Pronalazak smještaja problem je mnogim građanima, koji nije zaobišao ni studente, osobito one koji nisu ostvarili pravo na mjesto u studentskom domu.

Split trenutno raspolaže s tri studentska doma: "Dr. Franjo Tuđman" (Kampus), "Bruno Bušić" i Hostel "Spinut", a smještajnog kapaciteta za sve, nažalost, nema.

U splitskim domovima bit će mjesta samo za četvrtinu studenata. Raspitali smo se i koliko će ih ubuduće koštati smještaj

Oni koji nisu dobili pravo na smještaj u studentskom domu, odlučili su pokušati zaobići zakon i kupiti mjesto u studentskoj sobi od onih koji jesu, no ne misle tu boraviti. U studentskim Facebook grupama objavljuju se oglasi u kojima se traži ili prodaje mjesto u domu, no iz Studentskog centra Split poručuju da nisu zabilježili takve slučajeve.

Kako smo već pisali, mjesečni iznos koji studenti moraju izdvojiti za smještaj ovisi o uvjetima stanovanja, a plaća se po krevetu. U Studentskom domu "Dr. Franjo Tuđman" jedan krevet u sobi za dvije osobe košta 104.85 eura, dok će student koji želi biti sam u sobi za to morati izdvojiti 118.12 eura. 

Nepoznato je za koliki iznos su ga spremni preprodati, odnosno koliko im nude, no ako ih uhvate u toj raboti neće se dobro provesti.

"Studentski centar u Splitu u posljednjih nekoliko akademskih godina nije zabilježio slučajeve preprodaje mjesta u domovima. U medijima se stalno povlači to pitanje, ali mi se s takvom situacijom nismo susretali. To bi i za studenta koji prodaje mjesto u domu, ali i za onoga koji kupuje bila gotovo nemoguća misija", poručila je Gabrijela Matić, medija menadžer Studentskoga centra Split. 

"Uveden je sustav da se u domovima iza 22 sata ne može ući bez ‘iksice‘. Na taj bi način osoba koja prodaje domsko mjesto kupcu morala ustupiti i svoju ‘iksicu‘, a ‘iksica‘, između ostaloga, služi kao evidencijski dokument za ispite i nastavu na fakultetima."

Kontrole soba

Osim toga, kaže Gabrijela, kontrole soba provode se na mjesečnoj bazi. 

"Minimalno jednom mjesečno provodimo kontrole soba tijekom akademske godine. Brojne dodatne sadržaje doma, poput besplatnih bicikala, električnih romobila, SUP daski, PlayStationa i sl., nemoguće je koristiti bez prilaganja ‘iksice‘."

Također, smatra da dobro vladaju situacijom. 

"Mišljenja smo da dobro kontroliramo situaciju s korištenjem domskog smještaja i da smještaj u domu konzumiraju sudionici natječaja sukladno dobivenim bodovima."

A ima i poruku za one koji možda ipak uspiju nekako nadmudriti njihov dobro osmišljen sustav.

"Ako bi se nekim slučajem dogodila situacija preprodaje domskog mjesta ili bilo kakve vrste zlouporabe istog, pravovremeno ćemo reagirati i trenutno sankcionirati prekršitelje.

Kazne su rigorozne i za preprodavatelja i za kupca doma. Kršenjem Pravilnika o uvjetima i načinu ostvarivanja prava redovitih studenata na subvencionirano stanovanje i domskog reda bit će im onemogućeno buduće apliciranje za mjesto u domu", poručila je. 

Ako netko ne želi smještaj u domu pa ga odluči prodati, riskira da dobije smještaj u – zatvoru.

"Ako to studente ne brine, možda ih zabrine činjenica da potencijalnom kupoprodajom domskog mjesta mogu i kazneno odgovarati. Zakon, naime, propisuje kazneno djelo subvencijske prijevare. Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja ističe kako su subvencijske prijevare podložne članku 258. Kaznenog zakona te ukoliko se provjerama utvrdi da je student dao neistinite podatke s ciljem ostvarivanja prava na subvenciju, studentski centri dužni su po službenoj dužnosti podnijeti prijavu nadležnim tijelima. Takve se prijevare kažnjavaju zatvorom od šest mjeseci do pet godina."

Pronalazak smještaja problem je mnogim građanima, koji nije zaobišao ni studente, osobito one koji nisu ostvarili pravo na mjesto u studentskom domu.

Split trenutno raspolaže s tri studentska doma: "Dr. Franjo Tuđman" (Kampus), "Bruno Bušić" i Hostel "Spinut", a smještajnog kapaciteta za sve, nažalost, nema.

U splitskim domovima bit će mjesta samo za četvrtinu studenata. Raspitali smo se i koliko će ih ubuduće koštati smještaj

Oni koji nisu dobili pravo na smještaj u studentskom domu, odlučili su pokušati zaobići zakon i kupiti mjesto u studentskoj sobi od onih koji jesu, no ne misle tu boraviti. U studentskim Facebook grupama objavljuju se oglasi u kojima se traži ili prodaje mjesto u domu, no iz Studentskog centra Split poručuju da nisu zabilježili takve slučajeve.

Kako smo već pisali, mjesečni iznos koji studenti moraju izdvojiti za smještaj ovisi o uvjetima stanovanja, a plaća se po krevetu. U Studentskom domu "Dr. Franjo Tuđman" jedan krevet u sobi za dvije osobe košta 104.85 eura, dok će student koji želi biti sam u sobi za to morati izdvojiti 118.12 eura. 

Nepoznato je za koliki iznos su ga spremni preprodati, odnosno koliko im nude, no ako ih uhvate u toj raboti neće se dobro provesti.

"Studentski centar u Splitu u posljednjih nekoliko akademskih godina nije zabilježio slučajeve preprodaje mjesta u domovima. U medijima se stalno povlači to pitanje, ali mi se s takvom situacijom nismo susretali. To bi i za studenta koji prodaje mjesto u domu, ali i za onoga koji kupuje bila gotovo nemoguća misija", poručila je Gabrijela Matić, medija menadžer Studentskoga centra Split. 

"Uveden je sustav da se u domovima iza 22 sata ne može ući bez ‘iksice‘. Na taj bi način osoba koja prodaje domsko mjesto kupcu morala ustupiti i svoju ‘iksicu‘, a ‘iksica‘, između ostaloga, služi kao evidencijski dokument za ispite i nastavu na fakultetima."

Kontrole soba

Osim toga, kaže Gabrijela, kontrole soba provode se na mjesečnoj bazi. 

"Minimalno jednom mjesečno provodimo kontrole soba tijekom akademske godine. Brojne dodatne sadržaje doma, poput besplatnih bicikala, električnih romobila, SUP daski, PlayStationa i sl., nemoguće je koristiti bez prilaganja ‘iksice‘."

Također, smatra da dobro vladaju situacijom. 

"Mišljenja smo da dobro kontroliramo situaciju s korištenjem domskog smještaja i da smještaj u domu konzumiraju sudionici natječaja sukladno dobivenim bodovima."

A ima i poruku za one koji možda ipak uspiju nekako nadmudriti njihov dobro osmišljen sustav.

"Ako bi se nekim slučajem dogodila situacija preprodaje domskog mjesta ili bilo kakve vrste zlouporabe istog, pravovremeno ćemo reagirati i trenutno sankcionirati prekršitelje.

Kazne su rigorozne i za preprodavatelja i za kupca doma. Kršenjem Pravilnika o uvjetima i načinu ostvarivanja prava redovitih studenata na subvencionirano stanovanje i domskog reda bit će im onemogućeno buduće apliciranje za mjesto u domu", poručila je. 

Ako netko ne želi smještaj u domu pa ga odluči prodati, riskira da dobije smještaj u – zatvoru.

"Ako to studente ne brine, možda ih zabrine činjenica da potencijalnom kupoprodajom domskog mjesta mogu i kazneno odgovarati. Zakon, naime, propisuje kazneno djelo subvencijske prijevare. Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja ističe kako su subvencijske prijevare podložne članku 258. Kaznenog zakona te ukoliko se provjerama utvrdi da je student dao neistinite podatke s ciljem ostvarivanja prava na subvenciju, studentski centri dužni su po službenoj dužnosti podnijeti prijavu nadležnim tijelima. Takve se prijevare kažnjavaju zatvorom od šest mjeseci do pet godina."
