Emisija HTV-a Puls na početku pandemije donijela je potresnu reportažu s COVID odjela splitskoga KBC-a.

Anesteziolog intenzivist Božidar Duplančić pokazao je kako izgleda bitka za svaki život. I tako dvije godine - svaki dan.

U međuvremenu su se suočili s otporima cijepljenju, nepovjerenjem u njihovo znanje, blagdanskim okupljanjima kao da virusa nema.

Zato je ovaj puta novinarka "Pulsa" pitala petero splitskih anesteziologa intenzivista, koji su na COVID odjelu od prvoga dana, kako se nose sa svim što ih je snašlo.

Razgovor je snimljen prije eksplozije omikrona i strašnog pritiska na bolnicu.

- Mislim da smo već navikli na sve to da niti ne osjećamo umor. Kad dobijemo par dana slobodno ili smo na godišnjem, onda shvatimo koliko smo bili umorni i koliko nam treba vremena da dođemo k sebi.

Svaki dan je netko od nas pet dežuran 24 sata, a netko od ostalih kroz jutro ili popodne pomaže dežurnom. Ova jedna, je li to zdrava ili nezdrava, povezanost je upravo odgovor na urnebesno stresnu situaciju koju mi proživljavamo svakodnevno.

Jedan drugog guramo, najviše nas je održalo to zajedništvo i povezanost. Svima privatni život pati - neka su od razmišljanja petero anesteziologa intenzivista splitskoga KBC-a.

- Kad je to došlo, prvenstveno sam se bojao za sebe. Koja je klinička slika, kako će se to razvijati, hoću li zaraziti sebe, svoje ukućane - prisjetio se početka pandemije prim. dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić, anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.

- Krenuli smo sa smjenama dva-dva u prvom valu. Potom je bilo zatišje preko prvog ljeta, a onda je na kraju ljeta krenulo i stalno je jednako bez pauze je nas pet.

'Ko je kome rekao da se ne cijepi...'

Slično se svima to razvijalo što se tiče nekog straha od te bolesti, preko prevladavanja toga straha, a sada je to nama već radno mjesto kao i svako drugo, ispričao je Darko Ilić, dr. med., anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split, za HRT Puls.

- Najvažnije je da na vrijeme dovedemo ljude na intenzivnu. Stvarno ima ljudi koji se na prvi spomen respiratora zgroze, odbijaju, ne žele ni čuti za to, ali kad se s njima popriča većina njih se pomiri s time, odnosno predomisli i kaže okej, vi znate, napravite što je najbolje, istaknuo je dr. sc. - Dio našeg poziva je smrt i umiranje, međutim nije nikad to bilo u ovolikoj mjeri. Jedno što ostane nama taj neki mir da smo napravili sve što smo mogli. To je to - rekao je Nikola Delić, dr. med., anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.

- Bilo je više situacija kada supružnik do supružnika leže krevet do kreveta, cijele familije, sin, mama, svekrva, otac i onda jedan drugoga krive tko je kome rekao da se ne cijepe.

Stvarno je ružno, pa netko od njihovih zove i pita hoće li ostati bez mama ili tate. Situacije gdje su cijele familije umrle, ne znate što bi rekli, navela je Josipa Domazet, dr. med., anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.

Smatraju kako je bespotrebno umrlo više tisuća ljudi u Hrvatskoj. Kažu kako ekonomski i gospodarski potkopavamo temelje naše države. Svaki dan svaki pacijent u jednici intenzivnog liječenja hrvatski narod i porezne obveznike košta 10.000 kuna. To su milijarde kuna, navode.

Anesteziolog intenzivist Božidar Duplančić pokazao je kako izgleda bitka za svaki život. I tako dvije godine - svaki dan.

U međuvremenu su se suočili s otporima cijepljenju, nepovjerenjem u njihovo znanje, blagdanskim okupljanjima kao da virusa nema.

Zato je ovaj puta novinarka "Pulsa" pitala petero splitskih anesteziologa intenzivista, koji su na COVID odjelu od prvoga dana, kako se nose sa svim što ih je snašlo.

Razgovor je snimljen prije eksplozije omikrona i strašnog pritiska na bolnicu.

- Mislim da smo već navikli na sve to da niti ne osjećamo umor. Kad dobijemo par dana slobodno ili smo na godišnjem, onda shvatimo koliko smo bili umorni i koliko nam treba vremena da dođemo k sebi.

Svaki dan je netko od nas pet dežuran 24 sata, a netko od ostalih kroz jutro ili popodne pomaže dežurnom. Ova jedna, je li to zdrava ili nezdrava, povezanost je upravo odgovor na urnebesno stresnu situaciju koju mi proživljavamo svakodnevno.

Jedan drugog guramo, najviše nas je održalo to zajedništvo i povezanost. Svima privatni život pati - neka su od razmišljanja petero anesteziologa intenzivista splitskoga KBC-a.

- Kad je to došlo, prvenstveno sam se bojao za sebe. Koja je klinička slika, kako će se to razvijati, hoću li zaraziti sebe, svoje ukućane - prisjetio se početka pandemije prim. dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić, anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.

- Krenuli smo sa smjenama dva-dva u prvom valu. Potom je bilo zatišje preko prvog ljeta, a onda je na kraju ljeta krenulo i stalno je jednako bez pauze je nas pet.

'Ko je kome rekao da se ne cijepi...'

Slično se svima to razvijalo što se tiče nekog straha od te bolesti, preko prevladavanja toga straha, a sada je to nama već radno mjesto kao i svako drugo, ispričao je Darko Ilić, dr. med., anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split, za HRT Puls.

- Najvažnije je da na vrijeme dovedemo ljude na intenzivnu. Stvarno ima ljudi koji se na prvi spomen respiratora zgroze, odbijaju, ne žele ni čuti za to, ali kad se s njima popriča većina njih se pomiri s time, odnosno predomisli i kaže okej, vi znate, napravite što je najbolje, istaknuo je dr. sc. - Dio našeg poziva je smrt i umiranje, međutim nije nikad to bilo u ovolikoj mjeri. Jedno što ostane nama taj neki mir da smo napravili sve što smo mogli. To je to - rekao je Nikola Delić, dr. med., anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.

- Bilo je više situacija kada supružnik do supružnika leže krevet do kreveta, cijele familije, sin, mama, svekrva, otac i onda jedan drugoga krive tko je kome rekao da se ne cijepe.

Stvarno je ružno, pa netko od njihovih zove i pita hoće li ostati bez mama ili tate. Situacije gdje su cijele familije umrle, ne znate što bi rekli, navela je Josipa Domazet, dr. med., anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.

Smatraju kako je bespotrebno umrlo više tisuća ljudi u Hrvatskoj. Kažu kako ekonomski i gospodarski potkopavamo temelje naše države. Svaki dan svaki pacijent u jednici intenzivnog liječenja hrvatski narod i porezne obveznike košta 10.000 kuna. To su milijarde kuna, navode.
