Visoke temperature ovih dana užarile su i metalne kontejnere za otpad.
Da se iz četiri takva postavljena uz cestu u Bračkoj ulici, šire neugodni mirisi sve do 25 metara udaljenih stanova u "Žnjanskim blizancima", potužio nam se predstavnik suvlasnika (osobni podaci poznati redakciji) iz Žnjanske 2, gdje pate obitelji iz 28 stanova tog ulaza s pogledom na jug.
Predstavnik stanara kao krivca proziva obližnju konobu "Dalmatino".
- Ti kontejneri davno prije bili su pozicionirani kod njegove konobe i to mu je smetalo da on može čisto disati, te ih je maknuo ovdje, sto metara dalje od njega, neka sada nama smrdi. Možete zamisliti što se događa s ostacima hrane u crnim plastičnim vrećama na ovu ariju, koje vreće onda istrgaju galebovi - kazao je predstavnik suvlasnika, koji je molio da mu ime ne iziđe u novinama iz razloga što je bio fizički napadnut, ne od strane "Dalmatina".

Poslao nam je fotografije prepunih kontejnera koje koristi konoba. Kontaktirali smo "Čistoću" i dok je naš fotoreporter došao na Žnjan, sporni kontejneri već su bili ispražnjeni. Ali ne i oni preko puta ceste koje koriste stanari.
Predstavnik suvlasnika Žnjanske 2 traži da ugostitelj svoje kontejnere vrati bliže konobi, gdje su nekada bili. Kaže da je zbog rješavanja tog problema prije kontaktirao Jakšu Balova, vlasnika "Dalmatina", ali da ga više neće zvati. U pomoć je nazvao "Čistoću" i komunalno redarstvo...
Jakša Balov, prozvani vlasnik konobe, kaže da kontejneri na toj poziciji stoje već 20 godina i da je tu poziciju "Čistoća" odredila zbog lakšeg pristupa kamiona za odvoz smeća, ali da je deplasirano odmah u njega uperiti prstom.

- Mi smo prisiljeni nositi otpad u kontejnere koji su od nas udaljeni 50 ili 100 metara, a u djelatnosti kojom se bavimo najmanji nam je interes raditi nešto kontra svojih susjeda i stvarati im probleme, jer mi nismo takvi. S guštom ću poduzeti sve da stanari više nemaju neugodnosti bilo kakve vrste - kazao nam je Balov te nastavio:
- Što je najvažnije u ovoj stvari, u ta četiri kontejnera kod stabala mi bacimo komunalni otpad baš kao što ga bacaju i susjedi. U par navrata vidio sam kako se ljudi tu zaustave s automobilom i svašta bace, a to je već standardna splitska priča. Tako da nitko ne može kazati da smo samo mi korisnici tih kontejnera i da smo mi za nešto odgovorni. Kad bi oni bili samo naši i kada bi bili pod ključem, onda bismo mi zaista za to odgovarali.

Napominje kako su nasuprot tim kontejnerima 2 seta od po 6 kontejnera punih otpada smješteni ispod prozora stanara, koje koriste stanari iz više ulaza zgrade u Žnjanskoj ulici, a u koje kontejnere konoba ne baca smeće. Ističe da su ti kontejneri puni otpada i da se iz njih šire neugodni mirisi, dok su one koje konoba koristi trenutačno prazni.
- Najlakše je nastale probleme povezati s nama, ali vjerujte mi da s tim nemamo veze. Suglasan sam s rješenjem koje ponudi "Čistoća", još kada bi se kontejneri mogli ukopati da ljudima ne smrdi i da nije ružno vidjeti, te da na takav način ograničimo uporabu kontejnera od strane nekih drugih osoba koji možda ne žive ovdje - kazao je ugostitelj.
Dok predstavnik stanara i vlasnik obližnje konobe raspravljaju, čekamo rješenje iz "Čistoće". Obećali su nam da će u ponedjeljak ili utorak izići na teren.

Visoke temperature ovih dana užarile su i metalne kontejnere za otpad.
Da se iz četiri takva postavljena uz cestu u Bračkoj ulici, šire neugodni mirisi sve do 25 metara udaljenih stanova u "Žnjanskim blizancima", potužio nam se predstavnik suvlasnika (osobni podaci poznati redakciji) iz Žnjanske 2, gdje pate obitelji iz 28 stanova tog ulaza s pogledom na jug.
Predstavnik stanara kao krivca proziva obližnju konobu "Dalmatino".
- Ti kontejneri davno prije bili su pozicionirani kod njegove konobe i to mu je smetalo da on može čisto disati, te ih je maknuo ovdje, sto metara dalje od njega, neka sada nama smrdi. Možete zamisliti što se događa s ostacima hrane u crnim plastičnim vrećama na ovu ariju, koje vreće onda istrgaju galebovi - kazao je predstavnik suvlasnika, koji je molio da mu ime ne iziđe u novinama iz razloga što je bio fizički napadnut, ne od strane "Dalmatina".

Poslao nam je fotografije prepunih kontejnera koje koristi konoba. Kontaktirali smo "Čistoću" i dok je naš fotoreporter došao na Žnjan, sporni kontejneri već su bili ispražnjeni. Ali ne i oni preko puta ceste koje koriste stanari.
Predstavnik suvlasnika Žnjanske 2 traži da ugostitelj svoje kontejnere vrati bliže konobi, gdje su nekada bili. Kaže da je zbog rješavanja tog problema prije kontaktirao Jakšu Balova, vlasnika "Dalmatina", ali da ga više neće zvati. U pomoć je nazvao "Čistoću" i komunalno redarstvo...
Jakša Balov, prozvani vlasnik konobe, kaže da kontejneri na toj poziciji stoje već 20 godina i da je tu poziciju "Čistoća" odredila zbog lakšeg pristupa kamiona za odvoz smeća, ali da je deplasirano odmah u njega uperiti prstom.

- Mi smo prisiljeni nositi otpad u kontejnere koji su od nas udaljeni 50 ili 100 metara, a u djelatnosti kojom se bavimo najmanji nam je interes raditi nešto kontra svojih susjeda i stvarati im probleme, jer mi nismo takvi. S guštom ću poduzeti sve da stanari više nemaju neugodnosti bilo kakve vrste - kazao nam je Balov te nastavio:
- Što je najvažnije u ovoj stvari, u ta četiri kontejnera kod stabala mi bacimo komunalni otpad baš kao što ga bacaju i susjedi. U par navrata vidio sam kako se ljudi tu zaustave s automobilom i svašta bace, a to je već standardna splitska priča. Tako da nitko ne može kazati da smo samo mi korisnici tih kontejnera i da smo mi za nešto odgovorni. Kad bi oni bili samo naši i kada bi bili pod ključem, onda bismo mi zaista za to odgovarali.

Napominje kako su nasuprot tim kontejnerima 2 seta od po 6 kontejnera punih otpada smješteni ispod prozora stanara, koje koriste stanari iz više ulaza zgrade u Žnjanskoj ulici, a u koje kontejnere konoba ne baca smeće. Ističe da su ti kontejneri puni otpada i da se iz njih šire neugodni mirisi, dok su one koje konoba koristi trenutačno prazni.
- Najlakše je nastale probleme povezati s nama, ali vjerujte mi da s tim nemamo veze. Suglasan sam s rješenjem koje ponudi "Čistoća", još kada bi se kontejneri mogli ukopati da ljudima ne smrdi i da nije ružno vidjeti, te da na takav način ograničimo uporabu kontejnera od strane nekih drugih osoba koji možda ne žive ovdje - kazao je ugostitelj.
Dok predstavnik stanara i vlasnik obližnje konobe raspravljaju, čekamo rješenje iz "Čistoće". Obećali su nam da će u ponedjeljak ili utorak izići na teren.
