U petak smo izvjestili, po dojavi građana, da je nekoliko desetaka vozila duž Tršćanske ulice dobilo upozorenja da će ubuduće za takvu parkirnu poziciju dobivati kaznu prometnog redarstva. Sada su se o ovome očitovale i nadležne gradske službe. Točnije, dvije službe.

Šok među stanarima splitskog kvarta: sva su vozila u ulici dobila upozorenja - gdje će sada stotinu građana parkirati?!

- Upozorenja se stavljaju prvenstveno radi sigurnosti pješaka s obzirom na to da se auti parkiraju na obje strane. Služba je u razmatranju postavljanja stupića na istočnom nogostupu kako bi se omogućio siguran prolaz pješacima i vozilima službi (hitnih i komunalnih -  prvo je napisala Leona Grgić, pročelnica za komunalu po ovlaštenju.

Nedugo nakon njezinog, zaprimili smo odgovor i od prometne redarke Ivanke Mihaljević.

- U više navrata prošlog tjedna zaprimljene su prijave "Čistoće" zbog nepropisno parkiranih vozila koja onemogućavaju odvoz komunalnog otpada iz Tršćanske ulice.

U dva navrata suženje je uklonjeno mjerom premještanja vozila, a kako bi se osiguralo zakonito, odnosno neselektivno postupanje, prometni redar je obavio nadzor cijele ulice.

Po izlasku na teren 9. rujna, utvrdio je da su sva vozila nepropisno parkirana na istovjetan način – obostrano dijelom na kolniku, a dijelom na nogostupu na kojem nije ostavljen minimalno metar širine za nesmetano kretanje pješaka.

Također, zbog obostranog parkiranja sužen je kolnik te njime ne može prometovati veliki kamion "Čistoće" u koji se prazne kontejneri.

Pojedinim dijelovima ulice kamion se može provući, dok na pojedinima ne može proći. Međutim, kako je riječ o istovjetnim prekršajima, kažnjavanje na mikro-lokaciji (zato što je na tom mjestu prostor uži ili parkirano vozilo šire), predstavlja selektivno postupanje.

Stoga je za sva vozila zatečena u prekršaju redar izdao mjeru upozorenja, za njih 54. S višegodišnjim problemom parkiranja duž Tršćanske ulice su upoznati mjerodavni za uređenje prometa - poručila je.

Dakle, stanari ove ulice mogu očekivati daljnje kažnjavanje za parkiranje na tom potezu, a moguće da će se i pola Tršćanske isprazniti od vozila.

U petak smo izvjestili, po dojavi građana, da je nekoliko desetaka vozila duž Tršćanske ulice dobilo upozorenja da će ubuduće za takvu parkirnu poziciju dobivati kaznu prometnog redarstva. Sada su se o ovome očitovale i nadležne gradske službe. Točnije, dvije službe.

Šok među stanarima splitskog kvarta: sva su vozila u ulici dobila upozorenja - gdje će sada stotinu građana parkirati?!

- Upozorenja se stavljaju prvenstveno radi sigurnosti pješaka s obzirom na to da se auti parkiraju na obje strane. Služba je u razmatranju postavljanja stupića na istočnom nogostupu kako bi se omogućio siguran prolaz pješacima i vozilima službi (hitnih i komunalnih -  prvo je napisala Leona Grgić, pročelnica za komunalu po ovlaštenju.

Nedugo nakon njezinog, zaprimili smo odgovor i od prometne redarke Ivanke Mihaljević.

- U više navrata prošlog tjedna zaprimljene su prijave "Čistoće" zbog nepropisno parkiranih vozila koja onemogućavaju odvoz komunalnog otpada iz Tršćanske ulice.

U dva navrata suženje je uklonjeno mjerom premještanja vozila, a kako bi se osiguralo zakonito, odnosno neselektivno postupanje, prometni redar je obavio nadzor cijele ulice.

Po izlasku na teren 9. rujna, utvrdio je da su sva vozila nepropisno parkirana na istovjetan način – obostrano dijelom na kolniku, a dijelom na nogostupu na kojem nije ostavljen minimalno metar širine za nesmetano kretanje pješaka.

Također, zbog obostranog parkiranja sužen je kolnik te njime ne može prometovati veliki kamion "Čistoće" u koji se prazne kontejneri.

Pojedinim dijelovima ulice kamion se može provući, dok na pojedinima ne može proći. Međutim, kako je riječ o istovjetnim prekršajima, kažnjavanje na mikro-lokaciji (zato što je na tom mjestu prostor uži ili parkirano vozilo šire), predstavlja selektivno postupanje.

Stoga je za sva vozila zatečena u prekršaju redar izdao mjeru upozorenja, za njih 54. S višegodišnjim problemom parkiranja duž Tršćanske ulice su upoznati mjerodavni za uređenje prometa - poručila je.

Dakle, stanari ove ulice mogu očekivati daljnje kažnjavanje za parkiranje na tom potezu, a moguće da će se i pola Tršćanske isprazniti od vozila.

Stigao nam je službeni odgovor iz Grada zbog parkiranja u Tršćanskoj, neće se svidjeti stanarima: redari će kažnjavati sva vozila u ulici, a razmatraju se i nove mjere

U petak smo izvjestili, po dojavi građana, da je nekoliko desetaka vozila duž Tršćanske ulice dobilo upozorenja da će ubuduće za takvu parkirnu poziciju dobivati kaznu prometnog redarstva. Sada su se o ovome očitovale i nadležne gradske službe. Točnije, dvije službe.

Šok među stanarima splitskog kvarta: sva su vozila u ulici dobila upozorenja - gdje će sada stotinu građana parkirati?!

- Upozorenja se stavljaju prvenstveno radi sigurnosti pješaka s obzirom na to da se auti parkiraju na obje strane. Služba je u razmatranju postavljanja stupića na istočnom nogostupu kako bi se omogućio siguran prolaz pješacima i vozilima službi (hitnih i komunalnih -  prvo je napisala Leona Grgić, pročelnica za komunalu po ovlaštenju.

Nedugo nakon njezinog, zaprimili smo odgov...
