Na najavu podizanja paušala za splitske iznajmljivače, Hrvoje Bašić, predsjednik splitskog HSLS-a objavio je status na Facebooku u kojem oštro napada gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka.
Opari 2019. godine nije prošlo da malim iznajmljivačima poveća paušal za 100 kuna jer su protiv toga bili ex. Pametno, Most, HSLS, SDP...
Tadašnja vijećnica Natalija Tafra Bazina (ex.Pametno/Centar) je rekla, citiram, da njena stranka "nikad neće podržati povećavanje nameta građanima Splita" a njene kolege su rekle da je od svega „najžalosniji tipični HDZ-ov argument jer oni zarađuju puno pa zašto im ne bi malo uzeli".

Međutim, sad kad je nastupila "renesansa era", ti isti koji su se tada protivili, sada šute i gledaju njihov veliki vođa sprema novi namet, nemjerljivo veći od onog kojeg je 2019. pokušavao uvesti HDZ!
Pa evo što je zaista žalosno.
1. Loša računica
Realno, većini iznajmljivača se ne isplati raditi "na crno" jer im je iznos paušala smiješan (u usporedbi s ostalim nametima) i radije će ga uredno plaćati.
Međutim, iskustvo uči što će se dogoditi ako zaista dođe do značajnog povećanja nameta; službeni broj iznajmljivača će pasti jer će se dio njih odjaviti iz sustava, ali će realno i dalje nastaviti iznajmljivati "na crno". Tko od toga ima koristi?
Da stvar bude gora, po kojoj logici bi netko s apartmanom na Zapadnoj obali ili Mejama, trebao plaćati isti iznos paušala kao netko na Brdima, na primjer?! Budimo realni, to ne može biti ista kategorija.
2. Prevara birača
Ti isti ljudi koji su tvrdili da nikada neće podržati povećanje nameta Splićanima (podsjetimo, 2019. je trebalo ići 100 kuna gore), sada ga žele povećati i do 1.200 kuna, što je povećanje od oko 400 posto po krevetu! Izrugivali su se argumentima HDZ-a, a sada su i do 12 puta gori od njih. Doslovno.

3. Prodavanje magle
Kad ti gradski proračun ispadne manji za cca. 300 milijuna kuna novih investicija (ništa od većih projekata do daljnjeg), kad ti zafali novaca za sve bitne stvari (ali ne i za priče o novim stadionima, sedmodnevnim festivalima...), onda će poslužit i "najžalosniji tipični HDZ-ov argument".
A tobože, era HDZ-a je "završena"... Sjetimo se kako je Puljak lijepo mantrao u kampanji: "Moj prvi prioritet će biti pomoć građanima i poduzetnicima da prebrode krizu."
Izgleda da su se Ivici prioriteti pomiješali, pa će ti građani i poduzetnici pomagati njemu, većim izdvajanjem iz svog novčanika.
Opet, kao na primjeru poskupljenja vrtića, produženog boravka, odvoza smeća i ostalih komunalnih usluga...

Na najavu podizanja paušala za splitske iznajmljivače, Hrvoje Bašić, predsjednik splitskog HSLS-a objavio je status na Facebooku u kojem oštro napada gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka.
Opari 2019. godine nije prošlo da malim iznajmljivačima poveća paušal za 100 kuna jer su protiv toga bili ex. Pametno, Most, HSLS, SDP...
Tadašnja vijećnica Natalija Tafra Bazina (ex.Pametno/Centar) je rekla, citiram, da njena stranka "nikad neće podržati povećavanje nameta građanima Splita" a njene kolege su rekle da je od svega „najžalosniji tipični HDZ-ov argument jer oni zarađuju puno pa zašto im ne bi malo uzeli".

Međutim, sad kad je nastupila "renesansa era", ti isti koji su se tada protivili, sada šute i gledaju njihov veliki vođa sprema novi namet, nemjerljivo veći od onog kojeg je 2019. pokušavao uvesti HDZ!
Pa evo što je zaista žalosno.
1. Loša računica
Realno, većini iznajmljivača se ne isplati raditi "na crno" jer im je iznos paušala smiješan (u usporedbi s ostalim nametima) i radije će ga uredno plaćati.
Međutim, iskustvo uči što će se dogoditi ako zaista dođe do značajnog povećanja nameta; službeni broj iznajmljivača će pasti jer će se dio njih odjaviti iz sustava, ali će realno i dalje nastaviti iznajmljivati "na crno". Tko od toga ima koristi?
Da stvar bude gora, po kojoj logici bi netko s apartmanom na Zapadnoj obali ili Mejama, trebao plaćati isti iznos paušala kao netko na Brdima, na primjer?! Budimo realni, to ne može biti ista kategorija.
2. Prevara birača
Ti isti ljudi koji su tvrdili da nikada neće podržati povećanje nameta Splićanima (podsjetimo, 2019. je trebalo ići 100 kuna gore), sada ga žele povećati i do 1.200 kuna, što je povećanje od oko 400 posto po krevetu! Izrugivali su se argumentima HDZ-a, a sada su i do 12 puta gori od njih. Doslovno.

3. Prodavanje magle
Kad ti gradski proračun ispadne manji za cca. 300 milijuna kuna novih investicija (ništa od većih projekata do daljnjeg), kad ti zafali novaca za sve bitne stvari (ali ne i za priče o novim stadionima, sedmodnevnim festivalima...), onda će poslužit i "najžalosniji tipični HDZ-ov argument".
A tobože, era HDZ-a je "završena"... Sjetimo se kako je Puljak lijepo mantrao u kampanji: "Moj prvi prioritet će biti pomoć građanima i poduzetnicima da prebrode krizu."
Izgleda da su se Ivici prioriteti pomiješali, pa će ti građani i poduzetnici pomagati njemu, većim izdvajanjem iz svog novčanika.
Opet, kao na primjeru poskupljenja vrtića, produženog boravka, odvoza smeća i ostalih komunalnih usluga...
