj se planira aktualna izgradnja postaje uz splitsku obilaznicu.

Na području našega grada mogla bi se tijekom iduće godine otvoriti prva nova benzinska postaja nakon gotovo jednog desetljeća.

Ako u Banovini udare pečat na zatraženu građevinsku dozvolu, na području Smokovika, sa zapadne strane gradske obilaznice, izgradit će se crpka s pratećim sadržajima iz sustava tvrtke "Tifon" iza koje stoji mađarski MOL, većinski suvlasnik Ine.

Objekt je planiran uz kolnik Jadranske magistrale u smjeru grada, nasuprot benzinske postaje nacionalne kompanije Ine, izgrađene prije gotovo 30 godina.

Zbog "Tifonove" investicije obavit će se spajanje sedam postojećih zemljišnih i katastarskih parcela u jednu, površine oko 3700 metara četvornih, a detalji projekta bit će na javnom uvidu 26. listopada, u 9 sati, na petom katu zgrade Banovine.

Mađarska kompanija sa zagrebačkim sjedištem još prije 10 godina od tadašnje privatne vlasnice kupila je ključni dio terena, oko 1650 kvadrata, dok ostatak čine manji tereni koji su nekada bili povezani sa samom prometnicom, ali je zahtjeve "Hrvatskih cesta" da se ta državna infrastrukturna tvrtka uknjiži kao vlasnik na ime javnog dobra početkom 2015. odbio Općinski sud u Splitu.

Kada se izgradi, bit će to tek peta "Tifonova" benzinska postaja na području Dalmacije i druga u našoj županiji nakon "pumpe" u Brnazama kod Sinja, otvorene u lipnju prošle godine.

Kako doznajemo, ta tvrtka posjeduje i veliku parcelu od 3050 kvadrata uz Zagorski put, u susjedstvu "Bauhausova" prodajnog centra i nedaleko od lokacije na kojoj se planira aktualna izgradnja postaje uz splitsku obilaznicu.
