Sve je spremno za početak radova na Žnjanu. Nakon gotovo četiri i pol godine od uklanjanja nelegalnih ugostiteljskih objekata sa žnjanskog platoa, izdana je i građevinska dozvola za uređenje šetnice Ivana Pavla II. Radovi će krenuti ujesen, nakon turističke sezone.  

Šetnica Ivana Pavla II. duga je 1,5 kilometar. Riječ je o glavnom građevinskom zahvatu na Žnjanu jer je šetnica nositelj cijele infrastrukture – vodovodne i kanalizacijske.

Kad se izgradi nova šetnica, figurirati će kao barijera prema platou. Ispod nje neće biti dopuštena nikakva gradnja.

Javno - privatno partnerstvo

Od šetnice, koja će biti kičma žnjanskog platoa, prema moru vodit će pješački prolazi dugi deset metara uz koje će se protezati biciklističke staze. Na uzdignutom rubu šetnice predviđene su klupe i ležaljke okrenute prema jugu, kao i četiri nadstrešnice.

Ispod njih formirat će se tri trga za djecu s vodoskocima, do kojih ćemo moći stići pješačkim putovima. Ta su mjesta predviđena i za održavanje raznih kulturnih događanja. Cijeli dio ispod Šetališta Ivana Pavla II. završavat će dvjema skakaonicama u more.

Kad je o zabavnim i sportskim sadržajima riječ, imat ćemo u srcu žnjanskog zelenog parka tri teniska igrališta, igralište za odbojku na pijesku, zatim ona za mali nogomet, te prostor na kojem će biti pozornica za održavanje koncerata.

Koncesionar, gradska tvrtka, Žnjanom će upravljati četrdeset godina, a 26 godina bit će potrebno za povrat investicije.

Potkoncesionari će koncesiju plaćati koncesionaru – gradskoj tvrtki "Žnjan" d.o.o., a ona državi. Projekt će se realizirati kroz neku vrstu javno-privatnog partnerstva jer je Grad taj koji će izgraditi osnovnu infrastrukturu, a ugostitelji i ini potkoncesionari finalizirati objekte na Žnjanu prema dogovorenim smjernicama.

Nakon što se formira šetnica Ivana Pavla II., u drugoj fazi radova uređivat će se sam centar platoa, graditi trafostanica i podzemne garaže s 536 i parkiralište s 463 mjesta. Mnogi se plaše da je broj predviđenih parkirnih mjesta, a s obzirom na broj automobila koji se tu sada parkira u sezoni kupanja – premali.

No, srećom i za to ima lijeka jer će se dodatna parkirna mjesta osigurati na potezu od crkvice Gospe od Žnjana do kupališta hotela "Zagreb". Taj je prostor predviđen za luku nautičkog turizma, a kad će se to i na koji način realizirati, još nitko točno ne može reći. 

Po željama građana

Priča o uređenju žnjanskog platoa krenula je 2017. godine, kada su anketirani građani Splita na tom mjestu poželjeli veliku rekreativnu zonu uz kupališta koja se jedno za drugim nižu od Trstenika do Duilova.

Iste su godine uklonjeni bespravno izgrađeni ugostiteljski objekti, a 2018. na natječaju za idejno rješenje uređenja platoa izabrano je ono Arhitektonskog studija "Kuzmanić". Potom je tadašnja gradska vlast na čelu s Androm Krstulovićem Oparom (HDZ) obećala urediti Žnjan do 2020., no radovi nisu krenuli do kraja mandata HDZ-ove lokalne vlasti.

Tako je privremeno uređenje Žnjana tipskim ugostiteljskim objektima postalo stalno, ali se mijenao DPU i radilo na projektnoj dokumentaciji i Studiji opravdanosti. Godine 2019. palo je još jedno obećanje kojem smo se zaludu radovali.

Radovi nisu počeli ni 2020., ali je zato krajem te godine predan zahtjev za lokacijsku dozvolu koja je stigla u veljači 2021. Prethodno je Vlada raspisala natječaj za koncesiju. Dobila ju je gradska tvrtka "Žnjan" d.o.o.

Gradonačelnik Splita Ivica Puljak novinarima je potvrdio je da je iskazan interes jednog ulagača za investiciju u hotelski smještaj na Žnjanu. 

– Da, ima nekih najava da bi se na Žnjanu radio jedan hotel u vlasništvu velikog hotelskog lanca. Trenutno što se Žnjana tiče, u planu je početak izgradnje ceste Šetališta Ivana Pavla II, no za to moramo čekati gradsku tvrtku "Vodovod i kanalizacija" jer oni prvo moraju odraditi svoj dio posla.

Naš je plan da u sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci revidiramo cijeli projekt za Žnjan, utvrdimo njegovu financijsku vrijednost, a potom potpišemo ugovor s državom za koncesiju. Naša je procjena da bi radovi krenuli u rujnu ili listopadu nakon turističke sezone – najavio je Puljak.

Sve je spremno za početak radova na Žnjanu. Nakon gotovo četiri i pol godine od uklanjanja nelegalnih ugostiteljskih objekata sa žnjanskog platoa, izdana je i građevinska dozvola za uređenje šetnice Ivana Pavla II. Radovi će krenuti ujesen, nakon turističke sezone.  

Šetnica Ivana Pavla II. duga je 1,5 kilometar. Riječ je o glavnom građevinskom zahvatu na Žnjanu jer je šetnica nositelj cijele infrastrukture – vodovodne i kanalizacijske.

Kad se izgradi nova šetnica, figurirati će kao barijera prema platou. Ispod nje neće biti dopuštena nikakva gradnja.

Javno - privatno partnerstvo

Od šetnice, koja će biti kičma žnjanskog platoa, prema moru vodit će pješački prolazi dugi deset metara uz koje će se protezati biciklističke staze. Na uzdignutom rubu šetnice predviđene su klupe i ležaljke okrenute prema jugu, kao i četiri nadstrešnice.

Ispod njih formirat će se tri trga za djecu s vodoskocima, do kojih ćemo moći stići pješačkim putovima. Ta su mjesta predviđena i za održavanje raznih kulturnih događanja. Cijeli dio ispod Šetališta Ivana Pavla II. završavat će dvjema skakaonicama u more.

Kad je o zabavnim i sportskim sadržajima riječ, imat ćemo u srcu žnjanskog zelenog parka tri teniska igrališta, igralište za odbojku na pijesku, zatim ona za mali nogomet, te prostor na kojem će biti pozornica za održavanje koncerata.

Koncesionar, gradska tvrtka, Žnjanom će upravljati četrdeset godina, a 26 godina bit će potrebno za povrat investicije.

Potkoncesionari će koncesiju plaćati koncesionaru – gradskoj tvrtki "Žnjan" d.o.o., a ona državi. Projekt će se realizirati kroz neku vrstu javno-privatnog partnerstva jer je Grad taj koji će izgraditi osnovnu infrastrukturu, a ugostitelji i ini potkoncesionari finalizirati objekte na Žnjanu prema dogovorenim smjernicama.

Nakon što se formira šetnica Ivana Pavla II., u drugoj fazi radova uređivat će se sam centar platoa, graditi trafostanica i podzemne garaže s 536 i parkiralište s 463 mjesta. Mnogi se plaše da je broj predviđenih parkirnih mjesta, a s obzirom na broj automobila koji se tu sada parkira u sezoni kupanja – premali.

No, srećom i za to ima lijeka jer će se dodatna parkirna mjesta osigurati na potezu od crkvice Gospe od Žnjana do kupališta hotela "Zagreb". Taj je prostor predviđen za luku nautičkog turizma, a kad će se to i na koji način realizirati, još nitko točno ne može reći. 

Po željama građana

Priča o uređenju žnjanskog platoa krenula je 2017. godine, kada su anketirani građani Splita na tom mjestu poželjeli veliku rekreativnu zonu uz kupališta koja se jedno za drugim nižu od Trstenika do Duilova.

Iste su godine uklonjeni bespravno izgrađeni ugostiteljski objekti, a 2018. na natječaju za idejno rješenje uređenja platoa izabrano je ono Arhitektonskog studija "Kuzmanić". Potom je tadašnja gradska vlast na čelu s Androm Krstulovićem Oparom (HDZ) obećala urediti Žnjan do 2020., no radovi nisu krenuli do kraja mandata HDZ-ove lokalne vlasti.

Tako je privremeno uređenje Žnjana tipskim ugostiteljskim objektima postalo stalno, ali se mijenao DPU i radilo na projektnoj dokumentaciji i Studiji opravdanosti. Godine 2019. palo je još jedno obećanje kojem smo se zaludu radovali.

Radovi nisu počeli ni 2020., ali je zato krajem te godine predan zahtjev za lokacijsku dozvolu koja je stigla u veljači 2021. Prethodno je Vlada raspisala natječaj za koncesiju. Dobila ju je gradska tvrtka "Žnjan" d.o.o.

Gradonačelnik Splita Ivica Puljak novinarima je potvrdio je da je iskazan interes jednog ulagača za investiciju u hotelski smještaj na Žnjanu. 

– Da, ima nekih najava da bi se na Žnjanu radio jedan hotel u vlasništvu velikog hotelskog lanca. Trenutno što se Žnjana tiče, u planu je početak izgradnje ceste Šetališta Ivana Pavla II, no za to moramo čekati gradsku tvrtku "Vodovod i kanalizacija" jer oni prvo moraju odraditi svoj dio posla.

Naš je plan da u sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci revidiramo cijeli projekt za Žnjan, utvrdimo njegovu financijsku vrijednost, a potom potpišemo ugovor s državom za koncesiju. Naša je procjena da bi radovi krenuli u rujnu ili listopadu nakon turističke sezone – najavio je Puljak.
