Predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić je sazvao sastanak predstavnika klubova vijećnika s Tomislavom Burazinom, splitskim poduzetnikom koji je zaprijetio stati na put realizaciji projekta cjelokupnog uređenja žnjanskog platoa.

Burazin je, podsjećamo, prije pet godina inicirao postupak dodjele koncesije za jedan dio žnjanske plaže na kojoj je prema prostornom planu moguća izgradnja ugostiteljskog objekta, a na kojoj je prethodno srušen njegov ilegalni objekt "Zen". Uz ovlaštenje Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je ishodio dvije lokacijske dozvole, izradio projektnu dokumentaciju i pribavio sve potrebne suglasnosti, no Županija nikada nije pokrenula natječaj niti odbila njegov zahtjev, što je bila dužna po zakonu.

U međuvremenu je Grad Split isplanirao projekt uređenja cijelog Žnjana pod jedinstvenom koncesijom kojom bi upravljala gradska tvrtka "Žnjan", prethodno poznata kao "Spalatum DMC". Gradske službe su izdale lokacijsku dozvolu i za ovaj projekt koju Burazin pokušava osporiti, baš kao i natječaj za jedinstvenom koncesijom kada bude objavljen.

Za pravo Burazinu je dalo i Ministarstvo mora rješenjem kojim utvrđuje da je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija dužna nadoknaditi troškove koje je "Mehatronika Burazin" imala od studenoga 2016. do danas, a naglašavaju da je to preduvjet za objavu obavijesti o javnom prikupljanju ponuda za dodjelu jedinstvene koncesije.

No Burazina trenutno ne zanima nadoknada troškova. Predstavnicima klubova vijećnika je predložio da na iduću sjednicu Gradskog vijeća na kojoj će tema biti i projekt Žnjan, uvrste raspravu o mogućnosti da Grad, odnosno gradska tvrtka "Žnjan", omogući njegovoj tvrtki "Mehatronika Burazin" sudjelovanje u natječaju kroz zajednicu ponuditelja, za onaj dio platoa za koji je zatražio objavu natječaja za koncesiju još 2016. godine.

'To nije pogodovanje'

- Želim da moja tvrtka dobije mogućnost da se natječe za mikrolokaciju za koju sam pokrenuo postupak i imam potrebnu dokumentaciju. Da bude jasno, ne tražim da mi Grad nešto daje, nego tražim način kako riješiti cijeli nered koji su napravili. Ukoliko na ovo pristanu i ako ta zajednica ponuditelja da najbolju ponudu i dobije koncesiju, ja odustajem od zakonitog postupaka koji sam pokrenuo i bilo kakve naknade troškova, idem u izmjenu lokacijske dozvole i prilagodit ću se projektu arhitektonskog biroa Kuzmanić - govori Burazin. Uvjeren je da prihvaćanje njegovog zahtjeva ne bi bilo pogodovanje jednom poduzetniku.

- Ja ovim činim uslugu Gradu jer odustajem od dugogodišnjeg postupka. Pet godina su me držali u zabludi, utrošio sam ogromno vrijeme, novac i energiju, a ovim zahtjevom se prilagođavam Gradu i javnom interesu, jer bi u suprotnom moje tužbe i postupci onemogućili realizaciju projekta uređenja Žnjan i doveli do velikih troškova - kaže.

Sastanak s predstavnicima klubova vijećnika će se održati u srijedu u Banovini. Burazin je pozvao i gradonačelnika Andru Krstulovića Oparu te Antu Šunjića, direktora tvrtke "Žnjan" da pristanu na zajednicu ponuditelja, a hoće li se pojaviti i na sastanku i kakav će biti ishod, ostaje za vidjeti.

Predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća Igor Stanišić je sazvao sastanak predstavnika klubova vijećnika s Tomislavom Burazinom, splitskim poduzetnikom koji je zaprijetio stati na put realizaciji projekta cjelokupnog uređenja žnjanskog platoa.

Burazin je, podsjećamo, prije pet godina inicirao postupak dodjele koncesije za jedan dio žnjanske plaže na kojoj je prema prostornom planu moguća izgradnja ugostiteljskog objekta, a na kojoj je prethodno srušen njegov ilegalni objekt "Zen". Uz ovlaštenje Splitsko-dalmatinske županije je ishodio dvije lokacijske dozvole, izradio projektnu dokumentaciju i pribavio sve potrebne suglasnosti, no Županija nikada nije pokrenula natječaj niti odbila njegov zahtjev, što je bila dužna po zakonu.

U međuvremenu je Grad Split isplanirao projekt uređenja cijelog Žnjana pod jedinstvenom koncesijom kojom bi upravljala gradska tvrtka "Žnjan", prethodno poznata kao "Spalatum DMC". Gradske službe su izdale lokacijsku dozvolu i za ovaj projekt koju Burazin pokušava osporiti, baš kao i natječaj za jedinstvenom koncesijom kada bude objavljen.

Za pravo Burazinu je dalo i Ministarstvo mora rješenjem kojim utvrđuje da je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija dužna nadoknaditi troškove koje je "Mehatronika Burazin" imala od studenoga 2016. do danas, a naglašavaju da je to preduvjet za objavu obavijesti o javnom prikupljanju ponuda za dodjelu jedinstvene koncesije.

No Burazina trenutno ne zanima nadoknada troškova. Predstavnicima klubova vijećnika je predložio da na iduću sjednicu Gradskog vijeća na kojoj će tema biti i projekt Žnjan, uvrste raspravu o mogućnosti da Grad, odnosno gradska tvrtka "Žnjan", omogući njegovoj tvrtki "Mehatronika Burazin" sudjelovanje u natječaju kroz zajednicu ponuditelja, za onaj dio platoa za koji je zatražio objavu natječaja za koncesiju još 2016. godine.

'To nije pogodovanje'

- Želim da moja tvrtka dobije mogućnost da se natječe za mikrolokaciju za koju sam pokrenuo postupak i imam potrebnu dokumentaciju. Da bude jasno, ne tražim da mi Grad nešto daje, nego tražim način kako riješiti cijeli nered koji su napravili. Ukoliko na ovo pristanu i ako ta zajednica ponuditelja da najbolju ponudu i dobije koncesiju, ja odustajem od zakonitog postupaka koji sam pokrenuo i bilo kakve naknade troškova, idem u izmjenu lokacijske dozvole i prilagodit ću se projektu arhitektonskog biroa Kuzmanić - govori Burazin. Uvjeren je da prihvaćanje njegovog zahtjeva ne bi bilo pogodovanje jednom poduzetniku.

- Ja ovim činim uslugu Gradu jer odustajem od dugogodišnjeg postupka. Pet godina su me držali u zabludi, utrošio sam ogromno vrijeme, novac i energiju, a ovim zahtjevom se prilagođavam Gradu i javnom interesu, jer bi u suprotnom moje tužbe i postupci onemogućili realizaciju projekta uređenja Žnjan i doveli do velikih troškova - kaže.

Sastanak s predstavnicima klubova vijećnika će se održati u srijedu u Banovini. Burazin je pozvao i gradonačelnika Andru Krstulovića Oparu te Antu Šunjića, direktora tvrtke "Žnjan" da pristanu na zajednicu ponuditelja, a hoće li se pojaviti i na sastanku i kakav će biti ishod, ostaje za vidjeti.
