Početkom ožujka ove godine započeli su radovi na izgradnji potpornog zida, pješačke staze i zelenog pojasa na sjeverozapadnom dijelu Dubrovačke ulice.
Riječ je o dijelu na kojem je dio ulice bio bez nogostupa, a postojeći potporni zid bio je pun vidljivih oštećenja. Izvođač radova je "Cestar", a radovi sanacije potpornog zida i izgradnja nogostupa i stepeništa vrijedni su 3,7 milijuna kuna.
Kada su radovi započeli, predviđeni rok za njihovo izvođenje bio je sedam mjeseci, a u kojoj su sada fazi provjerili smo kod Ante Krželja, pročelnika po ovlaštenju gradske Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima.

- Radovi na izgradnji potpornih zidova odvijaju se u okviru planirane dinamike osim na dijelu zida radnog naziva Z2 (postojeći zid s betonskim blokovima).
Izvedba tog dijela zida bila je onemogućena postojećom elektroničkom komunikacijskom infrastrukturom (EKI), koja je smještena na prostoru nogostupa uz rub spomenutog postojećeg zida i ispod postojećih betonskih blokova - kazao nam je pročelnik Krželj.

Dodao je da je Grad Split, nakon što je "Hrvatski Telekom" - vlasnik navedenih elektroničkih instalacija, dostavio Uporabnu dozvolu za navedene instalacije, poduzeo aktivnosti za njihovo trajno izmještanje koje se odradilo tijekom rujna.
To je, pak, objašnjava Krželj, uzrokovalo dodatne troškove od 675.661,51 kuna, dok se, kako navodi, ostali radovi odvijaju po planu.

Pročelnik po ovlaštenju još nas je izvijestio kako su izmještene i postojeće elektro instalacije, javna rasvjeta i mješovita kanalizacija u zoni zahvata. Izvedeno je također i osiguranje postojećeg betonskog zida sa sidrima te su izmještena dva betonska bloka.
- Izvedeni su armiranobetonski radovi i kamena obloga na zidu Z1, te armiranobetonska šetnica s pripadajućom odvodnjom. Na zidu Z4 (istočno od stepeništa) izvedeni su armiranobetonski radovi, hidroizolacija i drenaža, a u tijeku je izrada kamene obloge i zasipanje prostora iza zida. Na stepeništu su u tijeku armiranobetonski radovi koji ne ugrožavaju stabilnost zida Z2. Završetak radova očekuje se tijekom siječnja 2023. godine - za kraj nam je kazao Krželj.

Početkom ožujka ove godine započeli su radovi na izgradnji potpornog zida, pješačke staze i zelenog pojasa na sjeverozapadnom dijelu Dubrovačke ulice.
Riječ je o dijelu na kojem je dio ulice bio bez nogostupa, a postojeći potporni zid bio je pun vidljivih oštećenja. Izvođač radova je "Cestar", a radovi sanacije potpornog zida i izgradnja nogostupa i stepeništa vrijedni su 3,7 milijuna kuna.
Kada su radovi započeli, predviđeni rok za njihovo izvođenje bio je sedam mjeseci, a u kojoj su sada fazi provjerili smo kod Ante Krželja, pročelnika po ovlaštenju gradske Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima.

- Radovi na izgradnji potpornih zidova odvijaju se u okviru planirane dinamike osim na dijelu zida radnog naziva Z2 (postojeći zid s betonskim blokovima).
Izvedba tog dijela zida bila je onemogućena postojećom elektroničkom komunikacijskom infrastrukturom (EKI), koja je smještena na prostoru nogostupa uz rub spomenutog postojećeg zida i ispod postojećih betonskih blokova - kazao nam je pročelnik Krželj.

Dodao je da je Grad Split, nakon što je "Hrvatski Telekom" - vlasnik navedenih elektroničkih instalacija, dostavio Uporabnu dozvolu za navedene instalacije, poduzeo aktivnosti za njihovo trajno izmještanje koje se odradilo tijekom rujna.
To je, pak, objašnjava Krželj, uzrokovalo dodatne troškove od 675.661,51 kuna, dok se, kako navodi, ostali radovi odvijaju po planu.

Pročelnik po ovlaštenju još nas je izvijestio kako su izmještene i postojeće elektro instalacije, javna rasvjeta i mješovita kanalizacija u zoni zahvata. Izvedeno je također i osiguranje postojećeg betonskog zida sa sidrima te su izmještena dva betonska bloka.
- Izvedeni su armiranobetonski radovi i kamena obloga na zidu Z1, te armiranobetonska šetnica s pripadajućom odvodnjom. Na zidu Z4 (istočno od stepeništa) izvedeni su armiranobetonski radovi, hidroizolacija i drenaža, a u tijeku je izrada kamene obloge i zasipanje prostora iza zida. Na stepeništu su u tijeku armiranobetonski radovi koji ne ugrožavaju stabilnost zida Z2. Završetak radova očekuje se tijekom siječnja 2023. godine - za kraj nam je kazao Krželj.
