Odjelu za prometno redarstvo Grada Splita smo postavili par pitanja, među kojima je bilo: Je li istina da je prometnim redarima na sastanku rečeno da, ukoliko u narednih šest mjeseci povećaju opseg rada i podignu nivo kažnjavanja kojega su imali prije pandemije, da tako poboljšavaju šansu da ne budu "sistematizirani" tj. dobiju otkaz?

Odgovor na ovo poviše nismo dobili.

Ipak, jedan naš drugi upit je blagoslovljen odgovorom, a možda nam i on može, makar djelomično, pomoći da spoznamo je li prvotno postavljena tvrdnja točna.

Naime, dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević je ljetos objavio statistiku prometnih redara od 01. siječnja do 26. kolovoza 2022., kako bi pohvalio učinak određenih timova u odnosu na druge.

Ono što saznajemo je da je u tom periodu izdano 18.951 obavijesti o počinjenom prekršaju te 3.508 upozorenja.

Kako bismo dobili bolji dojam raspoloženja redarske službe prema punjenju proračuna, izračunali smo kako je u ovom intervalu pisano 79,96 kazni dnevno, a udio upozorenja u ukupno izdanom broju ovih dokumenata iznosio je 18,5 posto. 

U periodu od 26. kolovoza do 11. prosinca izdano je 13.222 kazni te 2.179 upozorenja na razini cijelog Prometnog redarstva.

A kad pogledamo broj dnevnih kazni, on se u ovom razdoblju penje sa 79,96 na čak 123,57! To je povećanje od znakovitih 54,54 posto. Pritom, pao je i udio upozorenja u omjeru prema ispisanim prekršajima s 18,5 na 16,48 posto. 

Također, gledajući na (skoro) godišnjoj bazi, od 01. siječnja do 11. prosinca 2022. izdano je 32.173 obavijesti o počinjenom prekršaju, te 5.687 upozorenja o počinjenom prekršaju, a u čitavoj 2021. je printano 25.012 kazni te 6.434 upozorenja.

Ukoliko pak prošlu godinu skratimo na isti broj dana kao trenutnu - radi adekvatnije usporedbe - dobit ćemo da je tada izdano ukupno 23.573 kazni te 6.064 upozorenja.

Dakle, radi se o godišnjoj stopi povećanja od 8.600 kazni ili 36,48 posto, pri čemu je udio upozorenja opao s 25,72 na 17,68 u 2022. godini. Također, prošle godine je u prosjeku pisano 68,53 uplatnica dnevno, a posljednjih mjeseci je to 123,57 ili - 80,32 posto više.

Kada se sve zbroji i oduzme, nije ni čudno što su Splićani počeli negodovati oko pojačanog kažnjavanja posljednjih mjeseci. Zbilja, teško je ne osjetiti skoro dvostruko veći broj kazni koji opterećuje osobne financije, pogotovo u vrijeme sveopće inflacije. 

Ipak, dragi naši sugrađani, iz čitave ove priče bi valjalo izvući nešto lijepo - naročito u blagdansko vrijeme.

Naime, pošto je prometnim redarima obećano da neće biti izbačeni na ulicu (osim zbog obavljanja svog dnevnog posla) ukoliko poboljšaju svoj učinak, iz navedene statistike je samo logično zaključlti da su oni svoj dio pogodbe izvršili.

Odjelu za prometno redarstvo Grada Splita smo postavili par pitanja, među kojima je bilo: Je li istina da je prometnim redarima na sastanku rečeno da, ukoliko u narednih šest mjeseci povećaju opseg rada i podignu nivo kažnjavanja kojega su imali prije pandemije, da tako poboljšavaju šansu da ne budu "sistematizirani" tj. dobiju otkaz?

Odgovor na ovo poviše nismo dobili.

Ipak, jedan naš drugi upit je blagoslovljen odgovorom, a možda nam i on može, makar djelomično, pomoći da spoznamo je li prvotno postavljena tvrdnja točna.

Naime, dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević je ljetos objavio statistiku prometnih redara od 01. siječnja do 26. kolovoza 2022., kako bi pohvalio učinak određenih timova u odnosu na druge.

Ono što saznajemo je da je u tom periodu izdano 18.951 obavijesti o počinjenom prekršaju te 3.508 upozorenja.

Kako bismo dobili bolji dojam raspoloženja redarske službe prema punjenju proračuna, izračunali smo kako je u ovom intervalu pisano 79,96 kazni dnevno, a udio upozorenja u ukupno izdanom broju ovih dokumenata iznosio je 18,5 posto. 

U periodu od 26. kolovoza do 11. prosinca izdano je 13.222 kazni te 2.179 upozorenja na razini cijelog Prometnog redarstva.

A kad pogledamo broj dnevnih kazni, on se u ovom razdoblju penje sa 79,96 na čak 123,57! To je povećanje od znakovitih 54,54 posto. Pritom, pao je i udio upozorenja u omjeru prema ispisanim prekršajima s 18,5 na 16,48 posto. 

Također, gledajući na (skoro) godišnjoj bazi, od 01. siječnja do 11. prosinca 2022. izdano je 32.173 obavijesti o počinjenom prekršaju, te 5.687 upozorenja o počinjenom prekršaju, a u čitavoj 2021. je printano 25.012 kazni te 6.434 upozorenja.

Ukoliko pak prošlu godinu skratimo na isti broj dana kao trenutnu - radi adekvatnije usporedbe - dobit ćemo da je tada izdano ukupno 23.573 kazni te 6.064 upozorenja.

Dakle, radi se o godišnjoj stopi povećanja od 8.600 kazni ili 36,48 posto, pri čemu je udio upozorenja opao s 25,72 na 17,68 u 2022. godini. Također, prošle godine je u prosjeku pisano 68,53 uplatnica dnevno, a posljednjih mjeseci je to 123,57 ili - 80,32 posto više.

Kada se sve zbroji i oduzme, nije ni čudno što su Splićani počeli negodovati oko pojačanog kažnjavanja posljednjih mjeseci. Zbilja, teško je ne osjetiti skoro dvostruko veći broj kazni koji opterećuje osobne financije, pogotovo u vrijeme sveopće inflacije. 

Ipak, dragi naši sugrađani, iz čitave ove priče bi valjalo izvući nešto lijepo - naročito u blagdansko vrijeme.

Naime, pošto je prometnim redarima obećano da neće biti izbačeni na ulicu (osim zbog obavljanja svog dnevnog posla) ukoliko poboljšaju svoj učinak, iz navedene statistike je samo logično zaključlti da su oni svoj dio pogodbe izvršili.
